  I have 32-bit Vita and an older HP psc 1350.  It prints and copies fine, but I can't scan.  I push the button and nothing happens. I read the info online to do a full install of the drivers, but when I went to the place to do it, it's not even an option.  This printer is too old for help?  Is there a work around so that I can scan?  Any help would be appreciated. I don't want to have to buy a new printer. My other newer HP just died.

  Well, it's a problem in your Firefox. To me this https://www.yahoo.com/ page looks like the screenshot of IE.

  I fixed it. Also, I logged on sharing at home on my Apple TV, and then I hard rebooted the Apple TV.

  I use the statistics feature a lot of Pages and I think in a previous version, it was still visible. Now whenever I go to or create a different document that I have to manually switch to the view / display Word Count - go further down in the document, and then switch the display of 'character' to display 'words '.

  Is there a way to control this so the number of words on 'words' is the default view for any document I'm working with? Terminal command?

  You should always express what specific version of Pages with OS X that you are currently running. You can actually receive a community response more precise and punctual.

  There is no way to "sticky" user configurable to force Pages v5 on always display a number of words. It was a preferences: General option in Pages ' 09.

  Pages remembers a lot about your last use of it and stores this information in its list of preference file. When you choose the view menu: Show Word Count, the default is to show the characters in the bottom floating panel. This group contains each element with an integer value, that it stores in a variable update in the preferences file. When you change the characters, words, this value is updated and stored in the list of preference file. The next time that you are using Pages, he remembers this last variable parameter, and the floating panel shows words rather than characters. It is my experience test here.

  I noticed that the operations are disabled when you try to clean the head of the cartridge with your HP PSC 1350 more on Windows 7. I'm sorry to hear that, but happy to see it for you!

  According to this guide, what happened to the Toolbox in Windows 7 HP? There is no work around to clean the print heads or to align the cartridges.

  You can try to go through this guide, stripesor lines in the printed Image.

  However another option, but has not guaranteed to work, is found on this website, HP Officejet PSC full feature software and driverdownload for Windows XP and run it in Compatibility Mode.

  Otherwise, I would try to find a computer with Windows XP on it, or upgrade the printer to one that has the full feature software and drivers available for Windows 7. Printers HP monofunctional and multifunction - printers supported in Windows 7. (You want a printer that has full Solution available-OS and driver).

  Have just upgraded to Windows 7.  I have the printer psc 1350 to work & print documents.  I can not get the computer recognized or even to recognize the scanner function.  I have the installation discs and who have tried but still no scanner function.

  Site Web of HP said that the Windows 7 software should recognize the psc1350.  It recognizes the printer function but NOT the scanner function.

  Any ideas?

  If your problem is that your PSC 1350 prints a test page when it is turned on or after every printjob, it is very likely because the cartridge alignment process is not finished. After you have installed a new cartridge in the printer, it will print an alignment page. You must take this page and place it on the scanner glass (make sure that the top of the page is in a good way), then you press the "Scan" button on the printer itself. It will scan the page (that is, read the page) and full alignment process (so it is not scanning in the sense that it sends an image to the computer).

  I can help you with your 1350 PSC and your Mac running 10.9.3.

  There is no full feature software and driver of HP, but the pilot of Mavericks v10.9 OS X for your printer is available through Apple Software Update (ASU).

  With this driver, you can still print and scan, you'll just have to scan from HP software. Scan to the computer from the printer control panel is available only when you use the HP scanning software, so it won't work because there is no scanning software HP as part of the Apple Software Update driver.

  Hi - I assume that the page that you see printed is the alignment page.  This happens usually if the alignment process has not been made.  All you should have to do is take the printed alignment page and place it face down on the scan scanner glass and press.  Who must complete the alignment process and eliminate the page printing every time.  If you have problems, try following the procedure described in this document.
