• Download Photoshop elements 11 does not contain a valid Mac installer

  I just bought a 11 Photoshop elements upgrade copy to install on my Mac.

  The download link indiccated for WIN and Mac.

  Once I downloaded the bundle, it expanded to two lines - one is called "PhotoshopElements_11_WWEFDJ.exe (for windows) and the other called"PhotoshopElements_11_WWEFDJ.7z"which I assume is the Mac installer, but the extension of .7z is not recognized.

  How do I solve this?

  Two of these files are Windows editions. I ordered the Windows version by mistake, and these are the files that I received. I'm on the phone with the customer service... 800-833-6687.

  OK, maybe it's the Jet lag. I downloaded all my vacation photos and realized that I had forgotten to adjust the camera date/time zone time. I remember that earlier versions of Windows PES had the ability to adjust the tour time batch, but I can't find it in CS4 Bridge or PSE 8 Mac. I really want to do it manually for a couple hundred pictures. Is the ability to hide in there somewhere? THX

  There are dozens of free utilities that will do, and I think you may even be able to do with automator. Here is an example of a free utility (have not used it myself, caught the first of dozens that came when I googled). I think that Graphic Converter can also do (it can batch change all kinds of EXIF, so I guess that the timestamps are included)

• Help!  Accidentally deleted (bevels) effects, etc. PSE 8 (Mac)

  The header says it all.  I accidentally (ok, make it STUPIDLY) deleted most of my angles.  Is it possible to recover?  A reinstall of the PSE 8 for Mac?

  If it will work, I can install it on the old installation, or is it necessary to unininstall, and then reinstall it?

  The first thing to do is to go to library > application support > adobe > Photoshop Elements > 8.0 > local > en_US and delete mediaDatabase.db3. When you restart waiting PES to give it time to reconstitute the content of the Panel. If that does not do it, you will need to uninstall/reinstall.

  Note that the library in question is the top level of your hard drive, not system > library, or your username > library.

• DaqMX Base read like waveform missing ability for Mac installation

  Now I have a VI running a signal with an average of program using tables as data types and the program takes up some memory, I was curious to try it by sampling the data as waveform as opposed to a table data types.

  The drop-down list of the DaqMXbase Read has no option of waveform and for some reason any 'DAQmx Read (analog 1 Wfm NChan NSamp d) .vi"is missing from the installation.  How to add this feature, or where I can find this specific file?

  DAQmx DAQmx base drivers different and are, therefore, have different features. Since you are using Mac, you can use the DAQmx Base driver that has limited compared to the DAQmx features.

• 14 of PSE for Mac validation serial number problem

  I bought Adobe PSE 14 for Mac OSX El Capitan.  I downloaded it, but when I try to install it and I insert my serial number I get the message: unable to validate the serial number for Adobe Photoshop elements 14 this.  Not sure why it didn't work.  Suggestions anyone?

• Photoshop CS2 Mac Installation failure?

  CS2 will not install on your modern Macs with Intel processors running Yosemite (OS X 10.10).

  CS2 is a PowerPC software designed to run on PowerPC processors. It is not compatible with the Intel processors.

  The latest version of Mac OS X can run CS2 was OS X 10.6.

  Can I run CCP on a Windows machine to create an installation package to run on a Mac?  Or should I run the PAC a Mac to create this package?  I have already created some packages for Windows, but don't see any .pkg files - I wasn't sure if the file was there and that Windows didn't just see it (?).  I was hoping to find this information before you disturb my client - I do not have access to a Mac for testing.

  No, this is not possible. You need to create packages on the same OS, they will be deployed in.

• Esx5 script mac installation not found

  the installation of esx5 via a scripted installation, I get this error "there was a problem with the device network specified on the command line. "Error: no nic MAC address < MAC address > found" and the installation haults

  You can try this on the machine:

  1. get a shell with the combination of keys "Alt - F1"

  2. log in as 'root' without password

  3. try the following:

  ~ # python

  > or = vmkctl.NetworkInfoImpl)

  > [addr. GetMacAddress(). GetStringAddress() for addr in neither. GetPnics()]

  4. make sure that one of the entries in the list is the same as the BOOTIF = 01 -, except with the colon as a dotted line.  The call to NetworkInfoImpl(). GetPnics() is the same call that the installation program uses to determine the existence of the MAC address.

• Will be 10 PSE for Mac on the new Mac OS?

  I use actually still 3 PSE because I love its simple interface.  (I'm certainly not a power user).  But I own 10 PSE.  I'm also still using Mac OS 10.6 but will soon have to upgrade to the new operating system, Mavericks or Yosemite.  PES 10 will work with the latest Mac OS or I have to upgrade it, too?

  Yes. It works very well. Don't forget to delete the preferences after upgrading before the first execution of PES.

  There is a problem with distinction uppercase / lowercase letters in the file to the library path. The partition of my drive has file names enabled, case-sensitive which is no doubt why it does not affect everyone.

  dyld is trying to load "@executable_path /... / Frameworks/asneu.framework/versions/a/asneu'." The actual path on the disk is ' / Applications/Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.app/Contents/Frameworks/asneu.framework/Versions/A/asneu.

  By renaming the 'Versions' directories 'versions' and 'A' and 'a', Lightroom was able to run. I did not test, so there could be other problems of case sensitivity.

• Adobe Flash lost the connection @ 30%. Mac installation fails.

  I'm seeing this anywhere in the forums without anyone find a solution. I tried everything suggested in Safari or Firefox, including a clean install 3 times! Even after uninstalling and deleting the files flash in the library, when I try to download and install it immediately starts at 30% and then I get the error message "the connection interruption. Trying to connect... "it hangs a little bit and then I get"the connection has failed. Could not complete the installation. "I go to their link for assistance when the installation fails but the link which they suggest to download directly from the final step is"not FOUND ".   This same link appears in several forums for a solution. I don't know what else to do. I write this option to add many others with the same question in the hope that Adobe will solve this problem! I'm on a MAC OS 10.9.5. Never had this problem before with flash updates!

  I downloaded and was able to install Flash correctly. Make sure you do a clean just to be safe installation.

  Hi, PSE11 is not working on my desk and I lost my installation disc. The product was purchased in a store, do not download on ADOBE.com. I have the serial number, but how do I download PSE11 to reinstall.
