  Please follow these steps:

  Launch Adobe Creative Cloud and go to the APP and check if it is said cc Lightroom 2015 up-to-date or not.

  If he told his day and still you do not see the Dehaze option, then please disconnect the creative cloud and reconnect you and then check if there is another available or not for Lightroom CC 2015 update and refresh it.

  Tony holtkamp based on the operating system error message is not recent enough to run Lightroom 5.  You can find a list of the system requirements necessary to system requirements | Lightroom.  You will need to run at least Mac OS 10.7 or later in order to run Photoshop Lightroom 5.
