  The left side of the dialog box ingest lists that the drives and folders, display the files in a folder, select the folder and the files it contains will be displayed in the middle section of the dialog box ingest. From there, you can select the check box for the files you want to ingest, adjust your transfer (right) as appropriate, then click on the button to ingest to get them as a prelude.

  I just downloaded the trial of 10 of PSE.  I put in place 10 PSE as my external editor in Aperture (TIFF 8 bits).  But when I have a photo in Aperture and click on 'Edit with Photoshop Elements 10', opening says it exports the image and 10 PSE opens but there no picture there.  I don't know that I'm doing something wrong.
