  It might be because of permissions. If you are on a MAC, you can give permissions ' read & write ' to everyone on the following folders: -.

  (1) ~/Library/Application support/Adobe

  (2) / Library/Application Support/Adobe

  ~/Library/preferences/Adobe 3)

  On a windows machine, please give all permissions for all on: -.

  (1) C:/Program Files(x86) /Adobe

  Files(x86) /Common 2) C:/Program Files/Adobe

• Where should I put the edge files when the publication of Muse in British Colombia?

  The only thing that I could find on this is older versions of the song and the Muse.

  What I've read suggests that we must put all the edge.html and edge.js files in the root with other html pages. This leaves the edge includes in their own separate folder.

  I am able to double-click on the edge. HTML read file in a browser, but when I try to play after the publication of Muse - no luck.

  I also wonder what happens when I want to put animations of edge on several pages in a site of Muse. It seems with the root level would become cluttered with so many files Edge. And how all of these files "Edge includes" get renamed?

  I would love to see tighter integration between Edge and Muse. But for now, I would be very happy just being able to play my animations of edge in the Muse websites published. As much as I would use it, I can't use Edge if I can't get the animations to play in the Muse.

  You may have not found this article at the right time, but there are Ko an article explaining how to insert the contents of edge in a site of Muse.
  Basically, what you have to do is, after you publish the Edge project, to take the exported folder or just the files, (but I'm quite to take measures into the whole folder) and download them to your FTP where the Muse website is published. After that, simply use the option "object > insert HTML...". "muse and paste the code from

  The file you are trying to convert may be a project .mswmm file
  It is only compatible with Movie Maker... they cannot be converted.

  When you try to access a video clip that you "know" is sometimes in a
  file, but you can not see... is it because that the format of in that the video is
  not compatibile with the software you are trying to access.

  The following freeware is a useful tool to convert a lot of different
  Movie Maker formats...... use the conversion to WMV format would be
  a good choice.

  Hello I can't publish my site from Muse,

  In case you use "Link to File", then make sure that the file exists in the same location where you have linked to the file. Another way would be to add the file to download from the file menu of the Muse and then bind text selected on the page for the download file that should appear in the hyperlink drop down the list of options.

  Yes, there were some intermittent server on end of BC problems but I wasn't sure if you were hitting the problem at the same time that the problem has been resolved after some time.

• Publication to HTML problems

  I have problems, a demonstration of HTML editing software.  The project works well when it is played in the file cptx, but when it is published, the project has breaks between some slides and some of the audio has been corrupted.  I already tried to publish a swf file, which, in my experience, has had even more problems during the publication.  I also tried selecting "force re - publish all slides", which does not seem to do anything.  I don't know what is the evolutionary "html content" option

  I also tried to change the slide transitions to "no transition" that did not help either.

  Does anyone have any suggestions?

  Could please tell me the exact version of Adobe Captivate you use (see help > about Adobe Captivate)?

  Could you please check the chronology of these slides if they have any clickbox or any button or any other interactive object, which causes them to pause.

  Go to Edition > Prefrences > SWF size and quality and uncheck compression project Advacend and compress the SWF and republish again.

• publication of muse disconnects me BC

  When I am connected to my side BC Admin and publish Muse on the same site that I'm connected to it automatically disconnects me the side admin of British Colombia, is aware of this bug and do know if a fix is on the way for this? This isn't a great big problem just a little pain to keep having to connect whenever I publish Muse. Thank you all!

  I have a version beta of muse, up to level to the cloud and I tried to download the paid version on my mac. It seemed to download, but by clicking on the icon (also tried from the finder window where gives today as the last download date), he replied that the beta (and does not open of course). I have had no trouble to download and open photoshop.
