As far as I know, apple won´t accept an identical application, where only the language has changed.   The application was developed with InDesign 6.0

  Me seems air to publish native apps for iOS and Android is the way to go. That supports everything you want to do and are a direct compilation of animate CC - then using a combo of HTML5 Canvas and PhoneGap would be much more difficult - especially where it is considered to be sound.
