Publishing HTML 5 Canvas to Public Dropbox

HTML 5 Canvas content does not appear when you publish in the Public folder in Dropbox.

I know it's a path problem when you try to reference the resource assets.

However, I had no problem to achieve this same functionality when you use Adobe Edge animate and all assets have been referenced and displayed with the duty mess with paths.

Someone at - it a similar experience?

publish settings both attached below

Hi Christophe,

Thanks for sharing the links. Now, it works fine for me also.

I in fact has not published it in the Public folder of the box, which is causing problems for me.

To summarize, you must take care of the following when posting back to Dropbox:

1 publish the Public of your Dropbox only directory.

2. If publications with hosted libraries verified parameter, you must change the published HTML and use the https protocol instead of http for every lib js included using the Script tag.

3. If published without hosted libraries, the libs folder must also be downloaded and referenced relatively in the HTML code.

I hope this helps.

    Hi, I am a beginner using Adobe animate. I managed to do design an interactive infographic to incorporate into a Web site. But I have a problem with the published html file. The html file is generated, but when I click it, only a blank page opens on my internet browser. As far as I understand it, computer graphics itself should open in the browser. Can someone please advise what I could do wrong?

    Thanks a lot for your help!

    Perhaps a blank screen when the animation is published.

    Hello

    I don't think that you can do. When you try to play a file from a zip, I believe that only this file is checked out and open. Dependent files are still locked inside of the zip and the file you played cannot find them. I bet if you unzip the file into a folder, then try to read the HTML file, you will not see the questions.

  • Publish the HTML 5 Canvas with Transparent background

    I've created an animation, I want to publish on an HTML5 Canvas.

    It works well, however, I can't fix the transparent background color.

    I can put any HEX-color I want, but not transparent.

    Does anyone know of a way to do this?

    Open your html document in a text editor and remove the style = "" background-color: #whatever ' attribute. "

  • Publishing HTML 5 has large gray edge, difficulty?

    Whenever I have publish or test an animation of HTML 5, the Stadium on the animition's is surrounded by a big grey border. I forgot something? It is originally a ton of problems when you try to add it to a Web site, as it says in the grey border around the scene of the animation. Help!

    Now I see what you MENTION. However, publish it on HTML5 canvas option gives you an overview of the Web and its embedded elements. This can always be changed by you since the release of the canvas will be eventually integrated as part of your parent HTML file.

    So, what you can do is, after the publication, go to the window of the browser, make a right click-> inspect element. You can see the HTML code. Click on the "body" tag in the code. Now you can see a diagram shown at right with margin and border values. If you don't want the border to the left and top, simply double-click on the value to margin (which is by default set to 8) in figure and set it to 0.

    Similarly, if you do not want a gray background, you can select again the 'body' element and double click on the attribute 'style' and then change the property of background color to the color value you need.

    Thank you!

  • published HTML file will not play in the browser. WHY!

    I built a basic banner of HTML5 in Adobe animate CC 2015.1 Release.

    NO EDGE TO ANIMATE.

    I click on the command + entry to export files and automatically Preview in Chrome and it works perfectly.

    Then I drag the EXACT SAME HTML FILE just exported in the EXACT SAME CHROME BROWSER and it won't play.

    Why? How am I suppose to send banners to the client to preview if nothing works outside the CC environment animate.

    It's incredibly frustrating.

    You will find that this question has come here a lot. It's to do with browser security problems, if you use JSON files, they must be on a server somewhere. When you do a simulation test, he implemented a temporary server while it will work even if you used JSON.

    You don't know what JSON is or think that you used, but something that uses it is spritesheets. If you want your test to work by double-clicking the HTML file, go to the publishing settings and deselect the option to make a spritesheet. Then she will work on-site as well as on a server.

    Don't forget to send your client the file .js, .html file and all records of the sounds or images that have been created. It should be delete these records before making a publication after the deselection of the spritesheet option, because always, the folder contains the files of JSON mapping and texture, that won't be necessary.

  • Adobe animate published html does not when dragging in a browser window.

  • @media request made on published HTML

    I had added this style

    @media only screen and (orientation: landscape) and (max-device-height: 320px) {div {border: 1px solid red ;}} added in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate x64\HTML\index.html 9 and when published it ready @media?}}

    Why... any idea?

    I think it's because Captivate uses the symbol to designate the dynamic attributes when it publishes @. For example@MOVIETITLE

    You may need to add with JavaScript and mask the symbol @.

  • How to publish HTML files exported with Go Daddy file transfer Panel?

    I am a beginner with Adobe Muse, so I have no experience with it whatsoever.

    All started with Muse. No experience at all with it.

    Fusion of objects Net (NOF) used so far. With the NOF software, I had to publish the HTML files in a "flat" structure, which exports all files in a single foldrer. No other records inside. Then I download all the files in the Panel of Go Daddy File Transfer, without any problem. But in the Muse, the files are exported in a folder with many files inside. Thus, when I download the exported Muse html files in the same way, the exported site is not displayed correctly. It says "files are missing. It's as if she's not read all the files I downloaded. It seems to only read one level. All other files in the folders

    When I had similar problems with NOF like this before, I had to publish the files in "flat site structure. Then the problem is solved. But in Adobe Muse, there is no way to publish the exported files in a "flat" structure. So what I am doing wrong? Help, please. Thank you

    Use the built in FTP in Muse.

    In the upper right corner, click on 'Publish' and select 'FTP host'

    You will then get a new dialog box where you enter your GoDaddy FTP account information.

    And then it's as simple as hitting the publish button when you want to update your site. You don't need to make it through the Panel of GoDaddy file transfer. This is the way strong and open to too many potential errors.

  • Link on the Web page does not work in published HTML project

    I use 8.01 Captivate and created a project with a link to a URL of page web (I did by the insertion of the text links).  It works perfectly when I publish as an executable.

    Customer has requested that we publish now in the form of HTML/SWF file.  The link URL (set to open in a new window) does not this version.

    I changed the link at a click box with the action to open the web page in a new window.  Again, it works when you publish an executable file, but not when I publish to HTML.

    The OUTPUT of course links also do not work in the HTML version.

    We use IE11 to launch the HTML file.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you!

    Hi Betty,.

    It seems to be a problem with the Flash security settings.

    Please follow the steps (these steps are for Firefox and IE) below:

    1. Publish the project to a folder on the c drive.
    2. Open the html of the published output.
    3. Do the right click on the screen and go to global settings.
    4. Go to the advance tab.
    5. Scroll down and click on trusted location settings.
    6. Click Add > add folder and navigate to your published folder and add it. (You can also add full lecteurC so that you don't have to do it again for all projects)
    7. Click on confirm and then close it.
    8. Now, re - open the html file and try to view attachments.

    These parameters are only made when you view the content locally. If you place the output on any server, then you must not make these settings.

    Hope it works... !

    Kind regards

    I could use the following snippet to connect an index to another html document in a folder under but now I need to connect from the document in the sub folder to the index.html file, and I can't seem to get the correct syntax. That's what I'm trying to use:

    This.button_1.addEventListener ("click", fl_ClickToGoToWebPage);

    function fl_ClickToGoToWebPage() {}

    Window.Open("..) (' / index.html ', '_blank');

    Does not.
    Any suggestions?

    It is the right code, if it is in a file opened with:

    Window.Open('./subdirectory/whatever.html');
