  Open Games Explorer - by clicking on start, then on games.  Spider right-click and select parts saved, that will open the file parts saved, where you can go to and then delete the save game in question.

  You can try the procedure if you are using windows vista or 7 below:

  a. Click Start > click Control Panel > click on uninstall a program
  b. click on turn Windows features on or off
  c. click on the Plus sign next to games.
  d. remove a checkmark next to Mahjong Titans.
  e. restart the computer
  f. now return to the same place and put a check mark for this game and restart the computer.

  Be careful to download from sites at random however. It comes with Vista I hear and not XP, but it should not be a problem if you have the game on an operating system and will not use it on computers for children.
