  The country associated with your Adobe ID is UK which explains why you see prices in GBP.

  If you are now based in Dubai you can create a new Adobe ID with this country, or use the solution in order to change the country but the same Adobe ID - change the country associated with your Adobe ID

• My original OS 7 Home Basic Edition (purchased): problem of Installation of Win 10

  To date, I had downloaded (free) Win 10, but when installing, I received a msg stating putting touches of the original VER of Win 7 Home Basic Edition (which I bought) and then click Refresh.

  Please notify: (a) I would require to REINSTALL my house 7 the CD database (since upgraded Ultimate is false since it was produced Acer OEM - SLP Win 7 Ultimate, and mine is customer built Gigabyte motherboard) before Win 10 could be installed.

  (b) if I didn't need to REINSTALL WIN 7 Home Basic, then how and where to insert the product keys (for Win 7 home basic) to allow the installation of win 10?

  Windows 7 can not auto-level to a ultimate edition. He must intentionally upgraded or a non-genuine Windows 7 Ultimate product key has been used for the Express upgrade.

  Your best option is to reinstall Home Basic, reactivate and then upgrade.

• Problems after installing KB978338 on Windows Vista SP2

  I met a problem after installing KB978338. The update installs without error or problem, but the system is extremely inadmissible after the reboot. The "\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\desktop is not accessible" error, and the system is practically unusable. Normally opens the Task Manager and system seems inactive, but you try to start a new application from the Task Manager gave an error "hose is not valid.

  I followed the instructions in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/976982.  I ran the dotnetfx cleanup tool and then downloaded / ran install it packages listed in the order shown (3.5, 1.1, 1.1 SP1), and * still * get on chess two updates 979906 and 979909.

  In addition, I tried * everything * in this thread: http://forums.techarena.in/windows-update/1344698.htm.  No luck.

  I noticed that the dotnetfx cleaning tool * not * clean version 1.0.  In my directory framework (C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework) I have a folder named "v1.0.3705".  BUT after running the dotnetfx cleaning tool, it is not listed in Add/Remove programs.  No installation .NET have been.

  Right now, I have .NET framework 1.1, 2.0 SP2, 3.0 SP2 and 3.5 SP1 in a/r programs.  But I have not yet 1.0 folder...

  Could it be the problem?
