I recently bought a creative cloud membership, I am registered, and my apps still work as a trial.

We have an EMP 11.1.2.1 installation on which we decided to install the Calc Manager. This server has Foundation, logic of web, planning and Reporting and analysis components. Then we reconfigured Workspace, GestionnaireCalc, and Shared Services.
Initially our process would run under the SYSTEM account even if I start using my ID. After reconfigure it, the process of Foundation and GestionnaireCalc run aunder the user to launch the process. Rest of the process as planning still run under the system account. So when disconnect us from the Foundation and treated GestionnaireCalc gets killed.
Also, in the task manager the name of the process not appears as java.exe instead of HyS9FoundationServices
After looking around a bit, I found differences in the .properties file.
New file after reconfig .properties:

Seems you have deselected "Create Windows Services for configured components" under "Hyperion Foundation" > "configure common settings."
Re-run Setup, select "Configure common settings" and "Deploy to the application server" under "Hyperion Foundation" and all the other web apps that have had the Starter changed properties, select "Create Windows Services for the configured components" and deploy web applications.

When I close thunderbird is still running in the background and always using data?
I'm with an internet provider that has limited use of data per month. If I close Thunderbird when done using it it is still running in the background and using the data or is it closed here for not to retrieve messages or using the data?
When you close Thunderbird, it cannot check or retrieve new messages.

Given that you do not specify this error message you receive, I guess you have found "Service Pack 3 Setup error. Access is denied. "since you mention that you run under the admin account.
Download and install Service Pack 3 from HEREmanually. Save the file to your desktop. Double-click on the file and choose run. Make sure you disable any malware software and anti-virus first.

I found, when the use of Process Explorer, that a second version of the Explorer P. works too, but its icon (left) is a standard and not the true icon of the Explorer P.. This second version ran under the NEST 6200, which I believe has to do with a modem. I have a modem on my Vista machine, but it is not used (no telephone connection). I went into the folder where P. Explorer runs and found procexp.chm, and when I tried to open the file, Windows said it was a program. To disable, I renamed it, and now I'm not running. Also, I found of svchost.exe running under the NEST 6200, but with no description, co. name, path or command line. I have known big bed (over 500 MB), using svchost.exe, from time to time. I think having a virus. Can someone tell me what I have and then tell me how to remove from my machine? (Also, I've known a slow machine, usually after starts.)
I have two versions of svchost.exe on my machine. Tests for a virus showed neither to be a virus. I tried to delete the version that is not in the c:\windows\system32 folder but am unable to do so. Can someone tell me how to delete such a file, or to replace it with the correct version?

Iexplore.exe process still running in the Task Manager
I was see multiple iexplore.exe processes in the Task Manager when I'm not in IE, so to trouble shoot it I uninstalled IE, run several different scans/squared (which found nothing) and iexplore.exe is still appear in the Task Manager. I guess that it is some sort of virus since I uninstalled IE and it is always showing to run. No idea how to do the trick of it? I am running XP.
IF IE 8 was present in the control panel > add or remove programs, then when you have uninstalled it from there, you have restored the previous version of Internet Explorer, in other words, IE 7.
The best way to confirm this is to start IE and then click Help > topic.
There is malware that disguises itself as iexplore.exe. If you see iexplore.exe or Iexplore.exe in msconfig or in the Task Manager after Windows startup, but you did manually start Internet Explorer, you probably don't have a problem.
What antivirus applications you scan with?If you haven't already done so, I suggest to do the following:
Run a scan virus online with the eSet online scanner (may require a download if you are using a version of Internet Explorer)
Download, install, update and run MalwareBytes AntiMalware (free)
Download, install, update and run SUPERAntiSpyware
You can uninstall all the latter after their use, if you wish.

I am currently able to receive notifications of type push my application with the app running in the background. Is this necessary? Do all applications that can receive notifications of type push in the background? Are there better ways to do this?

A Thread is not an Application. Threads always run in the background. When you ask in the foreground, your application moves to the foreground. When you ask background, your Application moves to the back. This seems to be what you want, so what had coded you before was the right thing to do.
When you call super.close () on a screen, if the screen is the last on the stack, that will close the Application, which will close all Threads.
