• 20wd: monitor does not display mac

  Hello

  I have a HP 20wd screen I got a while ago because I had a chance running 10 windows desktop computer.

  Now I have a Mac Book Air 11 inch running OS X 10 update.

  The problem is that the screen displays only the windows desktop, not the Mac.

  The mac CAN recognize the screen in the settings, it also the scale of the screen on the laptop to the monitor, but does not display anything.

  The output is through the thunderbolt adapter to a VGA monitor.

  I tried to change the monitor settings, althhough, it seems there is no driver for windows 10 for the monitor.

  any ideas?

• Videos and games does not work, Mac Snow Leopard

  It is a problem, that I actually had for a while, but it never really touched a large part that I thought it was important. Now it is just boring.

  In fact, some video players and games online does not work. Most video players outside of YouTube will not work. The player will load, but the video never does. For example, the last video with that I got in trouble is the video player of Nickelodeon for the legend of Korra. When I try to watch that, I get a black box and an image of type "Loading" appears, swirls around once and then disappears. After that, it becomes unresponsive. This is typical of many, but not all, video players, I met on the web.

  I don't know if it's related, but I also had problems with various games. Often times, they work very well until at some point, as the end of a level, transition and then they will become numb. A good example here is the game Bloons Tower Defense 4. It is a game that I know was on my old system. But now, when it loads the level, it freezes before loading the tours available to place and reacts differently. An example is shown below. The box top-left question mark in the right sidebar should reveal a dart monkey and my money of departure must be filled, but instead, the game crashes to the top. I had similar blockages on a number of games, so I am sure that the problem is not just with this game.

  

  As I said, I had this problem for awhile now. I have updated Flash and my browsers several times since they started. I have these problems in all my browsers (Safari, Opera, Camino, Firefox), there seems to be a problem with Flash. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall flash, and disable all other plugins browser.

  I use a MacBook Pro with Macintosh OS X 10.6.8 leopard snow, 2.53 GHz Intel Core i5, with Flash 11.2.202.233. Current browsers: Firefox 11.0, Opera 11.61, Camino 2.1.2 Safari 5.1.5

  Any ideas what I might be dominant?

  These errors make me think that Flash has problems to write to the folder were Flash cookies are stored (LSO, sharedobject).  On Mac, it's

  • ~\Library\Preferences\Macromedia\Flash flash
  • ~\Library\Caches\Adobe\Flash flash

  You can check the permissions for these folders?  You might want to run check the permissions on your disk (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1452), and then delete the ~\Library\Preferences\Macromedia folder and the folder of player of ~ \Library\Caches\Adobe\Flash.

• AudioPublisher does not properly (Mac)

  I spent a lot of time looking through the forum for a solution to my problem.

  Quite simply, I'm trying to add audio to my customer currently stable video chat, but rather than post my complete code, I'll start with something simple.

  When I use AudioPublisher and AudioSubscriber in my application I can not get my micro advantage 3rd to use correctly. I am running 2 instances of the application, so I know this isn't the problem.

  I placed a 'connect' button on the stage, while I can control when the AudioPublisher is active. Before you click this button to connect if I click with the right button on the stage and select settings, and then click the microphone tab, I can see my USB microphone in the list and the volume meter shows an activity when I speak into the microphone.

  If click the button to connect to the AudioPublisher started to publish my microphone, and then follow the same procedure (click with the right button on the stage, click the microphone tab, speak into the microphone) I get no audio when you register on the meter. Of course, this also means that I get no audio bitrate in my application, which is what brought me to this post.

  I stripped all my code back to basics to see if there was anything I introducing me to the equation that was causing this problem, but alas I as simple as possible and it still does not for me. Interestingly enough, I tried to implement this same activity with AS3 (without using the AFCS SWC) using the media. Microphone and I have an audio bitrate with no problems. Granted it's not relying on the SUPPLY, but it nevertheless seemed a valid test.

  I have attached my code below, and any help would be appreciated.

  Is an instance of MicrophoneManager and setting it is

  micindex the index of your 3rd-party Mic first.   Then, create it.

  audiopublisher and start editing.  In the audiopublisher code, it seems

  as they get the microphone by using a call to MicrophoneManager.getInstance so it has

  probably the same object. that you would work.   Just a thought, if you are

  things to try.   I could be away from the base.

• "Preview in browser" does not, CS6 (Mac 10.6.8)

  For years, I worked in CS4 and could easily get a preview in the browser. Day at CS6 about 6 months ago and can never get the preview in the browser to work. I have not spent hours online, no chance of finding any solution - many people have posted it as a problem, but no solution yet not posted online.

  When I try and 'modify the browsers list' to add browsers, they haven't added to this window. I tried to check the box "preview using temporary file", but also no luck. Nothing sticks, regardless of how many times I have select browsers.

  Help is greatly appreciated. I rebooted, run onyx and disk utility. I guess there is a preference for dump will fix it - but no idea what.

  Works under Mac OS 10.6.8 CS6, MacBook Pro "Core 2 Duo" 2.5 mHz. A lot fast enough.

  The 1st solution did not work. The other fact.

  But I also tried another variant, and who has been charge browsers

  in a different order. Instead of trying to load Safari first, I loaded

  Firefox, Chrome and Safari.

  I don't know if that makes a difference.

  But problem solved!

  I'll post on the other forum online where I saw this unresolved problem.

• DeskJet 6940: ethernet connection between the new modem and printer does not transmit Mac

  I just installed a new modem to Qwest; It works wirelessly with my iMac 10.11. My old (but functional until yesterday) Deskjet 6940 is connected to the modem via Ethernet. When I try to print, the document seems to be transmitted to the printer, but then it hangs on and I get the message "the printer is not connected" - which it is, plugged, ethernetted, and set in motion. Support of Qwest says that only 10% of the info from the computer are the printer, but he seems to think that the part of the new modem Ethernet is functional,

  I have already tried all unplug/restart/send/add printer new check/updates / IP (cannot connect) / ethernet ports and cables, etc.

  Any other ideas?

  It is good that the printer has been able to print a diagnostic page.

  Ensure that the router and firewall on the market do not block these ports.

  Unplug the wired network (ethernet cable), restore the default values on the printer.

  Restore the default settings.

  Follow these steps to reset the printer to factory default settings:

  1. check that the printer is on.

  2. press and hold down the button to report Page.

  3 while holding down three times the homepage button, press the Cancel button.

  4. release the report Page button.

• Lightroom CC 2015.6 does not import (Mac)

  Just recently, my version of Lightroom became unresponsive when I try to import pictures from my Nikon D500. It has the same when I try either pugging the camera in via USB or by using a card reader. It worked when I tried a son D7200 SD card, but the locks for the D500. I can copy files via the Finder on the local hard drive and import from there, so I don't think that the files are damaged, and the SD card appears on the desktop, just as it should. I had the camera since May and it didn't happen until recently. Creative cloud's all day, as is the operating system. I'm puzzled. Copy of the files, it's a work around, but not quick, nor how it should work. Any ideas?

  Could you please update to Lightroom to latest CC 2015.6.1 and let us know if this helps. You may need to close all Adobe applications followed by disconnecting and then signing Creative Cloud App.

• Photosmart C6300 does not print on my Mac since I put in a new ink cartridge.

  My photo ink cartridge was low, so I put in a new HP photo cartridge.  Now my printer does not print on my Mac.  Just paper goes through and come out blank.  I turned it still works, but not printing.  I got taken out and back again without success.  Also, I restarted my computer without no printing.  I tried a test message, but still no printing.  I don't know what to do about it.

  Problems like this are often set by disconnect and connect again. Make that open the Messages on your Mac app, then select the Messages menu > Preferences... > accounts. Select the iMessage in question account (in other words, the account linked to your Apple ID and not those of other messaging services you may be using) then the logout button.

  Reconnect and follow all the other instructions included in If you cannot send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch - Apple Support.

  IOS update: update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch - Apple Support. This alone is not likely to be linked to the problem, but it includes a number of other bug fixes.
