  Hi, I need help with the Blackberry ID related issues. I recently got a Blackberry from my brother who went to the army where it is limited to use only a device equipped photo of Q10 Q10.   If you were able to load f.lux, then your device is jailbroken and jailbroken devices cannot be discussed here. Who knows what can happen on a jailbroken device.

  I forgot the user password screen on laptop from HP running windows 2000 8, just after the adjustment for the first time.  There is no option to log in as administrator (only the personal user appears).  There is no personal data / files on the PC.  Need instructions step by step to retrieve or reset the password.  OR another option would be to default factory reset and start again, but once again need directions to do so.
