Qosmio F60: No keyboard and joystick game Super Street Fighter 4

When I install a Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition want my keyboard works not at all and I really need some help with that... and it did not work with joystick too

Help, please
Thanks in advance

Hello

Check the guy in game settings.
and I recommend checking out some gamer forums because it is not a problem of Toshiba laptop but issue of game.

I searched on the internet and it seems that was published a fix that resolves the following issues:

+ Here is the official list: +.
+ - As requested by users, we have added support for the following rendering resolutions: 640 x 480, 720 x 480, 720 x 576, 1280 x 1024 +.
+ Added support for a wide range of arcade sticks: many arcade sticks which previously would not be recognised should now be recognized (again, no guarantee your right stick/cushion is covered but it is much more present natively than in the past). +
+-Fixed a bug causing just the stick entered (left / right / top / bottom) to not be recognized.
+-Fixed a bug that sometimes caused additional lag/slowdown mode battle without end.
+-Fixed a bug with the controller mappings doesn't spare always, especially when adding / removing controllers +.
+-Fixed a bug that would allow players to go in line with scores of incorrect reference, which could affect match manufacturing +.

Hi guys, I have a Qosmio F60. The problem, I think that I am facing right now, it of the flashes between blue and Red webcam for awhile and goes back to blue. And it's kind of hot behind the webcam on the laptop cover.

Is it supposed to become hot when I make video calls?

And what could be causing the flashing of the led light for the webcam.

    Hello

    Don t know exactly what the blinking led could mean but I have a question;
The webcam works properly? Can you use this as supposed?
If Yes, then I wouldn't be worried

Incidentally that cam should not get hot, I think the FL inverter that is placed behind the screen is hot, but it's ok.

  • Qosmio F60 - Reboot over and over again

Hi, I put a Qosmio F60 today and it works.

The computer went straight to the screen configuration and then restarted. He made over and over again for hours now. I tried to use the recovery partition to enter into the computer, but as soon as we proceed after recovery he opens windows 7, then the configuration screen and restarts the computer.
It is brand new and I didn't turn it on.

Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem,

    Thank you

    Darren

    Hello

From my own experience, I can say that after the first launch of the laptop restarts often enough (10 times or more I think) and you still get the same screen. If you get this screen, wait a little more Setup will be complete. This is not a bug!

Maybe it s too late for that now, you can try a HARD drive recovery, but after that he'll also leave quite often so you should drink coffee and read the newspaper Meanwhile ;)

  • Qosmio F60 - pad touch and the keys do not work

I tried to reinstall the control button under additional utility, but there are still problems.

    Hi wilson2022,

Do you mean the buttons light between the keyboard and the computer laptop screen?

If so, they are controlled by added value package, but before you reinstall this tool, first remove the old version. Restart the computer, and then install the latest version of package of value added again.

Also, what OS do you use?

  • Qosmio F60 - stop slower and a blue screen with driver out of State

    Hello
I've only had the F60 for a few weeks and although it worked well for 2 weeks, 2 days has been a disaster. First AutoCAD crashes during startup and does not at all.
So, my Outlook 2007 do not meet 1 / 3 times.
Finally, whenever I stop, this is a very slow stop (10-20 minutes) and then blue screens, restarts and says that it is a driver fault status.

Help - what someone else had these problems?

You'll be lucky if someone else uses the same software as you and you can check this.
My personal opinion is that all of the problems described are certainly software related issues.

We do not know how you set up your laptop, what modules are preinstalled, software that runs in the background and all other important info is not easy to discuss these issues.

I'm sure that you do not have these problems on the first day, right?

I know you hate me now, but maybe you should back up all your important data and install the OS to help original Toshiba recovery image. After having this software to remove all the preinstalled you do not need (additional Toshiba stuff) and continue with the installation of Microsoft Office. Check the functionality and continue to install your favorite step by step software and watch carefully what happens.

Also disable automatic Windows Update and change this option to check for updates but let me choose... option. So, you will have full control over updates.

  • Qosmio F60 - 10j frezzes at random and often a few seconds

    Hello

I have a Qosmio F60 - 10 days and he frezzes randomly and often a few seconds when I watch a video, I play or when I use the tv tuner.
I tried to update the drivers for video card a nvidia geoforce gt330m.

I downloaded from the homepage of nvidia but worse.
The laptop freezes completely, and I had to turn off.

I returned the old drivers and the laptop returns to the freezing of the old frequently and randomly for a few seconds also.
Recently, about a month ago this laptop freezes at least once a day completely every day.

Please can someone help me, thanks.

Have you noticed this behavior from the first day?
It is not easy to say why this happen, but these things happen very often when the HARD drive is occupied by a background as HDD scan process or something similar.

When this happens you noticed permanent activity HDD (HDD LED)?

  • Qosmio F60 and Win7 x 64 drivers

Hi, I just bought a Qosmio F60:-PQF65A-016002 and done a clean install of windows 7 Pro x 64.

But now I am unable to find drivers for it. I looked in the help of toshiba, but it brings no drivers for my machine.

If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great.

    Thank you
    Alastair

    Hello Alastair

Why make this stupid mistake to hundreds of other owners of laptop?
It makes sense to check support first and ensure that certain operating system is supported and then installed clean OS. Isn t it?

Qosmio F60 is portable newest and even not available everywhere in the world, so you must be careful with the support in his favor. The drivers will be offered soon or later, but it may take some time.
    What to do now?

Return to factory settings or try using some drivers for other models Qosmio with a similar hardware configuration. Try with X 500. It is certainly supported for Win7 x 64. Maybe Toshiba tools and utilities can be installed on your F60.

Play a little with it. Nothing can now goes wrong.

    Hi guys.

I have a TOSHIBA Qosmio F60 PQF65A-016002 and found no indication of how to enter the Bios.
I put to level my 8 GB memory and it is not working properly when I insert the new memory, so I need to see the settings. Installation of HW does not show me what I need to know.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

As I remember the Qosmio F60 supports BIOS Toshiba.
It's a little different and to access the BIOS press F1 or ESC after power on.

  • Qosmio F60 - conversion USB 2.0 to USB 3.0

    Hello

I have a Toshiba Qosmio F60 (PQF65A-032002) and want to convert shaped USB 2 USB 3. I think there may be a card that does this, if so like advice on what type and will it or otherwise could I actually update internally.

Any comments would be appreciated, of course, I'm not very savy with computers.

    Concerning
    Tom

You can not convert the USB 2.0 standard to the USB 3.0 standard since each USB standard supports the technology and a different chip.

But if you want to use the USB 3.0 standard, you can use some extra upgrade kit.
Such as FreeAgent GoFlex USB 3.0 Upgrade Kit from Seagate but these updates requires the support of ExpressCard slot.

This slot ExpressCard isn t available and supported by all laptops.

  • Qosmio F60 - 10J - mode function ensures

    Hi all
most computers can be set in standby mode and switch back to wortking State after some time automatically.

There is a feature of the windows operating system that runs it, and it is for example used by the Task Manager. When you create a task in the Task Manager window, you can ask to wake up the computer of the mode sleep at this time when the task should be executed. And that's what happens on most computers. Some other applications use the same functionality and are able to wake up a computer for the execution of tasks at a given time.

None of these apps seem to work on my Toshiba Qosmio F60 - 10 days, and it probably means that the BIOS and the computer electronics not taking into account the necessary functions. It is the first computer I see failing in this kind of use. It's a shame because it's a way to save energy. For the performance of a task with this computer at any given time, it seems necessary to keep it completely working and wait for the time when the task should be executed. On most other computers, it is possible to turn them into sleep mode, they restart when it is time to work.

May be this is a bug in the BIOS and a fix is available?
    Best regards.
    For example

    Hey Buddy,

A nice story on the eve but what problem you have exactly now what that s?
You get an error after sleep?
Which operating system you are using?
Have you checked the event viewer Windows for error logs?

If you have a problem with the sleep mode to ensure that all devices are recognized correctly in the Device Manager and load the default settings in the BIOS.

  • Qosmio F60 - overheating and FPS fall games

    Hello

My Qosmio F60 gets very warm, while gaming and idling, for example, while the cores of game and GPU work around until 75-85Celsius, I don't know how they are idle, but my pumps STILL hot air fan, comparing to all portable computers friends, they don't pump hot heat games unless.

Also while gaming, I get drops FPS while playing, even though I used to run a game on high 60 fps, without drops, now it's on low-head up to about 6 times.

    Help, please.
    Thank you, Harrison

    Hello

Sorry but here a few questions to better understand:
Are you using the original Toshiba preinstalled the operating system or your own version?
Toshiba display driver you are using.

While gaming laptop is placed on the desk?
    All vents are free?
    Do you use new games?

Plan to use everything at stake?
Do you use the maximum level on the graphics settings in the game?

Have you tried playing with the power and graphics settings to see if the result will be a little better?
