  Hello:

  DVD players, both came with the PC and MSI DVD - Rom I bought through the Internet works ONLY for playback of CD - r and DVD - r, but the two do NOT write/burn brand new DVD and CD - R, popping up in the middle of the screen,... Please insert the blank in the E floppy when I actually inserted in the DVD drive.

  I have uninstall and rebooted the PC, in the hope that readers DVD works OK,... but nothing helps.

  Wonder if the registry damaged for DVD player, or what other problems causing this problem?

  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

  Have you checked if the CD/DVD drive you purchased is a recordable disc? If this is the case, there should be an indication (e.g., CD-RW/DVD-RW). You can also check for the indication Device Manager.

  If you have confirmed that it is indeed able to write on the discs, then try to activate the IMAPI. To do this please see the instructions below.

  1. click on start

  2. click on run

  3 type "services.msc" (without the quotes)

  4. in the window that opens, you select IMAPI

  5. right-click on it and select "Properties".

  6 start the services.

  I guess the express Media Player worked properly, but you should know that this drive doesn't support them all!
  Moreover, it's not the media player express if the film has a lot of pixels or not.
  It depends on the film format. However, I imagine that you don t have correctly installed the express media player.

  Quit flash player works in internet explore 10, a few weeks ago.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times without success.  I also use Chrome, which works very well.  I am running Windows 7 64 bit and have Version 15.0.0.223 installed Shockwave Flash object.  I tried to download the latest version of Flash about 20 minutes ago and still not get anything to work on IE.

• Flash player works only with windows 8 RT

  Sites that require Flash Player do not work on my Windows 8 RT device, even if the latest Version of Flash is installed.

  IE10 on Windows RT supports Flash only for sites that are in the so-called list of cv. That of why it works on Youtube, but not on other sites.

  All of these problems come from the fact that Vista and Windows 7 64-bit operating systems. Internet Explorer is also 64-bit but Firefox is unfortunately not 64-bit compatible and cannot use 32-bit plug-ins.

  When upgrading Flash, it will look at your system and select the 64 bit version.  This says it contains a 32 bit version as well, but this does not seem to work on version 11x64_mssa_aih.  It will work fine on all programs except firefox.
  To make sure you have a working version on Firefox you will need to search the Flash support site for 11x32_mssa_aih which is the 32 bit upgrade package.
   Until Flash fixes their version 11 package, or Firefox supports 64 bit plug-ins, you will need to run both a 32 bit and a 64 bit Flash player.

  If the step is not enough, then you can go to the method 2:

  Method 2:

  I suggest you go through the steps and check.

  a. closed Windows Media Player12.

  b. Access Services [table-> system and security-> administration-> Services tools]

  c. find the service named "Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service"

  d. stop the Service manually.

  e. Locate the "UpnP device host"service. Stop the service and restart it.

  f. run "Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service" now.

  g. close windows all associated and the Panel. Open Windows Media Player, right click on a playlist and see if the Play option lists the TV. Try to play now.

  Flash Player is just a plug in Safari.  You won't find it in the Applications folder.  Could check you that plug-ins are enabled in the Security tab of the dialog box Preferences of Safari?

  However, I can't find a version of the mediasmart for windows vista.

  Try to install the MediaSmart DVD software on the link below.  Download the file and save it to your desktop.

  Once the download is complete, right-click on the Setup program and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  When you are done, reboot the laptop.

• Video flash player works only on windows

  Hey everybody. I'll go out on a limb and start very general. I have a flash site, with what I'm about done. It uses AJAX and flash. Bottom line is that the user calls a flash player to display a video after clicking on the video link to HTML, it wants to see. Affter clicking, the swf (with video) is embeded html dynamically. The issue I'm having is that the user CAN rub and interact with the video player on a windows (firefox or IE) but not on a mac. I think it may have to do with dynamic html content, but first I thought I would ask around the forum to be sure that it is not my player. I scripted the player myself, this isn't a Macromedia "default", persay... of ideas or an overview of the architecture of mac to help this problem?

  after good, click on the flash movie so that it shows, I found the problem. The context menu was not that of a flash drive, but standard HTML. After reviewing the code, I realize that I had a loose div after after the DHTML. Not sure why that messed up things, but after removing the div and its closing tag, all right.

  Living near Paris, I recently purchased a QOSMIO G30-158 PC, with tuner hybrid, and even if it is easy enough to watch digital tv programs with Windows Media Center, I don't understand why the Qosmio Player can only watch the analogue programmes, but also non-digital programs (my Qosmio Player references are v4.4.1 built 2006030822)?   The Qosmio player may be able to receive only analog TV signals and its not able handle of digital television.
  If you want to watch digital channels, you must use the MCE.

  My g10-133 was the mother of uypgraded installed by Toshiba that there are back and forward in his first year with problems of graphics chip, so they installed the motherboard with the 6200 chip chart.

  Until very recently, I installed Windows XP to one of my dead computers that I've ever had anywhere with my original recovery qosmio disc such that it has been damaged. I recently bought an other G10 as I wanted to replace the keyboard and display and it came with disks,

  I put in a raw player. I used the recovery of the Qosmio player disc, and this indicates that it is complete. I then installed the Toshiba Recovery disk that has Windows MCE on it. (I have now three original copies of the present). But when windows go to start, the computer gets past the Bios and then quickly goes to the blue screen of death... I tried to use break so that I can read this, but it does not work. I tried more than a windows disk, but not joy. I also had special instructions for Toshiba, which has the Qosmio updater on him, and also another drive which has some additional drivers.

  So far, I've tried all sorts and whenever I go to start the laptop, it crashes. The Toshiba recovery disc has two methods that an automatic and a step forward on (which I don't have a clue how to use). The automatic, which does not implement the normal windows installation, but evokes a Toshiba says... and it goes from 0% to 100% and ends each time.

  If I use my Windows XP disk from another pc it install fine. and the laptop is fine until it reaches download Windows SP3, which seems to slow everything down.

  Have you checked all the stuff that was delivered with your Qosmio? There the Qosmio player installation CD?

  QOSMIO player is already preinstalled on your laptop on a hidden partition. Check the user manual. There is a detailed description how it works exactly.

  Have you installed any other tools or utilities, or have you changed a few settings?
  As far as I know you need the infrared receiver only to control the MCE Win.
  The receiver is plugged into the USB port. Please check in Device Manager if the receiver is recognized. Also, check the cable of the infrared transmitter is also related.
  However, if you are working with the Qosmio player receiver should be removed from the unit.
