If the website goes down or has a degradation of service we work very hard to get back there as soon as possible. But yes this could affect your ability to install software or to activate your license.

  Stop your subscription to the creative cloud will not affect a perpetual license (using a serial number) that you have installed.

  There is no list of vulnerabilities kept anywhere. If a customer reports a problem that is a bug study us and then solve the problem. If the problem is less of a priority, it can take awhile to fix. And Yes, I can understand where different people can see a problem with a different priority. Employees are also test the software and services through automated and manual process and fixing the issues that they are.

  You will not be able to install multiple versions of the software using the creative cloud subscription, but may have installed older versions that use a perpetual license. You should not install any new version of the desktop software available in your membership. You also have the option when you install an upgrade, if you choose to do so.   I bought 5 Lightroom in a retail store, maybe a year or two ago and I have had set up on my computer and use me it a lot and I love it. However, it has come to my attention that I need photoshop so.

  I'm a little confused by the setting up of the creative cloud. I am able to use my desktop application for Lightroom without having to pay annually or monthly, but if I pay for creative cloud monthly or annually, once the term is in place it won't stop me to access the desktop application?

  Is there a way that I can pay for Photoshop, pure and simple, with which they need to subscribe to monthly or annual terms

  Hi, I did some research on Adobe Creative cloud and there are still a few things I'd like to know on this subject. As always, any help offered here will be greatly appreciated.

  (1.) I understand that Adobe Creative cloud can cost from $ 20 to $ 50 each month. With this in mind, will I have to pay for it, as I would with a converted copy of Creative Suite? What I mean by this is, will be Creative Cloud costs something like $600 to buy first, then the monthly rate of $ 20 to $50 thereafter?

  2.) if I decide to stay with Adobe Creative Suite, I finally will be forced to move to the Cloud creative, I've always will have to pay monthly fees, even if I stay on Creative Suite 6, or I will be able to continue to use Creative Suite 6 like I always have no monthly fees?

  I had a friend to understand the problem for me. I had to log out of the creative application of cloud, uninstall all traces of cloud creative adobe on my computer and run CCleaner. We redownloaded everything without problem after that. I have a windows.

• Question - Pre Creative Cloud license

  Hello

  I got the task of doing some tidy up of estate of Adobe of the client software.

  So that everything that we bought on their behalf this year has disappeared on the cloud any good and creative, I'm trying to get a grip on their pre creative cloud licenses. Access the old LWS, I see a lot of licenses, which is great, but there is a lack a bit. How do I know that it is by getting our Finance Department to show that the customer has purchased from Adobe and marry them to the top. Its way way way out.

  Miss me essentially 2 years worth of licenses, I have dates, the quantity and the cost of what we bought, but they are not on the LWS.

  I won't be able to provide the e-mail address that ordered them that there could be several, but can provide everything.

  I currently have Photoshop CS5 and Lightroom v3.6.  I wanted to know if I am registered for the cloud, I had Illustrator, woul plan $19.95 will be the one to use.  I don't believe what I read thet $9.95 plan basic would give me access to Illustrator.  I think that for my use (at least now) the comprehensive plan would be a waste.
