Question about providing version bundle another language

My application was approved for release. now that I want to offer a separate for another release, can I create new product? or do I have to create new package under the current product.

My application uses dynamic licensing mode,

Q1:

If I create new bundle under current product, appworld will send to my link to applyLicense with the same product name?

Q2:

If I create new bundle under current product, the user will have the choice to download the Language Pack? given that these are differet BAR files

Please help me about this

Why not throw in English (if that is set on the device and the user must be able to read English) then have an option or by setting the section where the language can be changed? It is thus the most multilingual applications I used work and it does not degrade the user experience.

  • Several Questions about educational Versions of the software

Well, I have several questions about teaching from Adobe software.  I will attend school in the near future (now I'm not enrolled in any type of school) and I see that Adobe has huge discounts on "educational software".

What exactly is the difference between the "commercial" version of a program and an educational version?  Do you need some kind of student card to activate an educational version, or proof that you are in school, or something special like that?  I noticed people unopened sell educational versions on eBay and I heard there is no differences between the software, but this makes me wonder... why the price difference?

Also, I intend on buying another Mac in the near future - probably for the school.  My second question is - with this software (education), is that I can put programs on my desktop and my laptop, or they won't work on one person on one computer?  I've heard people that serial numbers cannot be activated so many times.

Last question.  My HDD recently crashed and I lost a good bit of things and had to re - install everything.  If this would never happen again, reinstall all Adobe programs on a hard drive nine?  Or I will meet the all 'serial numbers cannot be activated so many times?

Very well.  I think about the fact.  Any input would be great.  Thank you.

    -Mike

In terms of content, there normally is no real difference between the editions of the retail and educational/student. There may be some additional fonts or clip art in the commercial version, but this varies from one version to the other, and a product.

You must qualify to buy an educational/student version. These qualifications are listed on the Adobe Web site. Normally, you must provide proof of reserve that sells licenses of software for you. You can not buy now for the reason that you will be a student in the future. You must have purchase student status.

Unlike versions of retail, education/student Adobe versions software are not transferable. Sale of such software 'closed' on eBay must be regarded with suspicion. Adobe resellers do not offer software on eBay sales. The software is either stolen, used (but reconditioned), or pirated goods.

Most of the Adobe software, including the Creative Suite software, can be activated at the same time on two computers owned and used by a single individual. second computer is usually a laptop, if first computer is a computer at home for students. For retail sales, usually first computer is a desktop computer and the second computer is a mobile computer or at home. Computers must not run the software at the same time. And No, two students may not share a single copy on two separate computers.

The software can be turned on and off but after 20 or if these cycles, you will need to call Adobe and explain what is happening to get characters such cycles. If you are enabled on both systems and a hard drive or a computer turns off and you need to reinstall the software without having the possibility to disable the system blew, Adobe activation support group normally will be granted an additional activation, assuming that you do not have a record of abusing the privilege (as your hard drive breaks down once a month!).

  • Three questions about the version of the hardware and VM tools

    Hello

I have 3 questions about equipment and tools of VM version, can someone help? Thank you in advance.

    1. is the machine hardware version virtual file OVF/EGGS associated with?  OVF/EGGS exported vSphere files contain the virtual hardware version information?

    2. review I have a VM in vSphere 6.0 platform with version 11 of hardware and the latest Tools (cam with ESXi 6.0 U2) VM, I can export to an EGG file, then import it on vSphere 5.1 platform? If can, what version of the target material is VM?

    3. can you vmtools high version with lower vSphere platform? For example, I have a virtual machine with version 11 of material and tools the latest VM (ESXi 6 U2), later I move the 5.1 ESXi virtual computer, should I go down the vmware tools? Is there a compatibility issue?

    Hello

    1. Yes, if you unzip the eggs and open the FVO in an editor you see:

    Family of virtual hardware

    0

    VMX-08

    2. you can not. Vmware 11 material is not supported by 5.1.

3 didn't cause you cannot import vmware 11 and 5.1. Works may be more high vmtools as long as you keep the material support for 5.1 version.

  • Satellite L30-134 PSL33 - Question about the version of the BIOS and the type of DVD writer

    Hello!

I bought a Toshiba L30-134 PSL33 the week last in Hungary. I recorded to Toshiba international warranty, so I saw that my cell was made the 19.10.2006.
My friend bought the same laptop (Toshiba L30-134 PSL33) too (also in Hungary), two weeks ago. His machine was made on 19.12.2006.
It's already funny, but that's not all.
My laptop has a series number starts with X, and the machine of my friends has this starting with Z. That's ok.
    But here it is...
I have a BIOS version of 1.3 and my friend has a BIOS version of 1.9! 0.6 gap within two months? Why?
The other thing. I have a DVD burner called Mat * a UJ - 841 S and my friend has a LG 4082. Once again: why?
If you are looking for Toshiba BIOS update you don't find anything! It is very interesting. There must be some updates to the BIOS, because I read here to another topis that someone has a BIOS version of 1.4. But there are 1.9 too.
Each book was brand new when we bought.
    Any idea?
Let me know when you bought your laptop, what BIOS version it has, and what kind of DVD player there.
I'm wainting for the answers, because I'm really interested!

    Thank you
    Marcell

    Hey Arnaud!

I m from Hungary, too, but I think I should speak English on this forum :) So here is my notebook, I ve bought on 24.12.06. :

    Type: L30 - 134 PSL33E
The machine was made on: 19.12.06
    Series: starts with Z
    DVD player: LG
    BIOS version: 1.9

You should t be nervous on the drive, the carpet * a Panasonic, and I think that s as good as LG. Why are they different? I put t know, maybe Toshiba was such at the time. In the specifications I didn't seen anything on the drive type, so I think that s not relevant. I t has not found another version of BIOS for this model, so I t understand too why and what are the differences between the versions. But if you n t have a problem with your machine, you do not need to change the BIOS. This isn't a PC, if you haven t many options to change in the BIOS.
If you want to discuss on the laptop on the Hungarian language, I recommend the Toshiba section on www.prohardver.hu.

    Best regards

  • question about if I put another PSU...

http://www.staples.com/HP-Pavilion-p6210f-Desktop-PC/product_828019?cmArea=SC3:CG71P4567:CL164781 this Office I wonder if I can add another block of power I want to update and put a geforce 9800 gt graphics card in but I'm afraid what brand of PSU, I need or what would fit in there. I don't want to waste money on a power supply that does not or service to put into it for me is what I'll do.

I wanted to put this in the office and I don't know how he got in this topic, if anyone can help me move

Message edited by Risami on 10/29/2009 18:38

Risami, Yes, you can upgrade the power supply in your computer.  I think that will fit a standard ATX, powere to power supply (PSU).  However, it is always a good idea to measure the existing PSU to be sure.  I highly recommend the following two PSU:

    http://www.Newegg.com/product/product.aspx?item=N82E16817139008

    http://www.Newegg.com/product/product.aspx?item=N82E16817341001

Personally, I had the GXS OCZ 600W.  It was a great PSU.  I've just upgraded.  The Corsair comes highly recommend on the forum.  You can get the measurements of the two in the following links:

    http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/power_management/ocz_gamexstream_power_supply-sli_ready _

    http://www.Corsair.com/products/CX/default.aspx

You can use a power supply safely.  A power supply provides only the amount of power required to operate the system.  The remaining power is for peak useage.

If you have any other questions, let us know.

  • Question about CS5.5 to another hard disk on the same PC

I would spend my CS5.5 to another drive on the same system, purely a matter of real estate on the C drive, now piled up. I have a 1 terabyte of disk I want to spend this sequel to. I don't know that I have to disable and uninstall before that and hope CS5.5 can live on non - C drive as well.

Apart from disabling, what other factors could I be dominant? Thank you in advance.

  • Satellite P100-221: Question about the version of the graphics driver

    Hello

    I have the Satellite P100-221 (PSPA6E-013010RU).
There is a new update for nVidia 7900GS card driver available (8.4.0.0, 27/07/06) in the Russian section of www.toshiba.com.

But the number is still 8.4.0.0, as it was before.
Do you mean the driver has not been modified too much, or is it a new revision?

    Thank you

    Hello

Satellite P100 is a very recent laptop right now and the drivers have to be to date. In this case, I think that the drivers on the Toshiba page are even similar on your laptop. The date indicates only the version on the page.

Anyway, you should always check the numbers of versions of drivers and compare until you install it on the device.
Maybe the drivers are preinstalled and you don't need to reinstall the same version.

  • question about two versions of lightroom on the same computer

    Hi all

I used the C/C version of lightroom on my desk for the last year or two, but I still have my old 5.7.1 version installed. is it possible to uninstall the old version without changing anything in the C/C version?

    Thank you

    Vicki

Yes, if you are satisfied with the way that LR 6/cc is currently running, you can uninstall LR 5.x.

During the installation of the major version upgrades (5.x to 6.0), the Adobe software is always a side-by-side installation.

  • General question about the updates and version number

I have a general question about versions and update.  I'm new on this and am in the deep end of learning I want.

In vSphere web client, I see the following versions (these are exactly as the seller, he left a few months that I have screenshots in my documentation that match)

    Version - VMware ESXi, 5.1.0 1612806

    Profile - Dell (updated) ESXi - 5.1 - 799733 (A00)

I am trying to familiarize themselves with the Update Manager and I noticed that there are a lot of patches and updates available.

Lists of Update Manager 5 patches as "Missing" with Red x but directly above them are a list of patches with green tick indicating that "installed" - it is perhaps obvious, but im guessing 'installed' means really installed when displayed on the screen - there is an update installed, labeled "ESXI 5.1 all the update 2-' would be able to tell that it has been installed by the details of profile/version above?

I don't think it's a big deal at this stage, but if I install all missing patches and then the details of the version/profile change in summary screen?

    I hope this makes sense.

    Thank you

  • Questions about the installation of ColdFusion 9.0.2 version of existing in version 9.0.1

    Hello

I'm currently running ColdFusion 9.0.1 enterprise edition and plan to upgrade to version 9.0.2 version. I understand that this requires uninstalling existing 9.0.1 and perform a new installation of version 9.0.2 version. My concerns are below:

    1. for the installation of the 9.0.2 version the 9.0.2 installer (demo / trial version) must be downloaded and the existing serial number (used in version 9.0.1) can be given during installation to convert it in fully registered mode - please correct me if my interpretation is incorrect here. My question is will the existing serial key (as shown in the page Admin of CF 9.0.1 version version) work with the 9.0.2 version as well?

    2. There are many features that are present in the current 9.0.1 version - for example the sources of data configured in the Admin see Y page there a way I can save these configurations of the existing version and to migrate settings to the new 9.0.2 install, or what I have to do the entire configuration manually after the installation of new? Data sources is something I can think; What other configurations can I save, if such a provision is available?

    3. in the installation of the 9.0.2 version there is a question about "configure the Web server for CF Connector" allows me to add Web/sites Internet servers during installation. If I select "built-in Web server" as the option (so do not configure any Web-site Web server), can I change this and configure Server/site later, after compeleting installation?

What would be the things I need to be careful during this installation to version 9.0.2 from 9.0.1?

    Thank you!

    Arun-

I did a successful version 9.0.2; installation answering my own questions, for the benefit of future development-

    1. Yes. Only the serial number is required (as shown in the Page of the CF Admin of existing facility)

2 configurations (for example: data sources) can be exported. Go to CF Admin Page, click on packaging & deployment, click on Archives of CF. Basically, you export settings as files with the extension archive. car. Once exported from the current installation, it can be imported by clicking on the button deploying car file.

3 server configuration can be modified (Add/Remove) by using the "Web Server Configuration Tool" which is installed by default with CF 9. You can find it under program files (windows OS).

I had some problems during the installation. After installation, the CF Admin page would not be made. Virtually no cfm page don't take charge, because the extension is not known by the IIS (or the server you are using). To set this up, use the "Web Server Config Tool" mentioned above. This launch and activate the check box that is on the rendering cfm pages (forgot the exact name). Once this is done, cfm pages must load. I had to enable this and then do a reinstall but.

  • Question about Version target

    Two questions:

In a version of the target, if you enter a number say 20,000 to the level parent, and I enter more than 20,000 then what is supposed to happen? Currently I have just install a target version and nothing happens, users can enter more than the value in the parent member. If I want to restrict the ability of the user to enter more that all that is in the parent, how can I do this?

IF I want a change in the relative value to be distributed to children in THE REPORT I have current data in children, how to get there?

"IF I want a change in the relative value to be distributed to children in THE REPORT I have current data in children, how to achieve that?

Right-click on the parent account where you want to change the value, select adjust-> grid spread. Use the proportional option. Who takes care of the issue.

  • Question about versions of DNG format?

    Hello

I imported all my. Images RAW of Nikon NEF with Lightroom and I started to convert them to DNG, as seems recommended (and I want to get rid of the sidecar files when saving metadata to the files).

However, there is an option I wonder about: "compatibility". What does this option, in practice? I have to upgrade my DNG files when new versions of the plugin Camera Raw is out? Should what compatibility option I choose for conversions again?

    Thanks in advance!

    Jonas.555333 wrote:

Ok. What about later versions of Lightroom, you I have to upgrade all previous DNG files to the latest version then?

You won't have to update existing images as they would not add new rendering algorithms that may arise in the future. However, all the images will change in a version containing the new rendering algorithms would be better recorded with appropriate option.
