  the deployment on iOS requires iOS SDK and an example of Apple Developer for the signature. That being said, you need a MAC to create a deployment for iOS.

  Having some problems with the SMS and iMessage notification since the upgrade to iOS 10. The problem is that sometimes there is no noise or vibration or anything like that when I get a message. I will just have to pick up the phone and there is a banner on the lock screen. And until someone asks, it isn't that I was away from the phone, or I didn't hear it go off... there was just no notification. It's as if the phone was in DND (which it was not).

  The other thing is, I NEVER receive a notification when I am sent an iMessage from a sender that is the only email address (like an iPad wifi only). In this situation, my phone never plays a sound never vibrates... you open the lock screen, but there's a new banner of message sitting there... as I said before - just as the phone is in DND... which is not.

  This problem happens on mine and my wife's phone. For any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

  Here is an update. I think I can find a solution to the problem. I used to have my "send and receive" in the messages app implemented with my phone number and checked e-mail address. I have deselected the e-mail address and have now received a notifcation for every message I've received so far. The sample size is a bit small at the moment but before this change, it is 50-50 at best.

  I think this is what you might be referring. It was initially a problem with iOS 9.3 causing model beginning deivices present some incompatibility. Since then, Apple engineers have released two updates iOS 9.3.1 and 9.3.2 in response to bugs. You should not have problems when updating, but each update and software installed for each unit is different, so it is difficult to say with certainty. Don't forget to backup your data on all 3 devices by a backup in iTunes or iCloud. • iPhoto book questions after iOS update

  I recently updated my MacBook Pro (2012) to the iOS of Maverick.  So, I had to update many other applications, including iPhoto. I had a book filled with pictures of family of 2015, but had not printed.  The book came through after the update, but not all of my placed photos are here. I have a few other books (which have already been printed), and their pictures were very good. In any case, I can restore the photos without having to recreate hours of work?  The pictures are still on my Mac. So frustrating!  Thank you for any advice and comments.

  Several members of the forum pointed out that the Apple Support told them, that you can not order books iPhoto after March 31. So, everything you do, hurry to order the book.

  The book came through after the update, but not all of my placed photos are here.

  If you have removed pictures of the library, they will be removed the book as well and will show black.

  If the photos are always in the library, get them back to an empty place holders.

• Question of IOS 15.4 enable Secret

  My understanding is that secret enable type 4 is a concern for safety and the control of type 4 is frowned upon in IOS 15.4 M.

  I would like to create an enable secret using a password in plaintext and encrypted it is not visible from the command line or the configuration file. I have woulkd like to be able to "copy" this password to enable secret on other devices as well. Is there a way to create an enable secret password in plain text and have the router hash/encrypt?

  Simply type:

  Select the secret

  You can then copy the plain text or encrypted command to another device version.

  PS. I have written a password cracker 5 type in javascript.  It is faster on Chrome.  If you can crack the password with this then you know that you have chosen a weak password.

  If you use IOS 15.4 as you indicate, they you can use the much much much stronger algorithm scrypt.

  Once more, you can copy and paste versions either plain or encrypted line to another Cisco router and run perfectly.

  I have a virtual machine showing an alarm "State of the virtual machine Consolidation necessary."  What I've read online, this can happen if a snapshot file exists and is not recognized by the Snapshot Manager, which is not the case here.  I checked the Snapshot Manager and without clichés exist and I checked the data store, and there is no file snapshot.  Should I recognize just the alarm, or do I consolidate?  In my mind, if there is no snapshot file, there is no point in running the consolidation... it could simply error-out or tell me there are no snapshots.  I wanted expert advice before taking any action, thank you.

  Looks like you got wake up your phone in order to check that the alarm was going off the coast, but the phone was not making a noise or vibration. I would start by stop smoking parameters and alarm applications:

  Force an app to close the iOS

  1. press the Home button twice quickly. You will see small glimpses of your applications recently used.
  2. slide to the left to find the application you want to close.
  3. push upward on the overview of the application to close.

  When you have done that reboot the device and test again the question:

  iOS: switch off and on (restart) and reset

  If the problem persists, save your device in iTunes, then restore it like new and verify that it works.

  If this is the case, restore your backup either check it still works and just reinstalled software or circumvent the problem in the backup file itself.

• Cannot be found in iOS 10 notes

  I did a clean install of iOS 10.1 on my iPad 2 Air, not a restore of backup and linked to my existing Apple ID cloud data. I find that I can not get a result of research within the Notes application - fill in the search bar in the application with a known keyword produces no results, even after that all my notes have been uploaded and are visible.

  I also did a regular update of the iOS 10.1 on my iPhone 6s without deleting data and applications, and the same prob exists on upgrading phone - no search results in the application Notes, even with all the Notes.

  On my iPad Pro 12 without an upgrade, always using the latest version of 9, there is no problem, research within the Notes application, which contains of course the same, iCloud synchronized data.

  Anyone else know this and have a solution?

  Thank you for joining the communities Support from Apple! Looks like you have research questions in iOS 10 Notes. I know how important it is, you are able to search correctly. The first thing I would say is on the devices with iOS 10, make sure that when you start typing in the search bar that you have selected all accounts rather than the current accounts. This can cause the search appear no results if you have selected instead of all current.

• Why no Community iOS?

  If I missed somehow a 'community of iOS' please excuse me and direct me to it. I can't find a specific questions from the iOS in different research communities. I guess that there are others who also have questions about the operating system itself and not devices, applications etc. It would be a great place to go, for example when Apple released a new version of iOS, to get answers to questions about the stability and features. Or just general questions specific to the operating system. It would be much better than fighting through all the articles / comments that are out there.

  Because the version of iOS for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch stand out enough that you would always need sub forums for each device. So, what is the point, when you already have forums for devices. There is really no questions on iPhones, iPads and iPod touches that do not address the operating system iOS on them in some form.

  If you have questions about iOS you can post it in the forum for the iOS device to perform on.
