    Hello Jim,

Please keep us updated on the status of the issue. I apologize for the late response.

I would like to inform you that if you have not set a password on your user account, then Windows will not ask for the password to unlock or wake the computer from sleep mode. If you move the mouse or press a key on the keyboard, the computer will automatically unlock or to wake up the fashion 'sleep'.

The s300-10J who provides or not?

Anyone who can recoomend a card external sound that has this provision? (if my laptop does not work)

    Thanks in advance,
    Bart Segers

    Hello

I can't give you details on the microphone of the satellite Pro S300 tension because I didn t find all the details about the tension of mic jack, but I guess that it s a voltage standard as on others, laptops different.

As far as I know the external portable media microphone who need 1, 5V DC.
So I guess that the S300 this support too.

That's all I can say about it.

  • Question on Mode Power button settings

What is the difference between Mode 1, 2 and 3 of the Mode for setting the button of power, except for the color change?

    Hello

As far as I know using these modes you can simply change the color of power button.

Default value is always active and blue color and turns red when the unit is turned off
Mode 1 = is always on and lights up green when the unit is on standby.
Mode 2 = is always on and turns different colors during standby
Mode 3 = led power rollers by means of various colors and green during sleep.
OFF = power LED remains off.

    I can't tell you more.

    Hi John

The answer is Yes. However, the slot next to the PCI-E x 16 slot should be vacant.

TIP: Drag the optical drives before before removing and installing the new power supply. It will make the installation a little easier.  First make the power supply for your PC before installing new video card.

  • Question: An Alternative to the vim3WaitTaskEnd method?

I am looking for an alternative to the vim3WaitTaskEnd method.

    Scenario:

Lets say I have a table of virtual machines that I need to migrate to another host.  The following example loops on my table of machines virtual one at a time waiting for each to complete before moving on to the next VM migration.  I would rather set the set of tasks or the queue upwards (similar to execution of workflows in parallel work) then wait that all tasks to perform.

    for (s = 0; s < targetVM.length; s++) {
      task = targetVM[s].migrateVM_Task(resourcePool, Host2, VcVirtualMachineMovePriority.highPriority, null);
      actionResult = System.getModule("com.vmware.library.vc.basic").vim3WaitTaskEnd(task, true, 10);
    }

Some direction or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Adam

Push your tasks in a table that you are looping through...

Once done with your loop, check the status of each task until it all ended.

  • T1100: Question paper T1100 power

Reported problem that is paper load, but does not advance properly resulting in superimposed.

I'm waiting for more details and will post as soon as they are available.

    Hello

He aldo would be a matter of paper.

Are you a print from a roll or single sheet?

If you want to confirm if the motor and the drive roller are mobile, you can look under the printer when it print.

If the drive roller is moving, but the book is not, the problem is the paper.

    When I realized it's because:

-The paper has been loaded upside down

-L' printer was against something that was the roll of paper and PIN

    -Not to unlock the PIN

-Paper to lourdes for the printer

-Not using the axis on the printer, but a set made for the roll of the book it was great to fit on the printer.

Check these things, I hope that the cause is on this list.

    Best regards

  • Question about the power of the battery on Equium A210-1AS

    Hello...

the battery on my Equium A210-1as life is supposed to be around 2 and a half hour but it s more in 20 minutes.
    No idea why?

That sounds like a bad battery.

If your laptop is still under warranty, go to a local ASP and allow your battery to change.

If your computer laptop doesn t have guaranteed, an ASP may also make a bid for a new battery. This part doesn't have to be so expensive.

  • Power on the Satellite Pro 3000 problem

Wives Satellite S3000 has developed what appears to be a power problem

Last night it started indicating that he doesn't have the power of the DC input... This seemed to be a fault of internittent stirring casued DC input light to return cable. Taking the DC Jack off main cable, I discovered that one of the two pins was broken.

Is out today and bought a new 5.5mm/2.5mm DC Jack and reconnected thinking that everything would be OK... but there is no response from the laptop... the DC input light does not come on and neither does the indicator "charging battery".

A multimeter indicates there is 19v DC decision-making.

It seems to me that there may be an internal power problem. Otherwise there may be a problem with the power with respect to the current delivery.

A battery totally buggered may this "non-response"? I expect the laptop to operate on DC power regardless of the internal State and secondary battery.

Ideas appreciated... will see if I can alternative power source and try it before resorting to delve into the bowels of the thing!

    Thank you

    Hello

    > A battery totally buggered may this "non-response"? I expect the laptop to operate on DC power regardless of the internal State and secondary battery.

The laptop should run without battery. If the adapter is ok and if it was connected to the laptop, then it should be possible to start the machine.

If the laptop does not start, then it must be a hardware problem.
But believe me; It's not easy to say what exactly is the problem.

Maybe you bought only a bad power adapter that is not compatible with the Sat Pro 3000?
Or maybe there is something wrong with the electronic power supply on the motherboard?
Who knows?  :| Only the technician who checked the laptop can provide an exact error diagnostic.

  • M30-604: power new consumer HD

Y at - it no problem changing the hard drive of a satellite M30 604? The original is a Hitashi Travelstar 80GN (4200 RPM). I want to put in a Hitashi Travelstar 7K 100 (7200 RPM). However, I saw the new should be 0.8 Watts more power when starting (4.7 to 5.5). It comes in addition to 18%! So, my question: this increased power consumption can be manipulated?

    Hello Xydro

To give a proper answer to these questions is not easy. In my opinion to avoid any problem, but it is very important that you be sure that if there is any support in case the disk HARD doesn't work properly. The fact is that this time when the HARD drive is integrated, you will know if the HARD drive makes problems.

I put t know where you want to buy this drive HARD, but maybe you should contact the authorized service partner.

I recently bought a HPE-240f desktop PC and I want to improve my current Radeon HD5570 1 g GPU MSI 460GTX Cyclone 768D 5/OC, but unfortunately I have a Liteon PS-5301 - 08ha PSU and it is only 300W. Can anyone here advice me what to do?

Yes, I thought that I have really don't have a 650W power supply if I want a single power graphics card Nvidia 460GTX. And more I'm low on cash at the moment so the ROSWELL PSU fits in my budget. Thanks for your help, and I'll post again if I met more problems.
