  Does anyone know an application of weather which works with the storm?

  I use the latest WeatherBug application and it's fantastic.

  When you click it, you get the current weather (based on your GPS location), you can click on an icon and get a long term forecast, another and get temp/radar/cloudiness, another for warnings, etc..

  It's the best weather app I've ever seen on a mobile device (and I'm a nerd of the weather).

  I have problems with blackberry maps on my blackberry torch, yesterday I bought at telus

  It locate me so I removed it to reinstall, but now it won't let me install when I download the installation program.

  I know that my gps doesn't work because google maps can find me.

  the gps worked for my phone, it was just the blackberry maps did not work.

  If you do not have the blackberry maps icon, and your phone is Canadian (because I know with AT & T you do not get the blackberry icon cards unless you install it somehow, just search on google "How to install blackberry maps on at & t torch" and stuff should appear) then all you need to do is use the usb cable to connect your phone to your computer and install blackberry Device Manager. Then go to 'applications' and scroll to "blackberry maps" and add the checkbox and continue, it must be installed. I wonder if it does for an American telephone, probably not.

  I figured out that blackberry maps is zero unless you have incredible signal.

  Use google maps. I used it yesterday and today, the new version released is so good, it's an arrow that follows your movements and it is really sensitive.

  With the components required to do, this is my first blackberry so I'm not sure, but I know not if you go to:

  OPTIONS of-> device-> location settings

  You should have ' GPS DATA SOURCE: ' GPS DEVICE.

  and "LOCATION SERVICES: location ON '"

  except that I don't really know too much.

  Hope that somehow remotely helps you. Bad comes to worse just get google maps and use it. Not sure if you are in North America and if you get google maps, but if you do, it is worth your time.

  1. make sure that your BlackBerryID you connect to AppWorld with corresponds to that of the old appliance. Also make sure that you use it properly since the homescreen to Options > device > BlackBerryID.

  2. in AppWorld > MyWorld, if your apps 'uninstalled' the old device do not appear in the list, click the Menu button > refresh list. You should see them.

  The Torch 9800 battery has a memory?  In other words, is it better to leave the battery to run out completely before recharging, or t - there no matter at what stage the battery is charged or how many times.

  Battery technology has evolved well beyond the problems of memory of old... those pretty much disappeared with NiMh batteries. New lithium-ion and LithiumPolymer batteries do not undergo the same problem.

  But they have a different problem... if allowed to exhaust completely, they can actually be damaged, making them less useful and even useless. So it is never advisable to let the battery completely run out.

  As long as this "data package" provided by your network provider IS the BlackBerry data Plan, you'll be fine.

  Otherwise, a generic data plan or the boot does not work on BlackBerry.

• Error App Myspace for blackBerry Smartphones

  I have the Curve 8330 with Alltel. This issue just started to happen out of nowhere. When I go to the Myspace App I get this error "there was a communication error with Myspace. I am still able to update my status & mood, but nothing else works. All other screens just constantly "loading". And my friends on the homepage says 'loading' status. However I can check the updates successfully.

  I wonder if there is a problem with my myspace account because when I login under someone elses name I don't have this problem. But I can not yet know what is the cause. I registered my e-mail address with my phone to see if that had something to do with it, but I still had the issue...

  I tried the following:

  1 uninstall & reinstall the application. However when I reinstall somewhere, I'm automatically reconnected. It is not clear the previous memory of the Myspace app. How would I fix this?

  2 return Service directories. However the service book Myspace does not appear in the list of service books.

  3. traction battery

  4 connection under someone elses name. Everything works well for them. It gives me this message "receipt notifications Myspace, your Myspace login email address must be associated with your smart phone BlackBerry." I click on continue & loads of everything very well.

  5 wipe clean & reinstall 4.5 did not help.

  Before you buy BlackBerry, I knew that its market is not as varied as android, but to my great disappointment I couldn't find apps 'base' which should have a smartphone.   No, as I said, they are available in Android apps which you call is able to run for the right amount of.
  You will need to get them on an Android App store, there is a good app called Snap specially written to help with this...
