  I am allowing the user to enter a specific number of characters in the field (for example, COUNTRIES with a maximum of chacratars is 3, as the USA), so I put a posting on the VALIDATION MODEL, works very well, but, say, the user is entered in CANADA... my popup form Testament error message, some maximum is 3 characters only... then, the user presses the OK button on the pop-up window... and no has NOT resolved the problem (user suppose to do CANADA can), jumped and... continued to enter data into the rest of the fields... but I want to STOP the user THERE IT SELF!

  Unless and until the user formatting LAMBASTS (maximum number of characters here) question, shape/system must not allow the end-user to go further / to enter data in other areas/grey all the REST of the stuff... User must set to go ahead. Pls let me know how I can get it?

  I'm not sure what exactly your needs.

  If you want to hide all other objects in a subform, and then test the user on the event entry exit. If user input does not exceed three characters, then you could show the subform.

  I have a form, in which I have a component of the input file.
  
  Scenario 1 - if I do not attach and submit the form, it is successful.
  
  Scenario 2 - if I attach a file of size less than 2 MB and then submit, it is successful.
  
  Scenario 3 - if I attach a file of size greater than 2 MB and then submit, ADF gives an error message saying "the file is large" that is expected.
  
  3.1 - in scenario 3, after the failure of downloading files, I want to send the form without attaching any file. But the form is not filed and the warning message still appears.
  
  3.2 - if I have to re-download the files of size less than 2 MB and then submit, it is successful.
  
  Please help me to solve the issue.

  I went back to an old project Adobe Illustrator I have not opened for years but suddenly need to recovery. To my horror, I discovered that I can not open ONE of these old files HAVE. In the finder, each of these files is shown not as an .ai file, but as a "simple text document. When opening, it does is display a text code page, not my graphics HAVE. I'm currently running AI CS5 on Mac OSX 10.8.5. I would greatly appreciate all useful advice - what someone might have on this subject. Y at - it HAVE a plug-in available for update old files? No matter what?

  Hi everyone who responded, or interested:

  I think I found the fix, courtesy of the Mac guru at the University where I teach. If I just add the suffix .ai on behalf of all of my files, they instantly change to read Adobe Illustrator files! Couldn't be simpler, although it raises a question. These files will open very well without needing to be done with the file at the end of each title designations. Now, suddenly, they need ".ai" after them to open properly. Well. At least, I have a solution to this problem.  Thanks for all the good advice!

• Question about scripts in the form under repeatbel objects

  I'm working on the creation of a form that has a secondary form that can be repeated as many times as the user wants. There is a button 'Add' that creates an instance of the secondary on the form form, when you click on it.

  The secondary form I have 5 numeric fields say a1 - a5 and 1 field b1 which is the sum of all these 5 fields.

  On the main screen, I have a 2 fields - say t1 and f1.

  The requirement is t1 = f1 + b1 + (instance sous-forme 2 B1) + (sub-form instance 3's b1) + and so on... .depending on as many instances sub-shape there that the user adds.

  I created actions using the Action Builder such as when none of the a1 to a5 fields are out, b1 will be updated with the sum of a1 - a5. At the same time t1 will be updated with the sum of f1 and b1.

  This works very well for 1 instance of the form under. But when click on 'Add' and a second instance of the secondary form is added, then the script does not work as it did for the first instance of the secondary form. So for all instances of the subshape added, when values are added to a1 - a5 and the fields are exist, b1 not updated.

  How can I fix?

  "The total number of hours worked this week" are the t1 I was talking about. See how it is updated when values are entered in all areas of the time. It works great with the default instance of the form on T100/strategic/advantage customer information as well. But when I click on the button "Add Customer" to add another instance of the form sub, it does not work as expected.

  Please let me know if it is still is not clear and I can explain the problem.

  It is indeed a common place of what to get. Rarely these whitespace contravene semantic aspects of xml, but it's annoying to the human eye. The OutputKeys.INDENT on the transformer fixing certainly wouldn't heal and makes it worse.

  If the lack of alignment gets enough wide, sometimes I use a custom xsl file to put an order of it. This is how the xsl looks like: it is just a slight development of an identity transformation. And I assume you are using jdk1.5 + packaged xerces and xalan.

  Suppose to be called indenter.xsl, and put themselves in the working directory. Printing to a file may seem just that.

  I use xalan namespace to control the amount of space to indent. If you don't use of xalan, just leave these namespace declaration and the xalan:indent - amounted to and let the xsl processor using its default value.

  If you prefer instead of writing your own small xsl utilities, you can maybe google (mainly in using key as pretty print or a utility called htmltidy with w3c) to clean the misaligned output. Or check the documentation on the xsl processor used, some processor could have custom method to do the same.

  But cleaning may still run the risk of too interpret what can hold and is not. It is important to know what you finally want what to do and adjust according to your need.

  I use a mac in mid-2007, 10.7.5 mini system. I use iPhoto for my photo files only. I recently shot a family, the RAW files. When you try to transfer these RAW files and keep them in the form of RAW files on an external hard drive, the files themselves simply to the jpg. did someone knows how I can get these RAW files off my hard drive to an external hard drive, but keep them RAW and their original size?   TO export RAW files you select them in iPhoto and export (menu, file == > export) using the type is an original option - see export from iPhoto for more details on the options

  as to get them off you primary drive - you can't, unless you remove them form iPhoto and empty iPhoto trash and trash system - iPHoto must always have access to the original to work

• Send the form as a PDF file

  I created a PDF document to be completed using Adobe Acrobat Pro XI for MAC and the bottom of the form, I added a button to send the form.  This form is being completed by employees using Adobe Acrobat Reader.  They must complete the form and click on send form sent to the correct email address.

  Like "Button properties", I went into the ACTION tab and configure the following:

  SELECT TRIGGER: Mouse upwards

  SELECTION ACTION: Submit a form

  SUBMIT the FORM A properties, I put everything that this way:

  ENTER THE link URL: mailto: [email protected]

  Export FORMAT: PDF of the entire document

  The problem I have is when the form is completed by the employees, they get an error message saying: it cannot be sent.  I searched the web and found out that Acrobat Reader can't send PDF Forms.  I tried to change the option to export to FDF, XFDF or HTML FORMAT, but none of them worked...

  I'm sure that there is a way to configure my form to send it (once completed) average of acrobat reader but I can't find how to do this.  Any suggestions?

  If you understand what I'm saying, I don't see the challenge you are talking about. You can rename the functions you want, just not the same name as another function.  The only thing I can imagine is that you do not understand you see functions defined in the code are named by the person who wrote the code.  So, if you see a function like...

  function someWords() {}

  code

  }

  This is a feature that you can rename as you please...

  function someOtherWords() {}

  another code

  }

  as long as you change everything that invites who work as well.

  But if the code inside the functions will not change, then you don't need to have two functions defined to do the same thing anyway... just share the same for the two forms
