  Hello

  When an error occurs in a workflow, usually a notification will be sent to SYSADMIN. So, yo need to log into that account to access workflow errors. If you want to confirm, for a given workflow, how it handles errors, you can open it with the workflow designer and discover who is the error process used (go through the workflow process > click right mouse > properties > Details tab > point error Type and error process). You can then open this workflow error and check who is the recipient of the notification. I hope it helps.

  I changed the PO notification by changing the associated plsql package. Now when I see IN. notices in the notification window it display correctly.
  
  When I search the same PO in State control in charge of workflow administrator, I get the following error.

• Any way to further customize the workflow notifications?

  Hey all,.

  I received this question MANY of my clients of BC, so I thought I would check with the BC community. Is it possible to further customize the workflow notifications?

  I know that in e-mail notification of workflow by default, webform submissions appear using {tag_formsummary}. This works well for the average contact form, but for more complex presentations (I have clients using Web forms for online employment applications and detailed quote requests), it would be great to be able to organize shipments of form in a way to make it a little more readable.

  I know that it comes a bit out-there, but I had this conversation enough times with customers frustrated that I thought I'd ask!

  Not much. And you probably already read it making your digging as you did. Other then the site stuff you can do, nothing has changed in terms of what you can do with e-mail.

• Question of the workflow

  I am currently working on a question which have approval notification is sent in a role whose value is set at runtime based on the value retrieved by a query select.
  
  The workflow attribute is of type role and the value is set is also a role name.
  
  Now the user needs an additional user be set up which would receive the notification of approval also.
  
  But the role name that is recovered is global role not asking an adhoc role, so I can't add other users to the same role.
  
  Can I connect two nouns of the roles attribute of workflow of the role type, which are separated by a comma.
  Were the two notices sent or the workflow would be mistake?
  
  Otherwise I have to retrieve the assoiated to the user with the name of original role and create a new using two usernames that need to be able to view the ad hoc approval notification.
  
  The following are my instance data

  In the workflow designer, check the properties of the Notification. Make sure that the check box expand roles is checked.

  All,

  We want to rename the 'workflow notification mailer' name to any name. But according to Oracle Workflow Administrator's Guide

  " " Cannot remove Notification Workflow seeded envelope or change its name"

  can someone please check if I read this correctly, and if not, please let know us a way to change this default name.

  In my view, Workflow Mailer of Notification of name change is not possible - if you go to (System Administrator > Oracle Application Manager > Workflow > components Service > Workflow Notification Mailer > Edit) you will find that the name cannot be changed.

• Question when the workflow started the same session

  I'm having a weird problem. When I start the workflow for the first time, it is stuck at a certain "Activity A" activity with a status of 'Active'. When I start the workflow from the same session for the second transaction, the first transaction is completed and the other is still stuck in the same activity. It continues when I start the workflow from the same session.
  
  But when I close this session, the last transaction of this session is permanantly stuck to the activity with a status of 'Active'.
  
  When I open another session and submit the first transaction, once again the same pattern repeats itself.

  Are you referring to a link in a notification of workflow?

  If Yes, then this link is an attribute of type URL display. You will need to open the workflow process in the workflow designer and check the message. You will see several attributes of the message and the (s) of TYPE URL will be the ones you want to check.

• Period of notification of the request for more information

  We have implemented a notification of approval for our client who is at a high level,
  
  applicant-> 1 - > 2 approver approver
  
  Once a request is made, the notification 'approval' goes to approver 1 track 2 approver. The application is approved when both approve to approve the request. If no action is taken by the approvers, the original notifications are cancelled and escalation notification is sent to the approver supervisor 2.
  
  We have a deadline of 48 hours for initial approval notifications sent to the approvers (1 & 2). Where 2 approver prays for more information using the "Request for information" button, the TIMEOUT clock does not reset itself and the notification is cancelled after that even if 48 hours, the notification is in the queue of the applicant.
  
  It is originally the notification of escalation become approver supervisor 2.
  
  The question is why does the timeout clock not reset when the notification back to the applicant for more information. Is this the behavior of the workflow notification standard oracle? Is it possible to customize and to achieve this goal?

• ios10 notifications when the screen locked and I'm on the phone

  This must be a bug. Nothing else makes sense as to why you program this function in iOS10.

  I rely on notifications for my work in the newspaper industry. I use so many apps like Twitter, Facebook, TXT Message, etc.

  When my phone goes into auto-lock mode and goes black, I still get notifications. The screen comes back to life and I get a notification banner for txt, twitter updates and facebook messages. I can't put my phone to stay unlocked for always as the longest option available to me is 5 minutes.

  Here's the big question. When I'm on the phone and the screen goes black, I stop get notifications. I hear the notification sound and the screen lights up to show my wallpaper, but the banner of notification never appears. I have colleagues who have exactly the same problem. If it is not unique to my phone. I confirmed this option to occur in several other people in my office.

  Please tell me that this can be fixed somehow. This is a feature I must have. So and if well I would buy an Android, if this is the new normal in iOS10,

But atfter update Marshmallow, notifications are seen from the lockscreen without unlocking the phone when the screen turns off, the LEDs blink is no longer. maybe Sony has changed? I do not know.

  In my opinion, this is how it should work. You saw the notifications, they are considered as seen. New notifications will be LED flash again to know that there is more to check.
