• E-mail questions / Customer Service?

  I recently changed my host in BC and automatically switched hosting of e-mails in British Colombia. However, I use goDaddy for my hosting of e-mails. So I made the correction of the mx record in my Panel of BC, but it still has not spread entirely. So, I still do not receive e-mails. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN THREE WEEKS!

  I contacted Adobe 3 times on this issue, and the problem has not been resolved. Is there a customer service phone number I can call? Specifically, I would like to speak with someone who can solve my problem. GoDaddy's customer service is unmatched. Whenever I call them my problem is resolved immediately, on the phone call. However, with Adobe, they seem to direct you to the cat which is not very useful. During a chat session I was transferred to the different representatives three times during a 30-minute conversation, and my problem has not been resolved. I sent an email and it took 2 days for a response. Patience is running thin.

  Problem is solved.

  I had to remove the field and then add it again.

  Kevin,

  You can achieve this by using the type of URL link, by a link to the remote document. You cannot "Browse" the content repository to locate the target of the link to the other instance of space.

  Hi John,.

  What is the problem here? Username and password not bening is sent to the web server of Siebel. If Yes, then this is not a problem :). This is how it works. SelfServiceTemplateRuleQueryPage didn't need of any user id and password to send the response.

  If you select "Choose the components individually", expand essbase and click 'Essbase Services 64-bit server', even if it is grayed out, it should give you a reason why you can not install it.

• MSAD question shared services configuration?

  I recently configured MSAD with shared services.but, the problem is that the hfm users are not in the same group at msad.so I am not getting all the hfm users.so I set up 2 groups of msad more.
  
  now the problem is when configuring, please enter the username and password of any user in this group.here the password will change for each days.and 45 it is not practically possible to have other SSP password for the administrator to change for every 45 days.

  Hi Nani,

  Yes, you must specify a user id & pwd to connect MSAD, but do not use anonymous option as it is not a good practice to connect MSAD.

  As you say it is change of password in all 45 days so please check with the windows team who maintain & manage MSAD and let them ask to create a service account and do not set the option to password expiration after n days. This is how works the service account.

• Question about services

  I have a HP 8540p running Windows 7.  For these last months, I had something running in the background that consumes 25% of the processor.  This continues for an extended period - about - 30 minutes and then stops.  It is a SYSTEM process running under svchost.exe in which there are a number of processes that don't mean anything to me, but they all have a PID of 1092.  This does not seem to hurt, (other than the fan by executing on my laptop), but I find it annoying.  Can someone explain what is happening, what are these processes?

  If everyone is only access the server of DBs, there is really no reason to install JS on the workstations. You must only if users are running completely independent (inlcl DB) AND want to schedule regular unattended, export, summarize and some other actions.

  Start the following services first or set to automatic:

  Oracle TNS Listener RDBMS
  Oracle service LIVE

  Other services the Manual value

  Go to your % APPL_TOP directory and click on envshell_. cmd. You can create a shortcut and place it in a more convenient location. Then % ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME % cd and run adstrtal.cmd apps/apps to start all your service requests after the startup of the database.

  You are having problems to start the services of applications before the opening of the database.
