Question of the animation...

Hi guys.

I'm doing a simple animation. I want to fade and resize a list inside creationcomplete. My problem is that I still see the flash before the beginning of the animation of the element element. In other Word, the user will see the element appear 1 second-> then fade and resize animation. I was hoping someone here could help me with this. Thank you...

my code.

compinfoResult.token = getCompList.compinfo ();

compinfoResult.addEventListener (ResultEvent.RESULT, completeLoading);

function completeLoading(event:ResultEvent):void {}

fadeList.play ();   the animation is triggered when the list gets the result of the server...

scaleList.play ();

}

}

You can try something like this, obviously setting the properties that you want to use

  • Question of the animation to boot Windows on Satellite L50-A-1F2

    Hi guys,.

    I installed Linux on my Satellite L50-A-1F2, and now when I start Windows, after the grub is sometimes very good, sometimes I see the stripes, or the Windows boot animation biased... sometimes, like now, I see the image of grub instead of the classic Windows logo. Everything works fine, Windows loading perfectly... but if anyone can solve this problem that makes me happy.

    Thank you! Sorry for my English!

    Hello

    I think that your problem is a gesture of challenge related to the Linux installed.
    Probably, Boot Manager Windows 8.1 has been replaced by GRUB in Linux and that's why the start-up procedure search differently.

    I have no solution for you, but recommend you to check a few FAQ and HowTo to configure GRUB

    I can't really help without more information about how you have this designed in the image of the House.  Is it is also dynamically added then you would probably only need to use...

    (deployment)

    {

    loadMovieNum ("home.swf", 1);

  • A few Questions about the export of Animations Formats in and interactive PDF

    Hi people

    According to my previous ramblings, I just go CS5.5 and am very interested in the animation and the side of interactive documents of things.

    I created a document as a test that has a video (mp4) and a slideshow (using the buttons to the previous step and the next step of stacked images).

    I can export it as a swf file, all perfectly, but the first few people I sent there do not have flash player.  I thought that most of the people would be able to open it but apparently not.  Is there a better format for export?

    I tried to export as an interactive pdf, but my slide show button does not work then.  I don't quite see the element of interaction of one interactive pdf other than being able to put in a video (which I have not yet tried).  Im sure someone can enlighten me!

    Any help?  Are swf is intended primarily for Web sites where people can see it this way rather than be sent by electronic mail?

    See you soon

    Animations and slideshow features are available only in a SWF file, which, as you have discovered, requires Flash.

    Workaround: select only the slideshow and the buttons that are associated and export to SWF format using the option on the export dialog box. Then replace the SWF file in InDesign. Use the media panel to create an image of the poster. Can export to PDF.

  • Question of the loading Animation

    I posted the code that I use for my preloader below. When my .swf is preloading my loading bar moves very smoothly. I have a problem with the part of the code I labled //HERE IS ANIMATION CODE.

    This code basically takes a movieclip called "sammy" to the frame that corresponds with the percentage of loading. So it looks like the animation progressed only that the percentage has increased, but it doesn't. Instead it forward most of the time, but sometimes jumps back a few frames, then goes forward again.

    When I run a trace(); the numbers never jump back. It shows the same number repeated or moved up.

    Any suggestions or pointers would be great.

    PS - AS3 is greatly appreciated Adobe!

    and apply gotoAndStop(), gotoAndPlay() to sammy not.

  • How to remove .oam file in Muse after the end of the animation?

    I recently searched this forum and answer to some than others and I can not find how to solve my problem. All similar topics are still 'unsolved', often left unanswered. I made contact with the authors of this topics, but they cannot always solve this puzzle.

    I create my Web site in Adobe Muse and leading edge. I want an intro animated beginning (when it is loading for the first time), and if it is possible - in a full screen mode. After the end of the animation, I want it to disappear and reveal the content of the site, which should be clickable. It would be the best if the animation could be created as animate, but if there is no other choice, it can be gif or mp4.

    Here is an example of Web site and my problem.

    Link: http://problem.bplaced.net/

    I tried to solve my problem of all the ways that I know. After the end of the animation and transformation to the alpha 0, it is still covering the menu and making it unclickabe. After that, I tried to put in the edge layers animate in stop mode after the end of the animation. I also tried to minimalize the scene at the end of full hd 1 x 1 px. I tried all methods do not work.

    And this is ZIP that contains the whole of the site. Muse and edge file.

    My knowledge of programming, it's just basic Basic, a down-to-Earth answers please.

    To the moderators:

    If by chance somewhere in this forum you can find answer to my question, please don't brand just my problem "solved" with no response to the left. If you know the answer, please give it to me. Marking of the subject as "resolved" does not at all help.

    Thank you!

    Hi Michal,

    Have you tried selecting display: no at the end of the animation?

  • How can I play an animation in reverse only if the symbol that contains the animation is visible? If the symbol is not visible have the trigger is no longer target this symbol?

    Hello

    I have a button made two functions at the same time. He plays animation a symbol upside down (to hide) and she slides an element. the animation of symbols is triggered by another button (which is irrelevant). So my problem is that if the animation has been triggered, first that when the button is pressed the animation plays in the sense opposite, the symbol is hidden and everything is fine, but if a helping hand as the button before the animation starts to blink in the opposite direction. SO, how can I learn to play the opposite during the animation of the symbol has run. I know that it is an if / else statement but I have no idea how to do it.

    THX

    This is a close case of your question:

    If () sym.getSymbol("Symbol1").$("Text"). is (': visible ') ( ) { () sym.getSymbol("Symbol1").playReverse;} }

    else { } sym.getSymbol("Symbol1").play (); }

  • How to stop the Animation and Audio

    Hi friends,

    I created the animation with Audio scenario. My Question is less

    1. When I stop the animation of "sym.stop" () code Animation is stopped but no audio should be.
    2. is it Possible audio sync with flash animation.

    Can someone help me

    You must insert a pause in the timeline or add pause() methods in the code:

    • Select the sound element

    • SYM.$("music") [0] () .pause;
  • If I copy a symbol several times, it will slow down the animation?

    Maybe this is a stupid question.

    I have a very simple symbol playing in my animation. It s a little red dot that changes size from 100% to 50% and then repeats.

    I copied (no duplicate of symbols pannel) this symbolt several times in animation and plan to copy loads more, maybe hundreds. This will slow down the animation, or all points working through this first original symbol?

    Let me add a clarification. If you duplicate a symbol in the control panel of the elements when you change something in one of them, this change also occurs in the other. Here are the instances of the same symbol. If you duplicate a symbol in the library, and then you change something in one, it will not affect the other. You have created a new symbol. You have now 2 distinct symbols.

  • Click the mouse and drag through the animation of Platinum

    Hi all

    First of all - thank you for taking the time to look through and maybe help me with this question.

    I'm just addressing flash actionscript 3.0 cc - so I apologize in advance for my not so much technical jargon.

    In the past, I used actionscript 1.0 to create an interactive html file containing the animation of a hub of a 3D model. Users can click the mouse and drag to the left or right to 'spin' the model around - however they do really is already through the timeline containing 360 pictures of it from 360 degrees. Similar ideas can be found here: Thyroidectomy Interactive

    Now boring I can't use the old code any more that I work in the latest Flash actionscript 3.0 cc

    So, how I do the same thing but in actionscript 3.0?

    So I worked this piece so far

    On my main stage, I have two layers - Layer actions and another layer with my video (movieclip_mc)

    In the layer actions so far:

    movieclip_mc.addEventListener(MouseEvent.MOUSE_DOWN, onMouseDown);
    movieclip_mc
    .addEventListener(MouseEvent.MOUSE_UP, onMouseUp);

    function onMouseDown(event:MouseEvent):void
    {
      movieclip_mc
    .addEventListener(MouseEvent.MOUSE_MOVE, onMouseMove);
      //I should put something in here about mouseX  - but no idea what

    }

    function onMouseUp(event:MouseEvent):void
    {
      movieclip_mc
    .removeEventListener(MouseEvent.MOUSE_MOVE, onMouseMove);
    }

    function onMouseMove(event:MouseEvent):void
    {
    //I have to put something in about total frames - width of movieclip_mc etc but I'm not sure how

    // this is what someone else did on another forum - but I'm not sure what it means:

         var delta:int = backgroundClip.mouseX - clickedMouseX;

    var wantedFrame:uint = (clickedFrame + delta * clip.totalFrames / backgroundClip.width) % clip.totalFrames;

    while (wantedFrame < 1)

    {
      wantedFrame
    += clip.totalFrames;

    }
      clip
    .gotoAndStop(wantedFrame);
    }

    Also, I think I need something at the beginning as...:

    import flash.events.MouseEvent;
    import flash.display.MovieClip;
    import flash.display.Sprite;

    var clickedMouseX:int;
    var clickedFrame:uint;
    var backgroundClip:Sprite = getChildByName("background") as Sprite;
    var clip:MovieClip = getChildByName("animation") as MovieClip;
    clip
    .stop();
    clip
    .mouseEnabled = false;

    .. but I'm a little confused as to what she means

    So I understand the principle but no idea how to actually make it work - could someone help explain to me or help with the code?

    Thank you very much to all those who can offer help

    Catherine

    I missed replying to your answer yesterday, although I see it - I turned away by another chore for the rest of the day.

    The game of AS2 code that show you closest matches what you do with the AS3 version.  And if you include all its implications and change a little bit, it should work for you.

    Your AS3 onMouseDown function was missing the mouseX code as you mentioned... converting from the AS2 version it would be...

    function onMouseDown(event:MouseEvent):void
    {

    startX = clip.mouseX;

    startFrame = clip.currentFrame;
    movieclip_mc.addEventListener (MouseEvent.MOUSE_MOVE, onMouseMove);
    }

    The onMouseMove function is somewhat a different story because it stops looking like the AS2 version when you transfer the background object in the picture.  If you were to model after the version AS2, you might find that it will work.  The AS2 version can quite easily transformed into AS3 if you use just the following guide...

    "_xmouse' in AS2 becomes"mouseX' in AS3

    "_currentframe" is that as2 becomes "currentFrame" in AS3

    "_totalframes' in AS2 becomes"totalFrames"in AS3

  • Effect of puppet Warp-style for the animations?

    Hello world

    I'm new to After Effects, and I want to use it to make animations I can play later, the return of interactively.

    I want essentially is to project an animation on a physical form with a video projector. This form will have a certain profile and relief, so an animation "flat" look pretty weird (it is not a flat surface). I want to watch the animation smooth and uniform, so I quess I must transform the pixels of the animation. (parts of fore shortened to angled surfaces)

    I know that he is (not animated) in Photoshop as transformation, Puppet Warp and the like. But I would like to apply the transform to the entire animation, instead of a single image/image.

    My question is: is it possible to transform an entire animation in a puppet Warp-ish way?

    Thanks in advance!

    Kind regards

    Jeroen

    Short answer, Yes.  AE is to animate images. Any motion graphics or a visual effect or animation you have seen in any movie, television or commercial show can be created in After Effects.

  • Question of the Whack-A-Mole

    Hello everyone

    I have a question on the timing and mouseClick detection in Actionscript. I have this simple game of Whack a Mole.

    My first problem is when I had to addChild and removeChild seconds later. A humane way to say, I want my animated film moleComingOut to be added to the stage and wait a second after having elapsed second, I want to remove the animation from the moleComingOut and add moleGoingDown animation stage. Once completed the video running, I want what he removedChild off the stage.  The problem is that I don't know how to let go 1 second and withdraw when adding the moleGoingDown and remove the moleGoingDown when it finishes running.  The moleComingOut and moleGoingDown elements are the clips that I have in my library. Thank you!

    My second problem is on the detection of the mouse that is clicked. Is it possible to detect the mouse that is clicked? I want it so that (from the question above) when the moleComingOut is waiting for 1 second, detect a mouse that is clicked on the mole and see an animation of moleHit and retire. Is it possible to do? I know that in Java you can do an if/else statement but what about ActionScript? Thank you!

    I can post my code if necessary. Thank you for taking the time on my question! I appreciate it a lot!

    --

    Maxwell

    Call moleF when you want to add a mole

    :

    var moleOut:MovieClip;

    var t:Timer = new Timer (1000,1);

    t.addEventListener (TimerEvent.TIMER, timerF);

    stage.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, clickF);

    function clickF(e:MouseEvent):void {}

    {if (moleOut.hitTestPoint (MouseX, MouseY))}

    t.Reset ();

    removeChild (moleOut);

    addChild (moleHit);

    moleHit.x = moleOut.x;

    moleHit.y = moleOut.y;

    }

    }

    function moleF (): void {}

    addChild (moleComingOut);

    assign x, y

    moleOut = moleComingOut;

    t.Start ();

    }

    function timerF(e:TimerEvent):void {}

    removeChild (moleOut);

    addChild (moleGoingDown);  attach the last picture of MoleGoingDown: this.parent.removeChild (this);

    moleGoingDown.x = moleOut.x;

    moleGoingDown.y = moleOut.y;

    }

  • Reduce the size of the image without affecting the animation

    After hurt, I realized that the images that he I scanned are even too high resolution for my computer HD.  For my next project, I know, but for this project, is it be possible to know how to reduce these images in an appropriate way and replace so that I won't have to do any new images keys or something? A way that I can just edit the files in Photoshop and ask them to update to be low res in AE without affecting their size?

    Generally, there is no simple solution to this problem.  Simplify your life by resizing your images in Photoshop by a fixed amount, for example 50%.  Then re-scale in After Effects the appropriate amount.

    If there is an animation based on the scale on the layers, you can add a Null value to your model, parent the value Null to the layer in question and the scale of the signal zero the amount appropriate.  You can delete the Null value when you are finished.

  • questions about the uses of flash cs6 and the code that it exports VS. switch to other tools

    I looked at the overviews on the new version of flash and I did experiment a bit with muse and edge of adobe. I have also heard the announcement Friday 4.1 android devices will run is no longer the flash player. my questions are:

    1 does flash cs6 fuction basically the same design-wise, but when it comes to export the file, the code a combination of html and javascript rather than in a solid swf file as it was currently publishing my work as?

    2 East edge meant to supplement flash? or he will take some of the uses of the flash so edge can publish for flash and mobile devices will remain in the area of desktop applications?

    3. If I created full-flash sites in older versions of flash, can I import in cs6 and make them exported as functional across all devices?

    I guess that, overall, just trying to get an overview here so that I can decide how to move forward and what to focus on.

    Thank you!

    1. Yes. The Toolbox for CreateJS is an additional downloadable extension for Flash CS6. He's going to post html and js files that will provide the animation rather than the swf file that you would normally publish. The success or failure of the version of javascript from your animation is the result of the work within the Toolbox. You are a bit constrained in the use of the timeline in Flash for your animations. If you are only working in Actionscript, then the output will be very disappointing.

    2 edge outputs javascript, css and html for you give an animation. The user interface allows you to design within the limits of what can make the border. You can preview and adjust and adjust your animation work you. Edge is a tool of html5. It can create some animation html5. It is not a replacement for Flash. It's something that you can use to integrate the animation in html instead of Flash.

    The problems and the benefits of each are unique. It is a good substitute to learn javascript, css and HTML 5. If you don't understand the code that is created from each of these tools, you can easily end up with huge, inflated, files which improved. I'm very biased towards really knowing what is happening. If I need to change something, I want to be able to enter the code and make a change, do not add an extra piece of code to work around what was there. I don't use any of the timeline, and so nothing of what I publish using CreateJS. Well, he's going to publish, but nothing happens because there is nothing on the timeline to translate.

    You can download a trial version of Flash CS6 and try to box at tools for yourself. Edge is still in free preview, you can get a copy to http://labs.adobe.com and try to see how it works.

    Also, if you do not use the Greensock Animation with Flash platform, take a look at this. It has recently been extended to ensure similar Javascript for most libraries. http://www.greensock.com/
