  I have the following question:

  The most recent display driver for my laptop toshiba on 22/02/11 ist homepage.
  Intel's pending new drivers for my Intel HD integrated graphics.
  What I should expect that Toshiba published new drivers in the support section of my laptop or can I somehow install new display drivers Intel original.

  I ' am asking because when I go on the Intel site and click on the detection of driver autoupdate then the application of Intel tells me that the display, installed on my laptop, driver is a special manufacturer Version and can not be updated by Intel. They tell me that I need to contact my manufacturer for more information. So that's what I'am now :-)

  So in general I want to know how I can get the new display driver Version for my laptop. Should I wait for release of Toshiba or can I use the Intel drivers. If I can, how can I uninstall the old drivers. They are not listed unter installed programms in my systemproperties. Of course, I could uninstall the driver via devicemanager, but most likely it will not uninstall my straight graphics card properties panel?

  I have a problem with my old laptop satellite a100-159. I still use it as a second computer. Given that the display drivers for windows 7 are available at toshiba, I decided to update the laptop from XP to 7.   But here's the problem: when I unzip the file, the file "tinstall.exe" does not work. It comes to the .exe file that needs to install the driver. I also had the message "this program could not have installed correctly". As of the present results, I'm looking to 1024 x 768 while the resolution is 1280 x 800.

  Any suggestions for me? I know that the laptop is old, but that the correct display driver, it is rather useless.

The question is, I created this months DVD 2 when buying and I used Notepad for this period. My recovery disk would be identical to a recovery disk created just after the purchase?

  Content of my recovery disk doesn't include any setup I see makes me think I could you created a wrong. Can I use this disc to re - install Vista assuming that I am currently using Windows XP?

  And how many recovery disks are required for this model of Toshiba? I have only one.

  Because the installation cannot be started under the BONE, or in a sort of DOS mode, there is no setup.exe. Just put the recovery in the optical disc drive disk, start your portable computer, press F12, choose the CD/DVD drive, press ENTER and follow the menu on the screen. You can now use what you want. After the use of DVDs, you'll plant more recovery settings, even you got after it for the first time.

  As I m not wrong this Satellite A135-S2246 has been designed for the American market and therefore you should take a look at the Toshiba page to find compatible drivers for this model of laptop.
