  Hello.

  I've been using Edge for a few months now. some of it is incredible. the game of and stop at functions in particular.

  Serious bugs:

  1. I had the scene puts don't not updated when new items are added to it. Edge had to be restarted.

  2. I had the publication settings dialog box get locked up on me several times. Edge would always work behind the dialog box, but the tricks of publication would not go far.

  We are actively working on the next version of edge animate, so all these comments is excellent.  Let me answer some of your questions:

  1. we have a few icons to see what kind of assets are in the library, for example images icons when the line image, icon symbol if the element is a symbol.  However, it is impossible for you to introspect them now, but you can see an asset in his directory by right-clicking on it.

  2. Yes.  You can use the code Panel to view all the code in the form of the tree, and if you really want to see all the code, there is a button in the upper right corner that says "full code".  You can also view all events on a symbol or scene by clicking on these lines in the code pane.

  I need to transfer all my interfaces / projects of first installation to another.

  The simplest menthod Import the repository of work through Designer.

  Designer - > file - > Import - repository in Insert_update mode only. This way your full WR will be imported.

  Let me know if you have any questions.

  Note: Make sure that you have new internal id different from the previous WR otherwise create with the new code.

• Question about license ODI.

  Well, I don't think,
  Maybe an open source is available for a simple transfer between oracle and oracle using PL/SQL etc package.
  Or oracle to the file without any graphical interface.
  But a GUI like ODI where easy mappings may be passed and a lot of other technologies is taken in charge for this open source
  will be unavailable.

  For simple trnansfers Similarly, you can expand it or I can develop and publish.

  But ODI is easy, fast and flexible.

  Yes, it runs on the same thread because you call the run method directly if you want it to run on its own thread you need to run Application.invalokeLater (runnable) or UiApplication.invokeLater (runnable) or pass to a thread object Thread (runnable) m:System.NET.HttpListener.start (new).

  My thoughts without order.

  set to disable by default signatures

  a. a few signatures are vulnerabilities that are very old. Signatures would be necessary only in rare cases. Affecting the default signature can save resources to the IPS.

  (b) the quality of a signature is perhaps not very high. If the signing is enabled, a large number of false positives generated may be creating frustration for the admin.

  I could go on, but I think you get the idea.

  What signatures need to be activated?

  Signatures that meet your environmental requirements must be enabled. If you are a shop all Windows, you don't need signatures Unix oriented. In addition, you must enable the signatures that match your organizations security policies.

  I would start with the signatures of what Cisco has enabled by default. Feel you comfortable alerts, false positives tune and address problems, allow more signatures.

  1. How can I execute a command dd and gzip the results without storing the file somewhere?

  / tmp # dd if=/vmfs/devices/disks/mpx.vmhba1\:C0\:T0\:L0:1 of=/tmp/dd.dump bs = 1 M count = 20

  / tmp # gzip - c dd.dump > dump.gz

  instead of these 2 lines do it all in one without store dd.dump

  2. how created a list of all the vmx files in a data store without also listing the files whose name as vmx - blabla.vmdk vmx or *.vmxf
  the output must use full paths so I need something like this but without the false results

  find/vmfs/volumes/datastore1 / * | grep ".vmx" | grep - v '.vmxf' > vmx - files.list

  3. How can I grep all files in vmware*.log in a data store for a complex chain as "scsi0:0.filename ="redirect results in a file that lists the results like.

• Question effectiveness interface

  I use an interface to load a CSV file in our database, it combines two tables of two different schemas, which is fixed to the staging area. I noticed that the table in the schema of non staged has been charged in its entirety in an array of C$ in the staging, database that takes forever because it has 3.9 million lines.
  
  Is it possible to configure the interface so that it joins the tables without the copy?

  1.) both of your drawings seem to be configured under different topology data servers. This makes ODI think that they belong to different databases and therefore it under the hood copies the data in C$.
  Configure the two schemas in the same database server, and you will see that the table $ ca goes.

  (2.) to the CSV file, I hope you use the LKM at Oracle (SQLLDR) file to load temporary tables (assuming that your Oracle technology).

My question is that when I roll my mouse and my switch, the roll effect is gone if I roll over my text fields... the mouse is still inside the button image but the roll effect has gone... see below...

  Based on my system, I've created about 50 scenarios and 6 ODI agent. Each of the agent of the ODI is treated approximately 8 scenarios. It comes to my setup for the ODI agent: -.
  
  ODI_INIT_HEAP = 32 m
  ODI_MAX_HEAP = 256 m
  
  Based on my configuration, each agent ODI is then defined as 256 M.
  
  My question is that one better if I use 1/2 agent basically MAX_HEAP or used 6 agent with the above configuration.

  Go to the topology.
  Physical architecture open / Agents.
  Open your agent by double-clicking.
  At the bottom left of the window, you will see the Maximum number of sessions. Set this value to 25 (or whatever the number)

  When you submit more runs than that number already parallel execution, then ODI will be automatically queued for execution place in the order of presentation.

  Press on apply. Restart your agent in the operating system. (ODI reads only the settings and schedules at startup. Appendices can be updated at other times perform the "Update calendar" button in the definition of the topology, or when the ODIUpdateAgentSchedule tool is used.)

• Tecra A3 - question projector interface

  The first time I used the A3 for a Power Point show, I'm no RED on the screen. My host checked my PP in her notebook - worked well. Later, I checked the A3 with my other flat screen - worked well. So it must be a problem of cable or interface.

  As far as I know that this problem could occur if the overlay option is not supported on 2 screens.
  Try to disable the overlay in the graphic properties.

  The second possibility is to put the projector as a primary device. But I m not 100% sure if this is possible.
