• When you click on the name in the address book - email address looks different in the email address bar and can not be sent - why?

  I've been using thunderbird for a few years - in the last month when I tried to send e-mails, I have a problem with some of them as part of the email address changed when I insert it ino the address bar and has quotes around the first part of the address before the @. I tried to remove the addresses and re - insert them but the same thing happens. If I go to the address bar and delete the commas that the email is sent - can I overcome this problem without having to enter each email?
