    I don't think it's something that you can change - rather the can of the seller (for example Shadora.com).  Shadora.com is a Web site that seem to use PayPal as a payment processing platform. Didn't orderded to them, but it is likely that your payment by credit card is always processed through PayPal, which allows you to configure 'Fraud management custom filters' that block suspicious transactions in order to protect sellers (such as Shadora.com).

  • Billing of the credits attempted

    Hello

    I'm just warned me that Skype was trying to charge my card credit card $25 for the credits that I did not stop. I'm happy when I have to credit, I used a temporary card number which was only good for 2 months and fortunately has expired.

    Well I just got an email asking me to click on a response as an acceptable answer, canned but I can't because it's good and it's bad.

    Credit account was not compromised. It is a number that I had used to buy credits and had expired. I interpreted this as a billing mixup because some how Skype has me billing for something that I had not bought. He had absolutely nothing to do with stolen credit card numbers. So the first part of the answer is incorrect.

    However, the second part on the password change was good advice because that which is was actually happened was someone got my password and was able to access my account. I discovered this the next week if you use $5.49 of my Skype credit massive to subscribe to the Russia. If I had recognized that it was not a billing error and something more serious, or if I followed the advice to change my password I would have been fine.

    Therefore, the real answer. It wasn't a billing mixup, it was that my account had been hacked.

  • Billing nightmare

    I am on holiday in Italy and received two emails telling me that my iCloud, billing information is incorrect or needs attention, etc. I checked the information of credit card to the folder (that I used for years) and that's okay. However, Apple continues to say that if I do not correct billing information, my 200 GB plan will be downgraded to 5 GB and I guess that information for my iPad and iPhone will be lost. It happens?   • Incorrect version of the driver of VMD. SYS

    Hi all

    I've been running a VM Win7 in a [Workstation 12 Pro] for a couple of months now without problem and since VM 12 PRO was last updated, I'm not able to start my VM Win7 more. The host operating system is Win10. The error I get is «incorrect version of the driver of VMD.» SYS"(see attachment). The only information I can find here is to uninstall and reinstall... My concern is that I don't know if I lose my data making VDISK.

  • Billing error

    I get a message in Adobe CC telling me that there is a billing problem. I go to my account and check my address again as requested and I still get this problem. I started a conversation with Adobe support and this was little help because I still have the same question today and currently the message says I have 18 days to resolve the issue.

    In my billing section when I click on edit info payment Adobe keep advising me to use an address that is incorrect. Infact, in the 40 years I have lived at this address is the first question that I met when I was told that the address I entered is incorrect.

    Also, I chose to pay by paypal, is it possible to pay by debit card instead?

  • Nightmare of Customer Service - the billing department - someone please help?

    I've been a customer of creative cloud for years. I recently acquired a new credit card and cancelled the card that was used for my automatic monthly payments to Adobe. I logged into my Adobe account and updated my payment information. When my date of payment, the payment does not pass. I said, 'maybe I made a mistake and typed a wrong number", so I logged in to my Adobe account and updated the information of payment again. This did not help. My horrible experience with customer service began this day - April 20, 2015. The nightmare continued for more than a month and I spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone and chat with customer support. I contacted my Bank, USAA, double - twice they told them me the only reason why to come through Adobe charges denied is that the address that adobe has for me the file (my old address) does not match the address associated with my new credit card (my new address). I have to update address with my new payment information, but apparently do not have access to update the address what adobe has for my account.

    I was told that my address has been updated countless times, but the automatic payments continue to be denied to my Bank and my Bank reports the same problem - the address sent by Adobe at the request of the accusation is incorrect and does not correspond to my current address.

    When Adobe Support sends the generated mails automatically titled "Adobe case Update" and providing a link to a "Customer Support Portal", my OLD ADDRESS is obviously at the top with my name. My OLD ADDRESS, even though I was assured and reassured many times my address has been updated in the system. The only thing I can think is that address only is not updated on all platforms, especially in the Department of billing and payments.

    I'm just trying to pay my monthly bill of the Adobe Creative Cloud. How can something as simple as to update my address on my account have taken more than 8 hours of my time over the last 5 weeks?

    On creative cloud subscription bills, the amount of VAT is calculated with 23%. It is false, it must be 19% German VAT. Everyone knows about this problem? You can't produce a bill with an incorrect amount of VAT with the German tax authorities and so you can not invoices in your income tax, which is quite annoying. And on top of that: the difference of 4% will be refunded?

    So I finally got a useful response from Adobe support. VAT in order to be exempted, you provide a VAT - ID number ("USt-IdNr." in Germany) during the ordering process, which I did not. Now that I have submitted my VAT ID to Support from Adobe, will see that future invoices will be without the VAT rate of 23%.

  • How to fix incorrectly file pdf OCR'ed?

    The builtin OCR in Acrobat Profession can does not always correctly identify the words in a pdf document. I wonder how to correct these mistakes from OCR.

    For example, 'of' is incorrectly resulting as "JO." If I search for 'of', I will not get it. I want to change the pdf file so that the 'of' is available.

    Editing properties dialog box:

    Kind of remastering of the source content with a creation application you may have to accept that provides some OCR.

    At the end of the day - edit of OCR output can be knotty. ClearScan facilitates; but, if 'clean up' extra is needed, this can become require a lot of resources.
    What are 'wants' of the deliverable from the 'needs' & the 'why' of each.
    What are the resources in hand?
    OCR is, good OCR. Textual content systematic peut/don't come out pretty well. Any other content, not so good. "Clean up" can become an aggravating experience fairly quickly.
    FWIW - when the need arises, I found that it is more effective to remaster scanned content technical rather than try OCR output 'clean up '.

  • IMSG hacked account, sending a lot of international text in current bill

    So yesterday my pirate apple account (connected from a unknown macbook) and I noticed someone was frantically sends many messages from my phone, images which got also sent as normal text to an international number. After noticing, I quickly changed password. Checked my mobile BT phone bill, and he had already executed a bill for all these messages sent to international numbers.   • SUM IS INCORRECT

    I have a worksheet and the SUM function gives the wrong number. It's really dangerous because I need precision.

    without details, it is difficult to guess.

    Often, the cell is not the same as the other somehow.  Maybe it's in text format, or there's a funny character in the cell.  Try to copy the data to a new table in a new document to check the results.

    If you can validate the data, then we can try too.
