  You can try the following steps:

  Restore point:

  Trying to force an artist on me will NOT make me want to buy one of their music. When I open itunes and go to the store, all I see is drake, it is on the top of the page windows, median and some lines further down.   9. HOLD reset in the unlocked position.
  10. Disconnect the player from the PC.
