QuickStart console - terminal
Hey there! ,
I m a new user of Lenovo of QS and I m trying to launch a window of console/terminal, but without success...
so is it possible to run a terminal window?
Hello and welcome... NO.
It is not possible to change or not add programs... & no console or terminal...
It is not the intention for Quickstart replace a complete system, like Windows or Linux, only for the young, internet access, messaging, overview, listen to the music... but not more...
If you want a complete linux without changing anything windows... try Jolicloud express (installs in a folder hidden under Windows). ... Benefits are... will do not destroy your current system restore... If didn't want more you could easily uninstall windows system like a normal program, via uninstall it...

How to run terminal console of the CRIO output rtexe
Hello
I want to run the rtexe application in CRIO (9014) from the console output terminal. In my application the availabe lan port is connected to any other device using cross-over cable. That's why I want to change application console using the console terminal. I tried the taskspawn command but the crio restarts. Is there a command so that I can run the terminal console application.
... I don't know how to get any input from keyboard (the new path of application) of the console terminal...
You can use the interface for RS232 communication standard series. If for example you send 1, 2 or 3 as a string to the cRIO and then you change by program the ni - rt.ini to change the path of access between a startup2.rtexe and startup1.rtexe, startup2.rtexe.
Moreover, I have to restart the controller every time I change the path.
When you use the method with the executable and then one more, then Yes.
IAM cannot use the Subvi because I need to change code fpga also to different instances.
I don't understand why using SubVIs on the RT does not give you the ability to change the fpga code.
If the second method example would be Sub1.vi, Sub2.vi and Sub3.vi. When you get the 2 interface command series, you close the reference to the FPGA1.vi that is used in Sub1.vi and stop Sub1.vi. Then, you start by program Sub2.vi where you open and run the FPGA2.vi.

Help! I have been scammed, now what?
Last night so that online I had sailed on a site that does not look right, I tried to leave and instantly received a tip that urgent advised me to contact an 866-500-4? because now I had a virus. I tried to remove and leave, but he wouldn't let me. He also had a shrill sound alert. So I called and then downloaded two elements (teamviewer.com, support.me) which enabled them to be on my computer to "solve" the problem. I became very suspicious because no apple badges were on their 'help', yet I watched, they flew through the stuff (console, terminal and info apple which showed the age of the equipment, and who had put an end to my time of support. Being a disabled person firm and now quite suspicious, I did not pay the $ 99 to "solve" the problem, so he gave me what he called, a temporary solution. He went to my firewall settings - off things, I re-emptied the Recycle Bin, checked my firewall that he was conducting, and then fell asleep. (Shutdown).
I'm not a computer genius. I read a similar post and the tips were to reconfigure, and then reinstall the operating system. How can I do this? I am very worried, that I now have a Trojan horse.
Please tell me what to do.
Thanks in advance for any help.
René
You do not have a virus or a Trojan horse; you do not have initially - in the world, no one would know what you have on your computer. Crooks to separate you from your money.
You must not only completely wipe your hard drive and reinstall the OS, but you must also call your banks, credit card companies, etc., that no one could know what information he was able to fly off your computer. You must also change ALL your passwords everywhere.
So, first call your financial institutions. And change your passwords everywhere.
Then, back up your personal files, photos, videos, etc.
Then use recovery (command + R or command + Option + R) just after the starting Gong to connect to Apple servers. When you see the utility window, choose disk utility to erase your hard drive. When you are finished, choose to reinstall OS X. It is the only method to ensure that nothing of all that they did still remains.

The number of Quest vWorkspace licenses has been exceeded
Hi all
I farm vWorkspace
Two servers
First server is Windows Server 2008 R2 fully up-to-date
VWorkspace 8.0 running
Reset password connection Broker, the Management Console, Terminal Server/RDSH, storage user Prrofile Mgmt,
Second server is Windows Server 2003 R2 fully up-to-date
Also running vWorkspace 8.0
Broker for connections, Management Console and Terminal Server / RDSH
The first server running the database. When I pull up the AppPortal client and go on running a published application on the first server it starts without a problem.
When I try to run an application that is published from the second server I get "the number of Quest vWorkspace licenses has been exceeded. You will not be able to log on at this time. Please notify the system administrator. »
The only other post I've seen related to this message is here
http://en.community.Dell.com/TechCenter/virtualization/vWorkspace/f/4827/t/19552119#3451
I got disabling the IPv6 protocol; However, I always receive this message.
Any ideas?
Too bad. Found my dose.

How to solve the "question"OS not found"?
Trying to install SagMath on Windows 7, 64-bit v6.9; VMware Workstation 12
It is a virtual machine, the format of the ova, based on CentOS. They encourage the use of VirtualBox. I prefer the workstation.
Tried several times.
For the first time, everything worked: started virtual machine and displays the interface of Sage. Failed to install VMware tools. So, deleted and reinstalled VM: VM starts and displays the following message:
Start-up of net AMD xxxxxxxx
CLIENT MAC ADDR: xx xx xx xx xx xx GUID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
PXE - E53: no boot file received
PXE - M0F: Exit Intel PXE ROM
Operating system not found
Tried different settings. Reinstalled VMware Workstation. No use.
What should I do?
Hello
You can press [Ctrl + Alt + F1] to switch to the system console (terminal) wise, then use the root/wise to connect. Please see the Install VMware Tools section to complete installation of the VMware Tools.
BTW, the Sage Office isn't a full version of gnome or KDE desktop, "Fit Guest" function does not work with the Sage Office even if VMware Tools has been installed.
So for a better user experience, I suggest you use this unit of Sage in Server mode and access from a browser on your host or other virtual machines with popular office systems (such as Windows and Ubuntu). Please refer to SageAppliance - Wiki of the Sage
Kind regards

Hello
I use Siebel 8.2.2 and OPA 10.4.4 connector on a Weblogic application.
The most important fact, I use the server of determination.
The war of determination server has been configured and deployed, the connector is woking.
I have woud like to get session data that is only available on newspapers when log4j.xml is set to debug mode
< root > < level value = "debug" / > < Ref appender-ref = "CONSOLE" / > < / root > But I do not know where are stored the server logs of determination on the logic of the web. In the documentation it says how to use log4j.xml for determination of web which is not my case.
Could you help me please do my logs? (I already tried \\10.200.0.61\d$\oracleBI\logs and \\10.200.0.61\d$\oracleBI\user_projects\domains\bifoundation_domain\servers\AdminServer\logs)
Thank you.
Orlando.
Hi Orlando,.
You may need to make some configuration of your weblogic server.
In the weblogic console click environment > servers > (server) and take a look at the logging configuration.
The setting that you probably want to turn on is located in the section advanced and is called "Redirect stdout enabled logging" and is described as:
When activated, it redirects the standard output of the JVM that runs an instance of WebLogic Server, WebLogic logging system. The content of stdout is published on all destinations registered newspapers, like the console terminal server and the log file
Another solution is to specify an explicit position for the determinations of the sessions server by adding an appender. For example.
See you soon

Obtaining input when executing the other codes
Hello!
I want my java program command line, after posting the word "Hello!", the launch of the program to get the text from user input (including the space). While getting user input, the program executes another task. If the task generates the message, it will appear at the top of the input stream, under the word "Hello!"
Let me explain.
Assuming that here is the output of my program, something user input to the next line after that the program displays "Hello!" while at the sametime to get the entry, the program run another task, just like the following output in italics:
Hello!
+ < user input text here > +.
At the same time to other tasks, if the task has a message that will be displayed, the flow of user input is put in the following line as well as the text in the buffer, then the message will be displayed under the word "hello!", on top of the flow of user input, just like the following:
Hello!
+ < message here > +.
+ < user input text here > +.
If you do not understand what I say, please do not hesitate to answer.
How can I do the above? To the part where the program any other treatment at the same time as the treatment of user input, you will need multiple threads. Google for competition tutorial java or java multithreading tutorial to get started.
For the part where message out in front of the lines that are already on the console, it's a bit more complicated. Google for jcurses or the java curses library. Most console applications do not. There are libraries to support, but I don't know if they will work on all platforms or in all the windows console/terminal.
My suggestion is to skip that part for now. Get the job part multithreading and let the lines appear in their normal order on the screen. Once everything works, consider turning control of output in a GUI application, where there are better tools for placement. If you do this or go on the road to curses, you will definitely want to do it in small pieces and get the rest of work first, before worrying about the output location.

Mac OS Server - local users on console does not. The shared access or ssh on account works
A Mac Mini running Mac OS Server has problems with authenticating the passwords of local users. Users connect the console of the physical computer running macOS app Sierra and Server 5.2.
I'm looking for a short solution from scratch user and migrating data to a new installation.
My hunch is that there is an interaction with the server application. The other Macs, I managed on the same network fail server and do not have these problems.
I installed a new version of macOS Sierra and then migrate the old data server on using the migration wizard, but the problem persists.
The server used to have users on the network, but they are all deleted, and all users are the.
In application server, the only services running time machine, the caching server and file server. DNS, DHCP and Open Directory services are disabled in the server application.
A local user password will work normally when the computer is restarted. But if the user disconnects, and tries to connect to or use the fast user switching back and forth between accounts, the password is not accepted. On reboot, it will be accepted.
In addition to passwords are not accepted, other errors when you try to connect to specific customers include:
"Your account is not a valid directory. For more information, contact your system administrator'
or
"On behalf of user that you selected is not available." Check your network connection and try again to the user account. If you are connected to the network, ask system administrator for assistance. »
If a network is used to access the data of the user using the user name and password, it works. Similarly, SSH'ing via the terminal using the username and password works.
An admin user can change the password back and it usually works for one login. Then the password is denied if the user disconnects or use the fast user switching.
Thanks in advance for any help on this embarrassing problem!
I should clarify: it's the passwords of local users on the Mac who stop working (for the connection or fast user switching), until the Mac restarts.

Get strange errors 'real time' in the browser console, what do mean?
I noticed recently that since yesterday is the day prior to that, I get a strange 'real-time' error messages in my browser console log. I get them for more or less the same sites, and I have attached a screenshot of some of the most common mistakes for example. I see these errors very frequently in the browser console log.
So I'm a little worried about what mean these errors, why I want to come and if anything, what to do about them.
Hello
Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).
If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:
- Click the menu button
click Help
then select restart with disabled modules.
If Firefox does not work, you can start Firefox in Mode safe as follows:
- On Windows: Hold down the SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
- On Mac: Hold the option key during the startup of Firefox.
- On Linux: Exit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox-safe-mode
(you may need to specify the installation path of Firefox for example/usr/lib/firefox)
When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "start mode safe."
If the problem is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, theme or hardware acceleration. Please follow the steps described in the section Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems to find the cause.
To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.
When find you what is causing your problems, please let us know. This might help others with the same problem.

Could have been hacked. Guy got in the Terminal
Hello. Dear old dad, 81, called what he had thought was Netflix... it wasn't. My gut tells me that this is a fraudulent site. CreticWorld.com
The deal was this: the 'helper' find stuff very bad on the site of my father and offered to fix it for $400. I imagine that they are preparing to ask on his credit card to pay for it.
The "helper" had my father to connect through a kind of thing LOGMEIN.
There send my father.
I don't THINK that there ID apple of my father or master password for the computer.
I ran Malwarebites Anti Malware app... He found nothing.
There is no "updates" in the app store.
10.10.5 MacbookPro system
I will paste the report between the terminals below. In the end, he has a few scary phrases like
• Email compromised
• Worm found
• compromised network
But... There's a funky spelling.
1. advice? I am panic that my dad's computer is hacked, and they will get its passwords, bank accounts, credit cards, etc.
2. what would you do?
3. grateful for any advice.
Pasted below is the Terminal Server session. I don't know if it's true, if it is stuck in the terminal of dad to freak him out? You can if the Terminal Server Session is real? What this means? No idea if it is valid and hope a pro Terminal would give him a glance.

Wipe the HARD drive and reinstall the OS x. If you have the time Machine, you can reinstall everything using an installation date before the intrusion.
Change all passwords and connect with all financial institutions for new cards.

error message in the terminal window
I created a new profile. And, in doing so, you work with a terminal window.
During this process, I noticed this error message when I use FF
I receive the error message in the terminal window and I can confirm that I see what you were using a new profile or old"Socket error [AGENT]: [object [object event] XrayWrapper]; readyState = 3. Maybe Helper does not work on xxxx or stop? "Console.Error: onepassword:"
XX is a number - do not know if has been deprived so xxx.
What does this message mean?
I have problems connecting with 2 services I use. I can't even log a new question in my old account of support of ff. I have EDT cleared the cache, cookies, history, started in safe mode.
I restarted the router.but nothing works
ideas?I also have
-restarted my system.
-retested, and the message appears only when I use firefoxEDIT
solved by uninstalling the related to the addon of 1password desktop application. Desktop application is the mac version of 1password. -
Strange Terminal at the launch of Spotlight
I get a Terminal strange when I search and launch from Spotlight:
(username redacted)
Launch of a second window in the menu of the first give a normal.
Even if I launch Applications directly.
Searches the string or dylib gives hits on potential malware, but I don't think that has any sense since I don't have any strange behavior if not (that I noticed at least).
I include a diagnosis as I understand is recommended by Linc Davis.
All help appriciated!

Advice on vs. Bbedit/Terminal using Xcode
Howdy,
I'm working my way through learning C (K & R and K N King) books and right now, my goal is to simply learn the language C. I have been using BBEdit to create .c files and then the Terminal via clang, and. / to compile and run programs. I am aware that I can also use Xcode to create command line projects to do the same; but I hate the debug window of "console (?)" and then through a huge amount of layers of directory to locate the "executable" file, I can get it to run in a Terminal.
I'm nearly 70 years and that to keep my mind active. I don't see any application in my future development, but if they are infected by a muse me and I decided to learn other things needed to develop Mac apps, I sure I wouldn't sell them, give them maybe, but never sell them.
So given my current goal and simply C learning more about Unix, should I stay with Terminal/BBEdit or bite the bullet and go with Xcode? Because the way I am always in the early chapters of these two books, changing should present no problems. I discovered that I can add .c files to a new project.
Oh and we he called X code or in the following online with OS X thought is called TenCode?
I appreciate your ideas.
~ DN
Once you start to make mistakes, you will enjoy XCode. You can run the command-line directly from XCode tool - no hunting for executable files. But true happiness is to be able to set breakpoints and stop running if you can take a peak at what's really going on.
Of course, if you are happy with what you do keep him home!
