Why I have to reset the resouliton, after the computor screen was off for 10 hours or more?

Update display device driver. Steps to update the device driver:

a. click on start
b. Select Control Panel
c. Select system and maintenance
d. click Device Manager (if you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.)
e. in the Device Manager, look for graphics cards.
f. click on the driver tab, click Update driver
