When I turn on my laptop it opens showing / ask my hotmail IDs?

Original title: recent changes of Outlook? affected my laptop computer connection!

Hi all, day, now when I turn on my laptop it opens showing / ask my login hotmail as a precondition before it won't let me access my hotmail/outlook system recently. I've never set up a password for my laptop as such, it seems quite himself as a product of the recent update of e-mail by.  don't say I love it!    went into user accounts, sign in options and can find only... .set p/word, do not need to wake up from its sleep. I'm looking for in the wrong place... where is the setting to remove the annoying connection? (or how?)  spin win 8 on a HP.

MG.

Hello

As I mentioned in my previous post "with a local account. Signature with a local account (with or without password) allows you to use the files, settings, and applications on your local computer only. ", if with this you do not set a password for the local login when the login screen appears, just click anywhere on the screen, and it will be unlocked. If please be informed that this is how it is designed by default and can't get out of this feature.

In the future, if you have problems with Windows, get back to us. We will be happy to help you.

Kind regards

  • ProBook 4530 s: grinding noise near the vents when I turn on the laptop.

Sometimes when I turn on the laptop, a loud grinding noise is heard from the left corner, near the vents.  I think that's probably the fan.  I turn off the laptop because it doesn't seem like grinding stops.  Then when I turn it on again, grinding noise disappeared.  The fan needs to be replaced, or when the fan needs to be replaced?  Is this easy to do?

Alternatively, the problem could be something else?

I guess I'll try to do that, but the noise I hear is very strong, as something very bad is grinding

This could be the lack of fan or some a little debri is inside the unit that should not be there.

  • When I click on a link that opens a new window, it takes an unusual long time to open. (16 to 20 seconds). Even with the opening of Firefox when I turn on my laptop.

Once it is open, it works fine. I can move the document or page without any problems, it's just the opening. This does not happen when it opens a new tab. Only, when it opens a new popup page. Same thing with Firefox from opening in the morning. I did the same process in IE and has not had the same problem.

Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance/themes).

Also, make sure that your security software is blocking windows (pop-up).

  • When I turn on my computer, it opens in a temporary profile. I tried to restore to a different date, but it only goes back to the same day the problem started.

How can I restore my computer to an earlier date when the guest continues to show only the same date as the malfunction? I use Windows Vista on a Toshiba Satellite laptop.

    Hi bmikelg48,

How many restore points that you have? You see an option to view the restore points more? Are all the restore points after the start of the question?  You cannot restore your computer to an earlier date if you do not have a restore point to an earlier date.

  • When I turn on my laptop it comes up with the Terminal page.

I had two detections so I cleaned my laptop. Later, once this is done, another notification pops up saying ' help your computer perform, needs of Windows to restart "then it has restarted on its own. Now when I press the 'ON' it starts and remains on the terminal with just a blinking line. If I press any key, it makes a high-pitched beep. Anyone know what I can do?

    Thank you

    Jodie

Check your computer laptop manual owner or their support web site - it's probably some sort of material error, but I have never heard or seen similar, so check your laptop support equipment to see what that means.

  • My speakers to the stopped working. Them are the Logitech speakers to a laptop. When I turn on my laptop, I get a message that says the following. Error 0701: over-current usb on HC/Port-Bus: ooh Dev1dh Fun: 024 / Port: 01 h

Logitech speakers no longer work on my laptop. I need help. I have windows vista home, I had these speakers for over a year and now they do not work.

    Hi Rickdm,

This error occurs when you have a USB device or USB port problem.

You can try to remove the speakers, restart the computer and check what is happening.

If possible, try to connect another audio device in the computer. Try a pair of speakers to ensure that the problem is not related to the different sound device.

Determine whether you can hear sound. If you can hear the noise, there is a problem with the audio device.

This also happen if the usb port is damaged, try with a different usb port. If it still doesn't work do not, contact manufacturer as it is a hardware problem.

    Hope this information is useful.
