  I had this same problem on both machines. During his connection, this behavior began immediately after the KB980408 update has been installed. The solution I found is to ctrl + alt + delete, start taskmgr and kill the task of custom settings.   (1) we made a fresh install of R12.1.1 (Vision) on Windows Server 2008 R2 for demonstration purposes at the senior management and upgrade planning. Running on 11.5.10.2.
  (2) installation went fine. We follow all the necessary prerequisites for installation.
  (3) after the installation, we did run autoconfig for DB as well as the APPlication and started services.
  (4) we are able to see the page of connection, but not able to connect using generic accounts of OPERATIONS/WELCOME or SYSADMIN/SYSADMIN.
  (5) send the document screenshot and a newspaper for your perusal. Please provide your e-mail id. Not able to attach here.
  
  Please help us with diagnosis and solution.

  What actually are you looking for? On Windows 7, your options will be under Tools > Options. If you have the Firefox menu, you can press Alt to temporarily activate the menu bar.

  The details of your system say Linux. Say you're on Windows 7 However, correct?

  It is not possible to use 16-bit on a 64-bit computer applications/games.

  However, you can download and install Wondows XP Mode for windows 7. Later, you can install your 16-bit application in XP mode.

  Finally, I got the sollution to this problem.
  I activated the component license through the application oracle--> License Manager Manager--> and autoconfig.
  And now overlaps with showing an installed product.

  Now, now I installed RHEL5 update 6-64 bit and finished all pre-requisites them according to the document id: 761566.1
  
  When you run rapidwiz it ask disc RDBMS where as on 32-bit is not asking and begin the installation process.

• FSX Acceleration shows no game. No display before Accel isn't installed either. 3rd install.

  Long story short... malware diddled something up that I had to reinstall a format of fees. Installed XP sp2 CD, spending 5 hours to get the update after the update. Once all updates, including SP3 was installed, installed Forceware latest version of the video card driver. Then, I installed DirectX 9 c, release of July 2010.

  Now, the only thing installed is Windows XP, Avast antivirus, Spybot and video driver. Install FSX. Open, activate, arrive at the start screen, go to free flight.

  On the free flight screen, a/c list is fine. 3D preview window is black, displayed a/c is to be rotated very slowly and is not very well. Open an a/c (any one) and all I get is the color blue on the entire screen. The sound is there, the sky will be 'move' as if there is a horizon when the joystick is moved. Same sky blue screen from any what selectable display, including overhead F12.

  Sometimes when the F10 screen box where the 2d cockpit should be starts flashing black Uni, last a few frames and disappear.

  I tried to go all the way to the old drivers detonator back to 196 of the Nvidia site.

  Any other apps D3D doing so have 1400 hours in FSX logbook with few problems.

  The system is Athlon X 2 2 GHz, Asus MB, 2 gigabytes of ram, video card PNY Geforce 7600GS AGP on 15 "LCD @ 1024 x 768

  I solved the problem! I downloaded the generic motherboard drivers of Via and those installed after removing the Asus provided drivers. Everything works fine now...
