R12 installation: showing the two node as node of batch processing

I installed R12 with the following configuration

Level of 1 DB.

But when I query fnd_nodes. It is showing the two apps like CP node node, but allowing FNDLIBR on a single node. It's strange... That's why show the two application as a concurrent processing node node.

    Hi all

    I added a treeview control in my dialog plugin for InDesign CS3 and CS4.

    In CS4, it works fine but in CS3, I get a strange question.

    Question: A blank line between two nodes may not appear. See the image belowMyTreeView.JPG

    I am referring to the white line which we can see in the InDesign paragraph style palette / all indesign sample as the Board treeview as shown belowIndesign ParaStyle TreeView.JPG

    Please help me solve this problem.

    I had a similar problem, but in the end, I couldn't figure how to remove the white lines.

    I have given up trying to remove the white and just changed the color of the treeview and everything that was drawn on the top in white.

    It was the only way I managed to hide lines.

    Have you checked that there are really two different Firefox program files?

    Where do you see the two versions?

    If it's in the ' Windows Control Panel > programs ', then it is more likely an entry of rest that does not are deleted when Firefox updated and uninstall the old 37.0.1 version will delete the current 38.0.5 release and you would have to reinstall Firefox.

  • R12.2 install on two nodes fails with validation app control

    Hello

    I try to install R12.2 on both nodes.

    Node1 - DB level

    Node2 - tier APP

    Level DB install fine. Copied on node2 and used on installation of application layer configuration. "All the controls of" system to validate Configuration "going fine except 'User Apps DB connection' which shows:

    User Apps DB connection

    DB connection that the application was not successful. Please check the details and password login user applications.

    Database connection string - jdbc:oracle:thin:@node1.my.org:1521:VIS

    The database is all right, the listener up. I couldn't find all the logs that would give more verbose error statement. Nothing found on MOS... any help appriciated.

    Greetings

    Remigiusz biljuh

    I come to rest and that Hussein will drop a suggestion that I forgot some prerequisites, or that it's a well known problem and in the meantime, I started playing with the variations of password of DB user APPS expected. I changed it to one that has my Linux user oracle, under which runs the level DB and IT... worked

    My mistake.

    I have provided the OS password when prompted for "Apps DB User Password", which is obviously APPS user password.

    I thought to delete the entire thread, but maybe some else will hit the same problem.

    Solved.

  • How to apply RUP6 (patch 6728000) during the installation of the single node?

    Dear

    On single node configuration, we have installed Oracle Apps R12.0.4. Now I need to apply RUP6 (patch 6728000). In what order should I apply the patch? According to my knowledge "u*.drv" type patches must be applied to both AS & DB level. I thought to do like this covered, Source Apps*.env, AS stop, mode adadmin (interview), adpatch, startAS. But DB must be up & running in this process. After that, I have to apply this hotfix on DB also stop DB &?

    Need help!

    Concerning

    Naya,

    I thought to do like this covered, Source Apps*.env, AS stop, mode adadmin (interview), adpatch, startAS. But DB must be up & running in this process.

    Fix.

    After that, I stop DB & also the application of this fix on DB?

    No, because you have already applied the patch as a user applmgr and already patched the application layer as well as the database layer. Thus, simply disable maintenance mode, start the services application, and access the application.

    Make sure that you follow all the steps in the Readme of the patch and (Note: 743368.1 - Oracle E-Business Suite Release Update Pack Readme, release 12.0.6).)

  • Turn on sharing; I had to do in the two nodes?

    Version: 11.2.0.3 on Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.6

    We have a 2 RAC node.

    We have installed a software grid and RDM. No DB is created again using dbca.

    To enable partitioning, I ran the following to Node1.

    $ chopt enable partitioning

    Write to app/rdbms/product/11.2.0.3/dbhome_1/install/enable_partitioning.log...

    / usr/bin/make-f /app/rdbms/product/11.2.0.3/dbhome_1/rdbms/lib/ins_rdbms.mk part_on ORACLE_HOME=/app/rdbms/product/11.2.0.3/dbhome_1

    Should I run the command above from chopt at Node2 RDBMS as well?

    Yes... you will have to do it on both nodes such as running the command chopt relinks libraries.

    Just stop your database, then run the command chopt on both nodes.

    To see if it is activated under Linux.

    ar -tv libknlopt.a | grep -c kkpoban.o

  • (Redirected) Dell XPS 8700 win 8.1 to win 10 Installation fails, the two senses - help

    Here's my dilemma where I need help on. I have a XPS Del originally shipped with Win8 8700. I upgraded to Wi 8.1 when it became available without any problem. I've migrated from the original hard drive to an SSD that works without problem. I notice that I can go ahead and install Win 10, which I did several times in normal mode, safe mode, all devices/USB HDs disconnected, you name and the installation fails. The computer restarts after setting up the Win 10 installation files and on the second reboot boot me back into the old setup 8.1 Win with a Windows update error message did not. The error message is worthless after looking up the answers on the Board of Microsoft.

    Now for my second try. I downloaded the Win 10 installation to a USB port on the Microsoft site. I booted from the USB and the installation started. First thing I asked was the Windows product key. After much research, I managed to get it using Belarc Advisor. I used this key and the installer came telling me that it wasn't a good key. Needless to say, I could not proceed with the installation of Win 10.

    Someone here has a solution to this problem? I would be very happy for any help or suggestion.

  • RAID 1 on PERC H200 showing the two failure predicts hd

    I have a Poweredge R210 with Raid 1 on a PERC H200 controller.  I ran the task of consistency check on the disk virtual and got a bunch of error ID 2350 reading the newspaper of alerts:

    There was an error of irrecoverable during the rebuild disk media or recovery operation

    -they have been saved to disk 0 and disk 1. Is it possible to rebuild the mirror on that?  Both hard drives are showing "failure foretold" in OMSA.  From what I can tell, replace a hard drive at the same time does not work, as resynchronization will fail.

    Ashevis,

    You are currently able to boot on the table? If yes then we run a Dset on the server to check the log of raid controllers. It might actually be a punched tape of parity. That's when the bad blocks of failure provided are rebuilt on the remaining good disks. That is what can cause both be showing predicted failure. Now, it may be also that readers just hit the threshold at about the same time and scored them both. We will be able to say that, with the controller log.

    If it's a punched tape of parity, then you will need to recreate the table and the operating system and restore from a backup. No doubt.

    If it's just that they are marked and then he would have a chance of recovery by rebuilding each, but there is always a risk of failure pred transfer of bad blocks, during reconstruction, the new disk. What causes a puncture.

    So, in summary, that the best course of action would be to backup the data, recreate and do a restore.

  • Add the button to each pdf through batch processing

    I have the following basic... script that I use to get the button placed in a different location, how to work the cordinates... I tweaked the numbers (arect) below, but they are very limited in the implementation in the document.  Also is there a way to get the cordinates of a current key displayed in the console?

    var inches = 72;

    for (variety p = 0; p < this.numPages; p ++) {}
    aRect var = [688, 580, 520, 700];
    var f = this.addField ("MyField", "text",
    p, aRect);
    f.strokeColor = color.black;
    f.fillColor = color.yellow;
    }

    As you have noticed, it is not easy to understand how the rect property works. The best way is to create a button in the location and the size you want and then use rect of this button for your script. You can do this from the console as follows:

    this.getField("button's_name_here").rect

    You have a problem with IP addresses:

    Use * 192.168.2 for private, virtual, and scan?

    Public, virtual and SCAN IPs must be the same private network is must be different.

    He warns here, out of cluvfy:

    The interfaces on the subnet "192.168.1.0" who are likely candidates for VIP are:
    eth0:192.168.1.111 RAC4

    Thank you

    Hello

    Still not very clear, but what I understand is -.

    "We have 2 node oracle rac 11rg r2 for the objective test when running on the database of the two node 1 & 2 we must restart the node 2nd server sometimes." What happens to the databases and cluster? "

    As you're running 2 bow TIE, if stop you the instance on node 2, db will still be available for access that users can connect to the instance on node 1 1. If take you down the instance and the cluster on node 2, node always 1 and 1 instance will be available to the user.

  • Cluster of P2V existing Windows 2003 two nodes exchange 2007

    Hello

    I want to know how I can create a cluster of the P2v of my production windows node cluster on a host two unique esx4i. It is only for purposes of laboratory and test. The reason why I've done a P2v is I want to imitate my production environment, and as production data.

    I've done a p2v of my node Exchange 2007 cluster two production Windows 2003 64-bit.  How can I reconfigure disks (quorum, data) for the cluster?

    I've seen a lot of e of documents telling me to remove the discs and re create, but I want to keep the data.

    I would like to know if someone has done with success the P2v cluster.

    Please notify.

    I understand you want to keep the data - this guide will give you necessary for nodes in vm configurations and storage relavent - if you want to keep the two nodes in the cluster on separate from ESX boxes, then you will need to maintain a quorum and the shared data on the physical SAN LUNS and allows to connect to storage RDM - if they all exist on the same ESX Server I shute evrything down - P@V primary node with the disk data and shared quorum, then P2V system disk of secondary nodes - in both cases follow the configurations described in the guides and you should be good to go-
