  I am facing a strange situation. I used Win7 on BootCamp. Last week attempted to upgrade to Win10. After the upgrade is perfect, I could not connect to the wifi or wired internet. called the Apple support, Windows supports, no one would help you.   I understand that your laptop keyboard does not work, and that your alternative keyboard does not work as well. I'd be happy to help you in this case!

  As your drivers available of the system does not contain the keyboard for Windows 7 drivers, I recommend you to get a drive recovery to re - install Windows Vista on your system. This can be done by following this document on getting a HP recovery disks or USB HP recovery disc.

  Make a lot of assumptions here...

  Keyboards only I know who have numbers/symbols on the letter keys would be a laptop or netbook without a numeric keypad.  Assuming that this is the case, the most likely cause is that you have the 'digital Locks' active.  To return to a regular keyboard, you must disable the NumLocks.  On a laptop, how to do varies from a Builder (in other words, if that doesn't work, download or consult the manual of your computer)... but usually this is done by pressing the "FN" key at the bottom of the keyboard while pressing the 'Num Lock' key, which is usually on the box at the top right of the keyboard.

  When you install another operating system, either through reinstalling which was initially installed or to install another operating system, you must ensure that latest Packard Bell for your model laptop hardware drivers are installed and / or are available.

  You don't say what was initially installed in the computer or if you checked to see if Packard Bell supported install Windows 7 on your laptop model.
