Where can I find drivers for Windows 7, 64-bit and 32-bit Version? I am considering transferring my OS to Windows 7 in the near future. My model is Thinkpad R61i 7650-A9G.

Thank you

There is Lenovo Windows 7 Beta drivers available here. Some released Windows 7 drivers have already appeared on the normal support pages, including the R61i. Lenovo said that drivers released will be available 'the or around October 22', windows 7 release date of general.

Satellite Pro L10 is old enough for laptop and I do not think that you will find all the Win7 drivers.
According to the Toshiba - http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/TSB9902P50000R01.htm - your laptop isn't supported Win7 and find the drivers won't be so easy.

I need to use this print device. I know that this printer is very old, but I don't have any plan to buy a new one. Now if you'll excuse me I have not good English language skills.

  • Satellite L500-128 and Windows 7 drivers

Windows 7 officially launched today and I was wondering if the drivers will be available for my laptop L500 anytime soon.
The reason I ask is because I bought the Windows 7 Ultimate and want to implement on my laptop.

I use Vista drivers but of course some bugs occur from time to time. Especially the value added Package Toshiva / support Flash Card Button gives me a hard time.
It is not all the drivers for the ATI Mobility Radeon 4570 since it's a new set of chips so I edited my own driver by rewriting the INI file in the driver folder. In my hardware ID configuration.

But anyway, when I bought the laptop he had some kind of record with him stating that I can upgrade my laptop to Windows 7. Although some drivers are still available.

I'm probably asking what is obvious, but y at - it a date for drivers to be available?

I'm sorry if this post has answered elsewhere. I cannot find an answer.

    Thanks in advance.

Your laptop model will be certainly supported for Win7 and I'm sure that drivers, tools and utilities will be available soon.
I don't think anyone here can say with certainty when exactly but I think the next few days they should be available for download.

  • HP Pavilion HDX9095EA and Windows 7 drivers (including: TV card)

    Greetings.

I have HP Pavilion HDX9095EA, with the following specifications:

Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 2.2 GHz Cache2: 4 MB. ATi Mobility Radeon HD2600, HARD drive 400GO (updated 1 TB - 2 x 500 GB), memory 2 GB (upgrade to 4 GB), Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit (upgrade to Ultimate 64-bit), HD DVD player (updated writer BD Panasonic UJ-220)

I don't have not upgraded to Windows 7 yet, but I'm fired her (complete Ultimate) since the launch. I'll finish my backup first before moving on to Win7, which I expected to happen before 2010. I am aware that HP does not officially support this.

THE POINT: I tried the Windows 7 RC on this laptop. Most drivers for WinVista work. However, many are not:

    * AuthenTec AES2501A biometric

    * AverMedia TV Tuner (analog hybrid + DVB - T) - I think that it's actually AverMedia A301/312.

    * HP QuickLaunch/Touch - some keys do not work.

(Please mind that I have not tested my laptop with the final version 7600.16385)

The biometric problem is solved - but the State of the driver is "Beta". I wonder if the final version has been released. I downloaded this independently by using the link provided in the Microsoft Forum. I can't find the link by visiting the home page of the manufacturer. HP original vista driver install without problem (but windows doesn't have to admit), but verisoft software does not completely work. I use Win7 built in biometric recognition.

    * AverMedia vista driver install without problems, but could not detect no TV signal - while under Vista there easy to find channels.

    * HP QuickLaunch original vista driver works, but several buttons do not work.

I intend to run Vista (and XP too finally) out of my computer. Thus, it would be good to have a full computer work without driver problems. I use XP (not supported by HP) when using some programs - but XP, I sat in a dual-boot config, have several drivers does not not with this laptop. I'm hoping to throw by Vista for good, leaving Win 7 because the only OS in my laptop, but if driver problems still there, I would probably keep Vista for awhile.

Also, if someone knew some other problems that I have not seen, please let me know too.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Qosmio F50 and Windows 7 drivers

    Hello

    (1) it seems that Toshiba has released a few drivers, but my question is that to install and which is not necessary?

For example by Pioneer Firmware update, what?

    (2) also, I noticed that there are many drivers Vista (approximately 100) but the Win7 version are much less (about 26) and therefore is that all?

    Thank you

I checked the list of available drivers for your model laptop and in my opinion you should install all except for optical drive firmware.
When everything is installed, observe the features of optical disc drive and let us know if you have noticed a few problems.

Although pilots obviously much more useful are already integrated in Win7 and must not be installed also. This must be the reason why Toshiba offers less drivers.

  • You can use windows print drivers on Vista 7 for printers

Original title: print Vista and Windows 7 drivers

You can use windows print drivers on Vista 7 for printers that do not have support for Vista?

    Hello

It would be useful that you started with the make and model of printer.

Usually it's the other way around - use drivers Windows Vista on Windows 7 unit.  Windows is supported in this regard.

Have you already installed the printer on Windows Vista?

  • Deliver a copy Windows 7 drivers.

I have iolo System Mechanic on my PC and it cleared a lot of duplicate files. The first to worry are a number of appropriate drivers for Windows 7 32 bit and 64 bit that are duplicated in the versions of Windows Vista. Can someone tell me if this is correct it please before you get rid of them and make a mess of things. The computer was purchased with Windows 7 pre-installed.

Right, thank you, but why should the two Windows 7 and Windows Vista drivers showing up on my system. Unlike another comment of contributors it also shows that, in some cases, the 32-bit and 64-bit versions are installed.

You see this through iolo System Mechanic, correct?  Well that these third-party tools have their uses - of things like managing the drivers, registry "cleaning" and tastes are not, in my view, points strong or useful for most users and can cause the panic of the cancellation and/or too think about things... just like that.  * smile *.

It is of course my opinion based on my own experience with computers & end users.

Iolo System Mechanic can receive information about the drivers in INF files that accompany most of the drivers that contain references to all drivers and versions of the drivers and the architecture of the engine (as applicable) the installer of origin could have installed.  The number of 64-bit systems has increased, the differentiation between the conductors (i.e. you must obtain a 32-bit driver only or 64 - bit unique manufacturer) has virtually disappeared.  Most include all versions in an installer or a set of files.  It could just be a mistake in the way it refers to what is installed or there may in fact remaining files.  Files on the disk hard - if not the space used and not weak on--will not affect the performance of the property.

Where you really worry about, is when you have drivers for the hardware you not/never had. Hah
  • HP 500-164 Windows 7 drivers? (USB 3.0 connection and Wired)

I need Ethernet controller SM Bus controller, Bus controller series universal (USB) and (USB) Universal Serial Bus controller.

I installed Windows 7 got my wireless (AR9485 of Qualcomm Atheros 802.11b/g/n WiFi Adapter) and got wireless drivers on 115 installed updates using windows update, then upgraded to windows 7 ultimate. I have 2 usb 2.0 and USB 3.0 3 (I think) and need them drivers.

I have tried using auto detects and installs with hearing of AMD which would get 3.0 drivers but nothing he can not detect my operating system or of the sometihng and I also use a different graphics (no AMD) card in my CPU (I got Catalyst from AMD and Nvidia control panel well).

This ethernet driver must have worked for you in the p7-1235...

  • NB 100 and Windows 7, looking for drivers and step by step guide

    Hello everyone,

IM thinking about to install Windows7 on my nb 100. But I have a question.

    1. How can I install the dvd version of windows 7 on my nb 100. This Microsoft tool is the right one?
    http://store.Microsoft.com/help/ISO-tool

    2. the Windows Recovery Cd will work, after I format the nb 100?

    3. where can I download the NB100 Windows 7 drivers?

    4. is there perhaps a step & step guide how to install windows 7 on nb 100?

I would be grateful if you could help me

    Marco

    Hello

    (1) you can install Windows 7 using a Win 7 DVD or you can get an ISO file (image) and could create a bootable DVD or a USB bootable flash drive.
The NB100 does not use an internal DVD drive. So if you do not want to install Win 7 from DVD then you have to buy an external USB CD/DVD drive. But you can also create a bootable USB key and might install Win 7 of this external USB.

    (2) Yes, it will work. The recovery disk to put the laptop in the same State as on the first day of purchase.

    (3) I think NB100 was created not for Win 7 because it is a netbook.
Win 7 wouldn't go quite fast, of course, you could install it but the Win 7 needs a lot of material power and remedies like Vista and I guess NB100 is not supported these features powerful CPU or GPU.

    (4) I doubt that this teaching exists. I mean that the Win 7 drivers are not available for NB100. So, how to do an installation guide without no Win 7 drivers? But as mentioned above; You can install it by using the external drive. Win 7 drivers must be collected at your own hand.
