  Wait, wait. You said that you were talking about downloading. If you have just set file association to open these types of files, it is easy to fix, if a little tedious.   I did a lot of research, and I came to the conclusion that my BB is stuck in reset mode. Actually have a question and I also just want some reassurance.

  I have a creative cloud for subscription through my school teams and tried to download photoshop and after effects by the Office of creative cloud but I still get a trial version, even if signed in.
