Razor tool should have simple typing anywhere anytime.
Often, I find feeling awkward CS6, such as some key commands that I use often when editing the timeline. having to move back between modes is ancient history while I feel like I'm cutting on a Moviola. Clips of cutting on the timeline should be a programmable key that does not need to be chosen first in the "razor" tool This way I have less to look at what I am pressing on and maybe I could assign the letter 'X' to cut through my clips regardless of mode I'm in. Much faster.
No Rasor just the tool of selection tools:
CTRL + K: Add edit (be sure the good path is selected).
CTRL + SHIFT + K: Add edit to all tracks.

Thunderbird does not all files except "inbox." and against the info 'aid', there is NO 'account settings' under 'Tools' & I have the latest version of T. I just need to download the SENT MESSAGES, Inbox not only.

If you do not see 'Tools', then you do not have your active 'Menu Bar'.

- Right-click on the name of the e-mail account in the folders pane, and then select "settings".

You subscribe to view these folders in Thunderbird.
You synchronize directories subscribed for a copy in Thunderbird.

- Give an appropriate file name and click "create a folder".
When the Inbox is empty:
- Logon to the Web e-mail account by using a browser.
- Move all emails "Sent" in the "Inbox".
In thunderbird:
- Click on 'Get the message'
all the "Sent" emails must get downloaded from the server Inbox anto your Inbox in Thunderbird.
- Then move all your emails in the 'Sent' Thunderbird folder.
You should now have all these emails downloaded from the server and display in Thunderbird.

Its pretty normal for a beginner to take the time to write code. Right-click the map of waveform > Create > property node > historical data, you will get a property node, keep this at the beginning of the code and create a constant. You can also go to the VI properties and > run and select "clear indicators when it is called.
I recommend you to go through the basic materials of LabVIEW which will give you an understanding on the basics of bases/components of LabVIEW.

Today, I started first in the hope of quickly change a video for my little YouTube channel, when I came across a very frustrating and annoying problem. When I tried to use the razor tool to cut the title overlay on top of my video, it would not automatically end up at the edge of the video. I don't know if I changed some settings by accident or what. But any help would be appreciated. When I tried to superimpose a title on the video, he would meet with the edge of the video below. It's really frustrating because it means I have to zoom in to get the accurate meeting of the 2 right, and there's just too much time. Again, any help is appreciated.

Probably, you hit the S key by mistake - this is the shortcut to activate the hanging on and outside. You can also use the magnet icon in the header of the timeline panel, just below the timecode display.

Razor tool Causes audio go Out of Sync
Hello
New Premiere Pro and video editing in general. I have an hour long video (.mp4) that I recorded with my Sony Xperia phone. I have been using the razor tool to cut and remove things I want, but it seems that it causes the audio go out of sync. I rechecked and the audio is certainly synchronized before starting to edit the video.
Any ideas?

It would be good to check if it is the CFR or video VFR, as more phones record video as variable rate, but may record audio as a constant. MediaInfo is good at that...

If you "drop" your file on that and look in the tree on the video stream, it will tell you if it is a constant or variable framerate. If variable, use:

Create new sequences of the Razor tool
Hello:
I have a video of 2 hours of questions / answers in a forum. I want this divided into 8 sessions of 15 minutes, each representing a different question. I can cut the clip using the razor tool, but I don't see how to take each piece of 15 minutes and place it on a new sequence, thus creating 8 sequences. I then export each 8 sequence regardless as a flash video, creating 8 videos flash can I insert into Dreamweaver.
I tried to copy / paste, drag, but the sections cut do not seem to want to leave the original sequence that I imported.
Ideas?

Create a copy of your full length sequence.
Rename the duplicate sequence "Session 1" (or something similar)
Edit this new sequence to include only the first session.
Create another copy of your full length sequence.
Rename the duplicate sequence "Session 2" (or something similar)
Edit this new sequence to include only the second session.
Repeat steps.
Notes:
Don't forget to work on duplicates, and then save your cutting the length.
Create a duplicate sequence by selecting
in the project Panel and then Ctrl + click - move.

I think it should be simple, but I'm having a hard time finding how to pass a variable to a text entry field in a URL. I should have a RGB AND CMYK profile in my document?
It is clear - I'm a Dum-Dum Indesign. I have problems with a booklet that I print. The same color of blue is printing very differently. Two blue objects on the same page so differently that one of the objects looks purple print, and is considered the blue, I was expecting. I did a bit of reading forum, and I wonder if the problem is that I cut and pasted some graphs in Illustrator, who may use a different color profile than InDesign.
Enter my dialog box "Assign profile" selected buttons indicate that I use both CMYK and RGB color profiles. Maybe that's the problem? If you use the profile only one color in a document which requires the same color consistency?

I just checked the color profile of one of the graphics that I imported from Illustrator, and it is a CMYK document. As far as I know, my ID document has been also implemented CMYK. What I've done so far is: entered in attribute profiles and disabled the RBG profile, leaving only the active CMYK profile. But is it possible that I use two different CMYK profiles, and that's where the problem lies? If so, how to convert at the same profile so that the blue color is consistent throughout this brochure?

These fine technical answers are probably tell you more you need to know... Basically, if you create a document and you want to 100% match, you will work in the space of a single color, only and with a working profile. Assigning will change the appearance of colors, but depending on the circumstances, may lose the link fatally to original color values.
Keep a profile when you create the objects.
If you use an object that was created in a different work profile and this profile is tied/embedded, you can convert but not assign, affect the will perhaps break the color management and alter the appearance. The only time where you must assign is if the object has already assigned profile and that you assign is the good that should have the object.
As mentioned, appying effects such as feathers etc. can cause changes of colour of the original intent also.
Opportunities to combine native RGB and CMYK objects and get a full match are small, as the colors are often converted by accessing the largest laboratory as an intermediate translation (among others) color space and the result is not symmetric (if you go there and back, you do not get the same result) and it is rounded values that causes small displacements. These changes aren't bad for web stuff but results are often unusable in the press.
Depending on your settings in InDesign, you can properly managed color in various objects that looks bad on the screen but to properly convert PDF for printing too... but that's another story!

I have four tabs that work very well and when we click on change the panels (if you click on 'Second panel' for example, you see the second Panel).
The problem is that I'm doing the two links from the first panel which is the sign that you see when you first load the page in your browser.
In my most simple English clearest case I want to make two links (or one is fine and I can work out how to do other) work (they don t at present).
What are the links, and how they should work? :
There are two links href (let´s we'll call 1 and 2 so that we know what we are talking about):
1. on me to see the second round table
2. click on me to see the third round table
What I want to do, is that when you click the 1 link, you should see the second panel (which actually mimics the same action than to click on the second link Panel in the Panel).

Control Panel shows that 4 GB of RAM, but product specs say I should have 8GB
My HP Pavilion Elite HPE-250f desktop computer is supposed to get 8 GB of the RAM factory installed, but the control panel shows only 4 GB. When I run the diagnostic with the Support Assistant software it says that everything is working well, but also shows that 4 GB of RAM. I've had the computer for several months and the warranty just expired. In the past, I noticed it says 4 GB and thought that I should have bought a computer with only 4 GB, but it has always seemed strange to me. I looked towards the top of the record online and it says the HPE-250f has of 8 GB, and it also says 8 GB on the box in which it came. I didn't do any changes to the computer and never open the Cabinet. I hesitate to open the cupboard, but do not feel I should have to pay a lot of money to understand this.

It took me a few tries - and months of frustration - but I solved the problem by carefully removing the memory cards, clean gently slots and cards and firmly the resettlement of the cards. It's been several months now, but the memory has been resolved. I had serious problems, as it is stated in this thread, with a catastrophic failure of the graphics card and HARD disk failure. I read on several posts that this particular graphics card was problematic, so I've upgraded to a Radeon HD 7700 series. I got the Core edition, which has 2 GB of memory defect to 1 GB. No problem since.
In case of hard drive failure, it was a disaster! I replaced the HARD drive of 1 TB with a 512 GB SSD, but it kept the infection by a rootkit that I couldn't clean up. I tried cleaners virus and rootkit of several software companies with no joy. Not even the first products like Kaspersky, McAfee, Sophos, BitDefender and other companies. I reformatted the drive several times, but the hook came back in return. Finally, I brought the computer to a friend who is a computer SCIENCE professional. The rootkit probably lies in the commercial cloning software (Acronis True Image HD) that came with the SSD, it said. We loaded the operating system without using Acronis and have not had any problems since! I've also installed a WD Blue 1 TB HDD and rebuilt directories so that all libraries (Documents, photos, videos, etc.) are on the disk hard while the system is installed on the solid state drive. The upgrades were worth every penny! Now, my desktop HP 5 years computer works very well and the performance is very good even by today's standards. Boot times are much faster, too.
