Re: Border color of table showing incorrectly in Internet Explorer

I use CS5.5 and I have tables with red edges. Everything appears perfectly in Firefox; but in IE V.10 are all the borders of the black table. I use the following code for the table border style:

. TableRedBorder5

{

border: 5px solid #FF0000;

}

I'm doing something wrong. or is the problem in Internet Explorer? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, but I finally found the problem. I'll have to use CSS styles to set the color of the table border instead of using the html code. Thanks for your willingness to help though!

  • Tables of time in Internet Explorer

    Hey guys, I'm new here and still a bit a noob when it comes to html and web design so easy on me.

    One of my new projects is creditcardrewardzone.com, I thought I was pretty well until someone told me that it was completely screwed upward when they looked in Internet Explorer on their windows machine.

    I work on a mac and check it with safari, firefox and IE and everything seems fine, but for some reason any in Internet Explorer on windows, the tables run very long to the point where the site is not functional.

    If you go to the website and click on payment cards, you can see what I mean. Can anyone look at my code and see if there is something I am doing wrong?

    Thank you very much, I look forward to stay at the forum and probably ask questions much more!

    I do not see the information on this page:
    http://www.creditcardrewardzone.com/CashRewardCards.html
    in IE6.

    Try to use a type of full document - at the moment, you do not use one - which is
    the placement of IE6 in quirks... mode that may solve your problem.

    I would also consider adding some left padding (next to your content area
    the bar on the left to the right) because the text is sitting to the right upwards
    against the sidebar in all browsers, I checked.

  • width of table breath leaves in Internet Explorer for PC

    This page looks just dandy in Firefox and Safari, but when I check it in IE (several versions via Browsershots), my table is horrible. Any suggestions? I put the text in a nested to corral the text table, but it does not always display correctly. Help!

    The rowspans seems to be the problem. Some of your rows in the table have one single cell, others more. Do any of the single cell rows. If a line needs 5 cells, then embed a table in the same row, which consists of 5 elements and just one line. By doing this, you can avoid the use of rowspans.

  • Color of the border on the tables

    Hello

    I use Dreamweaver cs3 and created a table to display text and embedded videos, the problem I have is:

    I want only specific borders within the table appears so for each box, I created a style and I attribute this style to the box in the code but when I look at the page in Firefox Preview borders show as black, but in design, they show that the right color.

    Can anyone tell where I'm wrong because I am very new to this?

    I put the code below:

    {.style4}
    border-bottom-color: #f0d41a;
    border-bottom-style: solid;
    border-bottom-width: medium;
    border-color: #f0d41a;
    border-bottom: solid;
    border-left: #f0d41a;
    border-left: medium;
    border-left: solid;
    border-right-color: #f0d41a;
    border-right-width: medium;
    border-right: solid;
    }

    < td width = "341" class = 'style4' > < div align = "center" > < span class = "style2" > text </span > < / div > < table >

    {.style4}
    border-bottom: #f0d41a medium solid;
    border-right: #f0d41a medium solid;
    border-left: #f0d41a medium solid;
    }

    or you could do this:

    {.style4}
    solid support of border #f0d41a;
    border-top: none;
    }

  • Dreamweaver CC 2015 table border colors

    Is there a way to change a table border color in Dreamweaver CC 2015?

    Thank you

    If you don't want to or don't know how to manually encode the border, you can do it from the interface of DW...

    1. click on the Board design or Live View
    2. I know it sounds counterintuitive, but in the Properties window, set the border 0 (disables the html border and allows you to control your styles with css only)

    3. also set the CellSpace and CellPad fields to 0
    4. click on the + sign in the selectors section of the CSS designer

    5 double-click element selector he created (usually something like 'body div table') and change it to something like '.borders td' (with the forwards and the space between) so you can affect all cells of a table with class = 'borders' in its html code

    6. with .borders has highlighted, scroll down to the setting of the border in the Properties section of the CSS designer (to half way down)
    7. set the width, style and color it (1px green solid)

    8. click again on the table and make sure that the "borders" class is displayed in the field of the property inspector main class. (just 'borders' not 'borders td"

  • 2015 CC Dreamweaver shows why not the border of the table. In the prevoios version Dreamweaver CS6 see the border of the table.

    2015 CC Dreamweaver shows why not the border of the table. In the previous version of Dreamweaver CC see the border of the table.

    See the difference

    Dreamweaver CC 2015

    Dreamweaver CS6

    The first image shows 'Live' display, as the second watch design mode. That's what I think "Design" shows in the latest version of DW.

  • Does not match the CSS table border color

    Having a problem with the tables have their border colors not designated. I think that something is riding in CSS too, but don't know how. Here is the page. I attributed to a new class w /-background color, but it does not - just transparent borders. Thoughts?

    .table {}

    Display: inline;

    {border-color: #000000}

    seanmc81 wrote:

    It worked for the border, thanks. Although I try to get every cell described in #000000 as well. I say something like

    border-right-color: 1px solid #000000;

    {border-left-color: 1px solid #000000}

    Thus?

    .table {}

    border-collapse: collapse;

    }

    .table td {}

    border: 1px solid #000;

    }

    They removed the HTML styles to keep pace with the new web standards.  Border of the table colors are deprecated code now. It is not something from Adobe.  It's one thing to W3C .

    Content (HTML) must be separated from style (CSS).

  • ADF: Line of Table border color

    Is it possible to make a different border for a table row color using ADF?
    Ideally, I want to make the lower border of the line 1 and line 2 in red top border to indicate an action of treatment.

    Hello

    How do you find if the data in the row 1 / 2 is under treatment? Any column value (something like status)? If so, you can set the line style / content of the red line style by comparing the value of the column using EL.

    Check out this thread
    Re: color of lines in

    He gives the example on how to set different color line if the line is new. You can change the logic to adapt to your needs.

  • change the border color of an image control

    Hi all

    I shows 30 photos on the façade by using an image control. I want the user to select 12 peaks of 30 photos.

    is there an interactive way to show what image has been selected. I thought that it would be OK to change the color of the border of the control.

    I would like to know how to change the border color of th and you are really welcome if you have a better way to say what peak has been selected.

    Thank you

    Ritesh

    Hi Ritesh,

    in my LV7.1 installation I could change bordercolor using the tool to color in development mode, but I couldn't find a property to change the colors by programming...

    So my advice would be to put a little bigger Boolean flags (or color boxes) behind the indicators of the photo. When the image is clicked/selected just change you the color of the underlying Boolean value. In this way imitate you the colorchanging of an indicator of the photo border...

  • Value selected in the drop-down list, the value border and subform border color

    OK, I'm busy to create a form that has a field drop-down list. There are five values inside the drop-down list. I have also four subforms which contain tables and fields for each option in the drop-down list except the first. Now, I want to put the border and the color of the border of the subform if you have selected the correct value.

    As part of the output, I created the code as follows:

    If (this.rawValue == '5') {}

    this.resolveNode("TextfieldName").presence = "visible"; This affects a visible text... works like a charm

    Optie1.UI.oneOfChild.border.color.value = "255,153,0"; After an example I found Niall

    Optie1.UI.oneOfChild.border.color.thickness = "0,0200" in

    }

    I've changed this in Optie1, is the name of the subform. Somehow it is not applied in the subform. I know I'm wrong, but can't find what I want on the forums. Someone at - it an idea on that?

    Well, managed to resolve myself to play around with the code.

    It should be:

    Optie1.border.edge.color.value and Optie1.border.edge.thickness.
