  Since your not sure what the 'others' are I would recommend you to restore your iPhone. I know that you will lose all your data, but not restore from a backup of iCloud so start as a new phone.   Set up a master library for iPod (Pad in my case) and another for my iPhone.

  Use the library of the iPad as my main source, all the pieces are in a folder on my PC.
