  I installed cs4, cs5 and cs6 on my mac. Now I uninstall cs4 and cs5. Can I use the uninstaller cs4 and cs5? After uninstalling, cs6 works or there at - missing components?

  There should be no problem if you use the uninstaller adobe cs4 and cs5.

  If you have problems to reactivate your software and have no way to disable its previous installations, while the only way to do it is to contact Adobe customer service / technical support, which, with luck, can work on it at their end.

  I've updated a web creation CS2 to cs4 and cs5 premium. I want to uninstall my suite for a new installation on the new computer, but the CD was lost on the road. Where can I download the sources? I have all my keys to license, no problem with that.

  Download the CS5 products

  CS2 product activation has been abandoned, but you can use your old serial number as a serial number eligible for CS4.

  You are entitled to replacements for CS2, but do not use the upgraded replacement for CS4 serial numbers, I don't think they will work.

  The CS/CS2 activation servers have been removed. Download CS2 and use the new number given to the right of the download link.

  I wonder how you have two versions with the same serial number? Maybe volume license?

  In the world of individual license an upgrade from versions CS4 CS5 would get a new number again, at least in my experience. With regard to the installation of multiple versions (but not different locations, such as the United States and TO the same version) no problem and I often open several versions at the same time to test and answereing questions here on the forum.

• CS4 and CS5 swatches Palette

  Hi there, I know it's small but I was wondering if we could have it fixed for CS6. CS3 < were very good with that because they had no custon UI, but CS4 was bad, and CS5 is a little better, but still bad.

  It's just the window shades, all colors are offset compared to the old version, where they have been set correctly. This image shows what I mean:

  If this small UI error could be fixed, it would much appreciated! I also noticed that the version of CS5 Mac doesn't have this it seems.

  It is not an error of the user interface: is that the width of the palette changed because it is grouped with the other palettes that are wider.

  Happened in older versions, so if you grouped the palette with other palettes, changed the width of the pallet, or changed the point of view of witnesses or used a localized version that needed more space for the palette.

  then you click ANYWHERE in indesign and Flash freeze and have to force quit.

  Sometimes it's obvious what's going on, but usually it is not. In this case it isn't. But.

Now that I'm back with CS5, I still have the same problem. No language problem anywhere else, but in the extensions Manager. I use a Mac Pro, Snow Leopard and the CS5 Design Premium Suite.   Did you do any change to the order of the language in preferences 'language & text "? If English is still the first language in the language list, it is really strange. The extension manager uses language OS if that language is supported at the autonomous launch. Please check you have the correct code page.

  The next solution is not the ideal solution, but it should work.
  1. go to the Extension Manager installation folder, right-click "Adobe Extension Manager CS5.app", select "view the contents of the package.
  2. Select 'content '->' MacOS '->' ZStringResources '.
  3. move da_DK.xml off "Adobe Extension Manager CS5.app" as a backup, rename en_US.xml to da_DK.xml.
  4. Select 'content '->' resources '.
  5. move the folder da.lproj on "Adobe Extension Manager CS5.app" as a backup, rename en.lproj in da.lproj.
  6. you may need to open the file to get the write privilege when you rename the file.

  CS4 still shows the grid in a zoomstate... CS5 zooms now rack too.

  In cs5 preferences > performance > Open GL drawing > avancΘs.

  Try normal or advanced instead of base.

  You can install apps CC regardless of your cs programs 5, you should not uninstall products cs 5 to install the CC apps.
