  Im trying to upgrade my Windows XP to Windows Vista. The installation program tells me I must load QOSMIO F30 BIOS V1.30 continuous adjustment. I went to the Web from Toshiba site to load this unfortunately BIOS that I have not found it on the Web site. I'd appreciate any help or suggestions.

  BIOS version is 3.90 now and it will work on Vista

  Also, you need to put the RAID on a USB Flash Memory driver and load the driver when you start to install vista, because vista will not recognize your HARD drive unless you do.

  I suggest Vista Ultimate or home edition Premium, Becuae the Media Center and the remote control.
