  A few days ago I received a notification window report a problem with my operating system (although it's practically new) in my laptop Toshiba Satellite 15.6 "3 GB 320 HD. Although I was warned not to disrrupt the process, I forced my laptop turned off after 30 minutes.

  Now, when I try to boot my laptop, I get a message that my computer is preparing for first use; When I get to the 'Welcome' screen, my session runs without procedure. After forcing my laptop off and restart my computer several times, I left my laptop computer spinning during the night and when I woke up, I could choose, "Administrator" or "guest user". When I click on "Administrator", a screen will appear indicating that I don't have permission to enter this environment. When I select "Guest user", I have to enter my username and password. Although I never created a password for this laptop, I'm not allowed to login without password.
