Re: "renew your membership" bug window error!

Hi stephane,

I have the same problem with people who were considered high. I tried all the options they have mentioned above as well as solutions that are listed on the Adobe Web site. I started a conversation to continue his service, but it seems that it is not that useful either. Could you help with this problem please?

Like all creators, I need to use the products as soon as POSSIBLE.

Thank you for your help in advance.

Here is my case number 0217080011

The team concerned has indicated that the problem has been resolved, please work on your side & check if you are able to work. Thank you

  • Renew your membership - window loop

May 1st I started getting a message window asking me to 'renew your membership '. When I click on the button 'Try Again', thank you window appears and after closing this window, 'Renew your membership' window pop back and he's going at all. I can't use any Adobe products because of this problem and dealing with support Adobe has only a nightmare with no result.

My question here: has someone else being affected by this problem?  (If you had in past how was that resolved?)

    Additional information:

    (1) I used my license for 1 year and 4 months, I am not cause of re-new until December 2016.

    (2) December 2015. I received mail, informing me that my subscription has been renewed, and it was. I had nothing to do.

    (3) this problem has been on all my computers, around the same time as well.

    For users of Windows 10:

    1) disconnection of your cloud Adobe CC ((gear icon) settings-> preferences-> logout)

    2) leave the cloud app (settings (gear icon)-> Quit)

    3) Windows key + R -> paste in this: programdata % -> hit enter

    (4) if the default settings have been used you should be here:

C:\ProgramData-> go to the Adobe folder

    (5) to rename the folder SLStore SLStore.old

    app 6) Start Adobe CC

    7) log

    Voila!

  • 'Renew your membership' notification keeps popping up...

    Hey people,

So, every time I try to open all programs in the creative cloud, I get a notification window saying 'renew your membership'. When I click on the button "try again" as she said thank you-"your subscription is now active. ' Click on continue to use your product ' but when I click on continue it shows the screen 'renew subscription' again. He has done this since 8/30 so I thought it could have been a problem with my card (billing period is the first day of each month and payment went to 9/6 according to my Bank) but its still well after the payment had gone through.

Ive looked at this discussion (Re: renew your subscription - loop of window) and it worked on my windows 10 desktop, but the problem is still rampant in my Macbook Pro that I use and bring to class with me.

Ive crossed troubleshooting more than pages that I can count, and nothing has worked. I was on the phone with someone for an hour on Tuesday (9/13) I screen share with and he went through the files and settings and deleted, moved, etc, but nothing worked. It has increased my number of folder (or something of the sort), and 2 days later (9/15) I talked to someone else that said it should be fixed within 24 hours. Before the telephone conversations, I talked to someone on the chat online a week ago service (which told me that it would be resolved by Friday 9/9).

Needless to say that the problem has not yet been resolved. Ive uninstalled all programs used adobe cleaner, repair of access, etc. and then reinstalled and none of this has helped. Sometimes itll come back to the mode of trial for 1 software, but if I end up close after this loop 'renew subscription' happens again.

in any case, any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  • "Renew your membership".

We purchased a monthly subscription of creative cloud at the end of may, which has been running for a year, but after a while, we get this window saying 'Renew your membership' etc., when we try to use any application of CC.  The only way around this problem is to uninstall them and reinstall them, only to have the same problem a few weeks later.  Why are we asking to renew our membership when there are another 9 months to go? Our credit card being charged every month.  In "My Adobe", he informed that we have '9 months prior to renewal' and that our membership is "active".

In general a matter of renewing your subscription have two possible underlying causes.

    1) your computer is not able to complete the required license check, this occurs at different times depending on the type of subscription you have, to subscribers throughout the year, it happens all the 99 days for monthly subscribers every 30 days.

A good test to determine if something is preventing complete this license check is to go to this Web page:
    https://LM.licenses.Adobe.com/

Get you - congratulations! You have successfully connected to the Adobe license management server.

If this isn't the case, it means that something is blocking access.

If something is blocking access, the steps of troubleshooting in this document will help often. a firewall or hosts file is usually the cause

    http://helpx.Adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

    2) something stopped the monthly billing to occur as planned.

Generally, in this scenario you will receive emails informing you that Adobe couldn't charge you because of some kind of problem with your credit card. The prosecution should take place on the same date each month.
You can check your payment history to see if the most recent payment was held as planned following the process described here:

    http://helpx.Adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/print-creative-cloud-receipt.html

If the most recent payment has not cleared or you received notifications by e-mail about a problem with your credit card, make sure that your credit card information is valid and up-to-date.

See the section I want to change the credit card on my account :

    http://helpx.Adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/membership-subscription-troubleshooting-creative-cloud.html

If your credit card information is valid and that you were not loaded as expected, I would recommend contacting Adobe customer service. There is a chat at the bottom of the aforementioned document button.

  • Develop module is disabled. Please renew your membership to reactivate the develop module

I reported this problem to support, and they took some logs from my computer. I am still awaiting a patch or at the very least, an update!

In addition, I tried the following:

Manager creative cloud removed and reinstalled and Lightroom. Problem remains!

Uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom from the link offer on this forum. Although it re-established the develop module, lacked the basic tab!

    What is going on???

Adobe, I'm not happy. I had no updates from your support team 24 hours a day and I have some work to do.

I had to resort to using Capture One software and I like it a lot. That said, my subscription renewed you automatically every month and when needed, you have failed me.
