  I bought a Toshiba A200 PSAE0E-03J02JDR with 2 GB of RAM. I bought a pair of ram Corsair (2 * 2 GB VS2GSDS667D2). The computer does not start after that I installed the memory. I have intel 945 chipset, which is capable of 4 GB (manual page 1-2). The bios version is 1.8 2007.

  Intel 943GML

  As far as I know your laptop supports the * 943GML * Intel chipset and the chipset supports 2 GB RAM max.

  In my opinion the two modules can not work together. Who knows why?  :|

  I have laptop Satellite A200 - 1 M 5; but he has a very annoying problem that I have found a solution for this.   However, I can't delete the old maps because one of the plastic ties that frees from the card rack is broken.

  I have a Toshiba laptop Satellite A200 series with 32-bit Windows.

  Maybe your new drive HARD isn t working properly or defective so use another rnotebook to test it or request a replacement HARD drive.

  Under the option archive you can find old compatible model A200. I got A200 a long time ago and it worked perfectly with Win7 32 bit.
