  As I'm not living in the United States I can't tell where you could get a good price on a new laptop screen. Think you could google stores a bit to find space.
  To know what screen you have, you may ask ASP or Toshiba store where you were already.

  But, if you could manage get a new screen for your computer, you will need to replace it with the damaged and I'm sure that's not as easy as the upgrade of RAM or HARD drive. Don't know how experienced you are in these things, but I'm not on my own, unless guarantee is lost if you do it yourself.

  It's expensive, but better that way then lose warranty or destroy something.

  Consume more energy, but do it slowly anyway. I don't know what it looks like on your A200 but mine is not extensible with the second HARD drive. There is no SATA connector.
