How can I activate the SOUND in the streets & trips?
Do not hear Lady navigation - not strong enough. How can I activate the SOUND? Acer Aspire laptop Windows 7. I checked on the sound of the computer it's upward everywhere where I can find a volume control. No luck. Sounds of the Internet cross just correct, but S & T is much softer. I hear she's talking, but not strong enough to understand what she said. My old Dell, sounds are very good. Am confused.
Maybe the manufacturer of your laptop has an updated audio driver on their website you could try?

I bought a Dell Precision T3400 of Dell Financial Services and it came with Vista Business installed. I installed a new hard drive and installed Vista in a Virtualbox VM by using the recovery disk that came with the computer, and the product key does not work for activation. I get a message that says I need to activate Windows, but he says that the product key is not valid. How can I fix it?
Thank you
If you have reinstalled the OEM of Vista Business copy on the new hard drive, as Bill says you can't also use it in a virtual machine.
You can only reuse your OEM of Vista professional copy if it is no longer used on the computer. Do you have what operating system installed on the new hard drive? It was an upgrade copy or complete the license?
If you used a license to upgrade to another edition of Windows to replace your copy of company then Vista Business license is still in use (for upgrade) and you cannot reuse it in your virtual machine.
However if you replaced Vista business with a copy of the full license of another edition then you are able to use the OEM copy in a virtual machine, but only on the same computer. You must use the product key from COA to the label on the computer. The product key is put in the copy OEM cannot find the SLIC table on the host motherboard. You must use the phone activation from within the virtual machine. Click on start in Vista Business and typing "slui 4. Do not meet the audio guests until it asks you if you want to speak to an agent. Explain that you have completely replaced the OEM copy with a copy of the full license of the new windows and now want to use the OEM copy in a virtual machine on the same computer. Agent will then give you the activation string. Remember that the virtual machine is not transferable to any other computer.

Can not get the zoom slider to view the streets & trips.
I have the Streets & Trips 2009 and have enjoyed the "zoom slider" for sizing of my cards. (Yes, I know how to use the drag diagonally right button of the mouse, but don't like it as well.). A couple of days when I opened streets & trips, the zoom slider disappeared.
Microsoft Streets & Trips Help window says simply, «Click on the buttons on the Zoom slider to zoom in or zoom out.»
Other research indicates that the zoom slider must be displayed in the toolbar 'location and scale. " Fake! All that the watch is a mileage scale legend.
I clicked on the selection of the menu toolbar, but can't find the zoom slider is among the options. I've disabled all the toolbar selections and reselected them one by one, just in case the zoom slider has been covered by another.
I reinstalled the program in repair mode, but that did not solve it.
How can I display the zoom slider?
Try to perform the system restore and check, or you can editing and re - install the software

Suddenly this week 7 Windows has stopped working and the error message said I might have a non-genuine copy, etc. I checked the product key by using the Start/computer/properties menu. The product key was not the same as on my PC, so I tried to get the right version. Then I got the error message that you have entered the product key will not work with this edition of Windows 7, and I want to run Windows 7 set up or enter a professional product key.
I saw that someone else had been advised to run MGADiag.exe so I've already did but am puzzled by the report. And I'm worried, why me nice Acer desktop PC suddenly did that, when he had worked happily with normal updates etc. The report shows a different product to the label of my PC key.
Can someone help, please
Thank you
Andrea

real operating system
I bought 8 computers to set up an Internet Café which is windows xp professional authentic, one day, I was attacked by a power serge that crashed all my hard drives in the computers and had nothing to recovery... I replaced all the hard drives and surprisingly enough my original CD with the real BONES has a lot of scratches and can install the operating system. The version I have is only SP3 and is not authentic. I always authentic labels with product keys of the defective operating system stuck in each of the computers. Is it possible that I can use the product keys for SP3 as a copy is authentic? You need get the good one, the CORRESPONDENT XP installation CD.
So, if all COA stickers indicate an OEM version of Windows XP Pro (MS level does not count), so if you can get a real GENERIC OEM Windows XP Pro installation CD (MS level does not count), simply use the product key on the COA sticker. You say that the version available is "not true." Because I don't know what you have, with the exception because it is not a true generic OEM XP Pro installation CD, I recommend that you do NOT use. Although hard to find, there are reputable dealers who sell this authentic CD. You can also borrow one from someone you know. Alternatively download the file .iso for him, but ONLY if YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DO! Fortunately there are values of hash MD5 and SHA1, published online to verify that you have the right pair. But if you don't know what you're doing, you could very well end with something that's plagued malware! -
Restoration of the system, makes my invalid product key.
A recent windows vista update would affect with my internet wireless USB-adapter, so I used the restoration of the system itself if I could go back and do work again. Now the system asking for my product key when I log in (online registration) and find it in valid because it is already in use? What I have to do a clean install of the system to get by this problem or there at - it a simpler way which does not require a full day of installation, download and update of saftware?
All the best

Call the manufacturer of your computer tell them the exact situation.
1. ask if they can help you with unreadable product key.
2. ask for a set of recovery disks. The cost of a set is minimal, and it is worth the money spent.
3. at the same time, ask a technician to learn you how to access the recovery Partition from your computer and how to make the system using the partition recovery.#2 and #3 methods do NOT require the use of product key. ****

Product key does not work - had premium windows 7 but I have now after the ultimate update
Someone help me please!
I'll give you as much information as possible! I'm running on 64-bit and I had to erase my entire hard drive and re install windows (which took forever). My product key is legitimate too!
If after you have reinstalled windows 7 from USB, my computer went from home premium to ultimate windows and now my product key no longer works. So, what can I do? And if there is something I can do, can someone explain this in simple instructions!
Well, the the ei.cfg delete statements created an all-in-one installed, start just so him again and perform a new installation, make sure that you select Home Premium during installation.

Select the edition of Windows 7, you have a license for and proceed with the installation as usual.

On the Windows 7 Home Premium product key
Hi, I'm America Reef
I am just concerned about the Windows 7 Home Premium product key,
"You see I wanted to do a new Installation of Windows 7 Home Premium on my laptop, my neighbor had a copy of the OS installation disc, but I don't know it would be illegal to install it on my computer because it is already used or installed, as well as Microsoft only limit to a" a computer, an Installation "policy.
Is the Question that I would ask, if I'm using Installation disc for Windows 7 Home Premium my neighbor and it has its own product key, but I already had my own product key which is authentic, because it came with my before buying computer, think you that I have to use my OWN KEY or PRODUCT KEY TO THE installation DISK which I borrowed a neighbour of mine?
ALWAYS use the key that belongs with the machine being installed.

I need to activate my windows 7 Home premium and when I look at the bottom of my computer product key essentially disappeared... What can I do to get my product key?
Option 1: You will need to invest in a new license.
Option 2: If your computer comes with a recovery partition, use to reinstall Windows 7, it will exempt the need to have a product key.
Option 3. Ask a recovery disk set from the manufacturer of your computer and use it to reinstall Windows 7, it will be exempt from the need to have a product key too.
New computers coming often pre-installed with Windows 7 have what is called a recovery partition. This is used to reinstall an operating system in the case of a system failure. To access it, you need to start when you start your computer by pressing a function key. This can be either F1, F2, F9, F10, F11, F12 key DEL or tab. See the manual that came with your PC for instructions on how to reinstall Windows.
If your recovery partition is not available or damaged, you must contact the manufacturer of your computer, and request that a defined recovery disk you can use to reinstall Windows 7. They could practice a small shipping and handling.
------------------------------------
This is how the recovery partition is available for the most popular brands
For Dell, press CTRL + F11 directly after switching on the device
For HP, press F11 directly after switching on the device
For Toshiba, press and hold "0" BEFORE and during the power upward
For Acer, press and hold ALT + F10, as soon as you see the logo
For Asus, press F9, as soon as you see the Asus logo.
Advent, restart your computer. Then, press F10 repeatedly until the message "Starting system recovery"
