  It's not a problem... it is a feature.

  At a time in the past, Windows has decided that the read-only attribute means nothing, because it applies to files, so Microsoft 'solved' this bit to indicate to whom the file has been customized.  There are other methods available if you really don't want to do a write-protected file.  The details are explained in the following Microsoft KB article.  I recommend reading the article in full to understand what Microsoft did...

  Try to re-create the hosts file.

  Open Notepad as administrator (click right on the Notepad icon or shortcut and click Run as admin) and type the following information in it:

  127.0.0.1 localhost

  : 1 localhost

  The '1' in the '127.0.0.1' must be in the first column of the line and there must be at least one space between "127.0.0.1" and "localhost". In the second line, there must be at least one space between ": 1" and "localhost".

  Save the file with name "hosts" in the C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc folder.

  You seem to have a hard drive problem. Please provide a copy of your system information file. Type the system information in the search box above the Start button and press the ENTER key (alternative is select Start, all programs, accessories, System Tools, system information). Select file, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. Not to place the cursor in the body of the report before exporting the file.   The error "cannot be read" indicates that the folder where your photos are to be copied in has no WRITE permission. Change your permissions on this folder.

I have no problem to access the stylesheets, through scene.getStylesheets () .add (< stylesheet >), when I run my as stand-alone application, but as soon as I convert an applet application and/or webstart I can't have the style sheet. I have read the tutorial and tried a myriad of other options but without success.

  can be downloaded for free and is also part of soapUI I recommend for webservice tests as well.

  Another tip:

  ksoap2 httptransportSE to test your webservices with JUnit (in java desktop). If your Web service is wrapped properly you should not use any bb specific code and can run all your webservices in JUnit (I do).
