  For a file PDF 'in the cloud' - download the file on the local computer. With the PDF safely it launch Adobe Reader. Open the PDF with Adobe Reader. Enjoy success rather than suffer from frustration.

  The file you are trying to open is (you can see from the name) a BMP, PDF files no file. Adobe Reader can only open PDF files, just so stop trying to open it with Adobe Reader. The app, users of Windows for BMP files is painting.

  I found the solution to a lot of the post regarding the behavior of the window as in not displaying thumbnails do not, or only display as icons. u could not drag-and - drop a file in a folder, the only way possible to copy and paste in the opened folder u he wanted.   When in an open folder u wanted to open another folder in the same window, that he would open the clicked folder u on in another window...   Photoshop CS4? = version 11 or 11 elements of Photoshop?

  Camera Raw 9.1.1 is only compatible with Photoshop CS6 and Cloud versions. It is not at all compatible with Photoshop Elements.

  Therefore, it is unlikely that you have installed Camera Raw 9.1.1.

  That said, the Panasonic DMC-FZ200 has been supported since Camera Raw 7.4.

  What version of Premiere Elements you are using and on what computer operating system is running?

  You cannot import a project file (.prel) in another.

  For now, generalize choice

  a. export your Timeline (your intro) content to a file saved on the hard drive of the computer. And then import that

  file in new projects by using the new project add Media/files and folders. See publish + Share/computer/and the other

  choices here to generate this file intro for later use in other projects.

  b. you can set up what is called a dummy projects - this is a project with nothing other than the intro file. And, at all times

  you want to use the intro, you open one of these saved dummy projects and add your media sources.

  A lot of things to discuss. Please fill in some details more and then we can refine the answer for your particular situation.
