  Normally, you have only one file, which has a random string followed by "default." In this case, click on this file and find the subfolder bookmarkbackups.

  If you find multiple profile folders, look inside to find the most recently updated backups.

  System Restore will return all your files non-system as documents, email, music, etc., to a previous state. These files of types are completely affected by the restoration of the system.

  Based on the current situation, I suggest you to Undo a restoration of the system after performing a system restore.

  I need be able to deny access to the file manager, as I don't want my client, deleting files. However, for some reason, I have to allow him access to what he should be able to download files via InContext Editor (he needs to link the pages to documents that are not on the server so he needs to download and do it, I have to grant access to the file manager).  How can I get around this?  I don't want to reupload the site whenever it deletes a file...

  Here's what you do:

  1. ensure that your /pictures directory is a subdirectory in the htdocs directory. By default the htdocs directory is $OH/Apache/Apache/htdocs. If you have directory default htdocs, so your images created under that directory place your files. If your photos directory will be $OH/Apache/Apache/htdocs/images

  -Edit $OH/Apache/Apache/conf/httpd.conf to make sure that you have following set of guidelines:

  AllowOverride All

  AccessFileName .htaccess

  Note that this is a security concern to set AllowOverride to all, then you should put carefully. See below for more details on the AllowOverride directive:

  -In your /pictures directory, create a file with the name .htaccess with a single line:

  Options + Indexes

  -C' is this, restart your OHS (Oracle HTTP Server) and access after URL to see the list of directories:

  1. What is the complete message you receive?

  2. where is this file?

  3 is confined to a particular file? What kind of file is it?

  4. your computer is on a domain?

  5. have you limited access for reading and writing?

  This problem can occur if the restriction of folder is not set correctly.

  I'm developing an application C++ (MSVC) who reads PDM data and uses the nilibddc.lib to read the independent data.  I'm running into a problem if more than one copy of my application is running and try to access the same data file, I get the message "File Access Denied", I guess because the file is not open in read-only mode.

  Is it possible to specify that the file should be opened read-only so that multiple applications can access the file at the same time?

  I am currently using the DDC_OpenFile () function.

  The DDC_OpenFileEx method allow you to specify the readonly option.

  I guess as long users see the reports with a web browser, it should be no problem.

  Browsers Web do not "lock" a file when they open it like Word or Excel because web browsers are not and should not modify or change the file somehow.

  If only one person could display a web page to internet time would not work as we know it.

  But if you're worried about it use LabView to lock files during execution of the program. Only in this way, users can open the file as read-only if they use something that can change the files. If you use the standard LabView open file read/write vi passing a file reference, then this will be done automatically.

  Welcome to the Community Forum of HP.

  You are asking two different questions - and two different approaches.

  iTunes has restriction policies regarding its records - for example, you cannot save data in certain areas of the installation of iTunes, even if you essentially the rights to most of your computer.    You cannot write in protected areas - other areas, you can still access the files or data.

  Maybe you can make a list of the songs you have, depending on how you go about it and save this list to a file - and then save this file in a location on your computer in which you are allowed to save files.

  You can save a list in Office Word (.docx) format, and then save this file in a .pdf format.

  You can then print this .pdf file.

  If you can view the files on the screen - and an image will suffice as a 'list', you can use Snip to create an image of the file and then print as your list.
