Rear a zoom area

Hi all

I would use 'space' zoom as a tool, which starts out important and then small; the opposite of what the zoom tool is doing now. How do I do that?

Thanks for your help!

Hello

It is quite easy to achieve with Captivate.

I started typing all this and it dawned on me that this is probably the best explanation with a video. So I recorded a video to prove it.

He still has some time to deal with, but it should not be long.

You can change the zoom to be specific tab instead of in-situ.

    (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

    (2) in the filter box, type or paste the zoom and make a pause so that the list is filtered

    (3) double-click the preference browser.zoom.siteSpecific from true to false.

  • Blur zoom area

I'm zooming in on a specific area of a graph, I cut and pasted on a blade. Graphics of origin is not altogether clear at first, so when I Zoom in on the area, the magnification really blurs the content. Any suggestions?

    Hi redbud9

When you insert a Zoom area, actually get you two objects on the slide. One is the zoom area and the other is the destination of zoom. Normally, you place the zoom area on what you want to zoom and the zoom destination is where the enlarged image moves appears. If you double-click on the zoom destination area, you will see a button titled "choose image...". ». When you click this button, you can choose an image that is used instead of simply magnifying of the zoom area.

  • Blur outside the zoom area

I created a zoom on a Captivate slide area and I wanted to blur parts of the screen outside of the zoom area. To create this effect, I just inserted a chart containing a blurred version of the parts of the screen outside of the zoom area. Is there a method in Captivate, what can I use to create this same effect?

Am I missing something here? The "external fill area" on the zoom settings, should solve this problem? Shouldn't it?

    Thank you

  • Google Maps: pan and zoom controls are not displayed. 'PIN' markers can appear only once, and then disappear.

Loading Google Maps, either directly, or where they are incorporated into other sites, orders pan and zoom are not displayed. Location markers 'PIN' can appear only once, but disappear after doing anything with the card. I'm on the last Windows XP and latest Firefox. This problem is long-standing and has remained the same during several different versions of Firefox and Windows updates. I tried "CTRL-0' no effect."

Problem solved by 'Reset Firefox'. Before that, tried "Safe Mode", no difference. Not aware of the limits on the cookies or the memory usage. Controls on the left (Pan, zoom) for Google Maps were good here and in usual and sizing correct positions and could be found with the cursor and activate it, but 'ghosts' that were not display. Same problem if the content was maps or satellite pix. Reset solved the problem.

  • Expansion or zoom a cultivated on a photo, print or save area which expanded cropped area.

Is it possible after than cropping of a photo to enlarge the acreage and to print or save the photo with the enlarged part.  When I crop a photo and zoom to enlarge, I'm unable to save or print the zoomed area.  It will only save or print the original size.

Zoom does not really change the size of the photo, it just show it larger on the screen.

  • Using a zoom on multiple slides area

In Captivate 4, I would like a zoom area allows to highlight a series of actions that occur in a window.  This sequence has been captured by Captivate as several slides, so I created areas of focus on all of the slides (using the copy/paste) to zoom in the same area and display it in the same area.  On the first slide, I left the Zoom for the value default 0.8 second and on the following slides set it to 0,0 in the hope that the zoom area opens instantly, giving the appearance of a single zoom which remains open to all slides area.  But during playback (if an overview or a published project), the zoom animation happens at the beginning of each slide.  How can I avoid multiple zoom animations and just let the open zoom area?

    Thanks in advance,

    Paul

    Hi Paul

So far, I came up with two possible solutions. But I'm not sure no more one of them will do what you want.

    1. you can use the solution you tried where you see the really fast zoom to occur, but mask the zoom back by inserting an image or select the box in front of the area to hide so that only the short zoom occurs.

    2. you can use a slidelet that steps actions to occur in series on the slidelet timeline. In this way the zoom happen once. Here again, you could do the same thing by combining simply objects and images on a single slide and fail or to renounce the slidelet.

From what you describe, you want the type of zoom provided by Camtasia Studio.

  • Problem area and the legend of zoom

    Hello

I have a problem with the function of Adobe Captivate zoom area. I use the same slide a zoom area and some legends on the top of the zoom destination area. The problem is that the zoom destination area keeps appearing on the top of the legend, according to the configuration of the chronology, it should be behind them. Can anyone help?

    Cheers, Andrei

    Problem solved

I just had to change the order of the legends, and now it's ok. I basically kept order as it was when the problem occurred: slide, layer of mouse, zoom area and legends.

    See you soon! Andrei

  • When I print on both sides, why the back is zoomed and cropped at the front is normal?

    Hello

I try to print 6 flyers on an A3. I have 2 pages: one with the fronts and the other with the back. I put it to switch on the short, any side until it prints. The front is normal but the rear is zoomed and cropped and I can't find why it does this.

    1. Program that you use to open the PDF file? Version?
    2. OPERATING SYSTEM?
    3. What are the print settings in the print dialog box?
    4. What are the sizes of the pages, how they look like.

  • Processor and fun of rear cooling fan runs at full speed on Pavilion HPE h8-1120it

Hello, since yesterday when I turned on my HPE h8-1120it HP Pavilion the CPU fan and rear fun cooling are always rotating at high speed, and they never stop. I have nothing no hardware changes, no change in software. Two days I will I work all day without problem, I turn off as usual the PC, I'm going to bed and then yesterday morning I turned on and now I have this problem. The PC is brand new (I bougth it about 1 month ago). There is no problem of temperature (now I 19 ° C on my computer room).

Read another similar post I figured might be a bios problem. The version of the bios is 7.11, I tried to see if there is an update of canno't ' t there, but I find an update of the bios for Pavilion HPE h8-1120it.

I burned a CD with the hardware HP Vision Diagnostic and I run the pleasure of tests and they all passes. During these tests, the pleasure seem to achieve the right speed in the progress of the test.

I noticed this strange thing: when I bought the PC I immediately activated in the bios the use of VT to use hardeware virtualization with VMWare player. Yesterday, I found this setting changed and disabled and it's very strange because I did not change the values in the bios.

What can I do? The noise of the fans at full speed is impressive, that I can't work on these conditions!

    Thank you

    Davide Angeli

    Hello

There are not many fans rated at 4 000 rpm. With this type of fan RPM coupled with your observation that VT missing then your PC seems to have a problem.

Maybe it's time to contact the HP Support.

HP support number is 800-474-6836 or 800-HPINVENT or online here.

  • Two fingers to scroll and Pinch to Zoom do not work

Hello. I bought a brand new HP 4-1115dx this morning, and the two fingers to scroll/sleeve to zoom stopped working completely after 15 minutes of use.

I have twice now uninstalled the driver and re installed from site Web from HP, currently using v16.2.17.0 latest (available for my device).  I went into the settings of the Clickpad, provided two fingers to scroll and pinch to zoom are both checked and entered in the settings/transmission for each of these items and provided all the appropriate scroll options would be checked.  I also watched the synaptics on the toolbar icon, and 'disable gestures' is NOT checked.

When I turned on the computer for the first time, twofinger scroll and pinch to zoom in when selected by default and "scrolling" (which is a right mouse pad finger scrolling was NOT selected by default.  15 minutes after turning on the new device, I ticked 'scrolling' to see if I liked the right side of the touchpad scrolling better.  I have since failed to get the two fingers to scroll / pinch to zoom out (I've several times switched on / two fingers to scroll and the a finger right side touchpad "scroll".)

Help, please!  This isn't the end of the world for me, but a feature that does not work after 15 of owning a product makes me nervous for other features do not down the road!

    Thank you

    Steve

    Steve1234321,

It could be a problem with the synaptic software.

Go to control panel and uninstall the synaptic program.

Start-> Control Panel Type-> uninstaller-> right click and uninstall synaptic.

    If you restart, go ahead.

    Now lift the Recovery Manager

Go to start-> type of recovery

You should see the Recovery Manager in the list

Open the Recovery Manager, and then click on software and driver re install

Go through the list and find synaptic and reinstall.

It is said synaptic driver, but the program is with the driver.

By clicking on the White Star congratulations on the left is a way of saying thanks!

I would like to know how everything goes.

    Nice day.

  • Anyone know how to control or disable the zoom on windows 8.

The zoom is driving me crazy the screen only from 100% with 20% and so on...

    Hi Thelma,.

    1. What is the brand and model of the PC?

2 of zoom are. what level you referring? To zoom in a certain application are you referring?

If you use a Tablet, then your touchpad is probably a multitouch touchpad which is able to detect more than one finger at a time. In fact, most of the new laptops that have these days. If it is too sensitive, it can detect presses when you're not even touch her. Sometimes my palms are considered to be the two fingers and enable this feature "pinch to zoom".

    Try the following steps.
    (a) go to Control Panel

Here is a link to open Control Panel:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-8/where-is-control-panel

    (b) click the mouse

    (c) click the tab settings of Clickpad
    (d) click the button settings Clickpad. You should now be able to disable "Pinch zoom" by removing the check mark.
    e. click on apply then OK to save the setting.

Let us know if it helps. Also, please provide us with more information about the issue that you are facing.

  • CPT 9: Zoom Destination appears suddenly

    Hi all

    I use Captivate 9 version 9.0.1.320 on Windows 7.

My question is maybe really stupid and sorry for that.

I added a zoom area on a slide of my demo Simulation.

I want the Zoom Destination to appear and gradually zoom in. For the moment, the Zoom Destination appears rather abruptly even thought, I played with the timings of the Source of Zoom and Zoom Destination.

On top that the effects seem to be grayed out when trying to solve this problem by adding the effect floating about to Destination of Zoom .

    What I am doing wrong?

    Kind regards
    Iasmi

Could upgrade you to version 9.0.2? I checked on your version, but there is a new patch released.

Normally the zoom area object does not appear suddenly but takes time, that you can adjust in the synchronization properties.  Default installation appears at 0 seconds and zoom time = 1.5 seconds. Maybe you could post a screenshot of the chronology, is perhaps another point stopping somewhere? How did you test? Try to preview in the browser or HTML in the browser (F12 of F11) If you are on a normal life, not a sensitive project.

Given that it is a simulation of demo, just a question: have you tried the video demo (cpvc) instead of the simulation of the demo? He has a much better way of zoom and pan with better quality than the subject of (old) Zoom in cptx projects.

You can create a custom zoom effect, using the scale effects and motion together on an image of the area will be enlarged.
